BUYER BEWARE!!! I was sent to this enterprise when dealing with an insurance claim and was immediately made to wait for a rental for 4 days after having my vehicle stolen. Once I got a vehicle I was given a free upgrade since they didn’t have my style of vehicle available. Once my insurance stopped paying for the insurance they offered to give me a discounted insurance rate to keep the vehicle for another month. Once those 30 came to an end the assistant manager Robert neglected to run my card when I asked him and instead ran the card hours later when there were no funds available. The next day I noticed the funds were still not removed from the account so I called and was assured by a staff member that the account was okay and the balance was taken care of, the following day Robert Ran my card again (without my permission) and locked my account preventing me from paying the balance that should have been paid days before. He then informed me that he could no longer take the payment and that I would need to find another form of payment or return the vehicle by the end of the day. Rather than continue dealing with such an unprofessional and unpleasant manager I decided to return the vehicle and cut my losses. Upon returning the vehicle I requested that Robert apply the balance that I had requested since days before be paid the following day and to bill me for the rest. The following day the charges were still not removed from my account and I had to contact the branch Manager to handle this issue. Long story short if you go there make sure to work with ANYONE but Robert. He is rude, confrontational and negligent. Instead go straight to the boss Cesar or work with one of the friendly staff members

I reserved online through a third party that was contracted out by Enterprise. When I arrived at the counter the attendant made me feel like I was a thug wearing saggy pants, prison boots and gold teeth in my mouth. They didn't have the car I originally requested so he rented me a more expensive one. He didn't want to accept the insurance I purchased from the online travel agent although I had previously verified the vendor was a certified contractor of Enterprise prior to the purchase. I also had to wait forever as the attendant took all of my personal information that was given to the authorized travel agent weeks prior to the day I arrived at the rental counter. It was as though nothing transferred over to this office prior to the day I arrived at the counter. That wasn't so bad but they gave me a car that had tires that were best used on dry pavement. The tread pattern on that Toyota caused the car to hydroplane easily whenever I hit a puddle. It also slid easily on icy or snow covered roads. I couldn't believe that car had Colorado plates on it because it with those type of tires on it during the later Fall early Winter months. During the trip out of state, I had to stop by the Enterprise Car Rental office because the Maintenance Light lit up on the dashboard. Either the last maintenance performed was not performed or they forgot to reset the counter during the last service. I wonder about that one? This was not what I would expect of a nation wide auto rental company. Enterprise, you have some work to do. I would not consider renting another car from that office again.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I had booked a rental for truck for my kids field day at school and we needed to move tables and tents. I booked the rental, I wanted to use my debit card, you can't use a debit card unless you have: phone bill and 2 utility bills. It was my fault for not reading through the 3 page disclaimer that hidden in the middle of the 6 paragraph it does say you need to have these items. However I had to go there after work in traffic and when we hot there it was 5:45 pm and they closed at 6 and I did not have time to go home and get these items, HOWEVER I did have the bills on my phone and they would not except them. Needless to say I guess they are so successful that they don't need my business. I have rented from the airport numerous times, as well and multiple other locations throughout the US and have NEVER been treated so badly. Unfortunate that a group of poorly trained and rude personnel can change a previously happy customer. I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat any of our customers the way we were treated.

Very bad customer service. Was told to come in a week later after insurance reserved a vehicle for me. Called the day of pickup and was told that they do not have any vehicles and that I would need to call the following day. When I called the following day they told me that they did have my vehicle but I didn’t show up the day before so they gave it to someone else. If I was told that they had my vehicle I would have picked it up especially after waiting a week after the reservation was made and having to walk. The person working at the location wanted to argue with me and say they he worked the prior day as if that meant something to me. If it wasn’t for my insurance using this company I would have never came here. I use Hertz and they do much better.

Be VERY careful about taking your business here! I have used many car rental companies and I have never been treated so badly as I was here. Everything was fine until turn in. They claimed I damaged the vehicle that I didn't do (and to be honest, that u can barely see. The had three people come look at it because u could barely tell it was there). Told me they were going to keep the $50 deposite and pressured me multiple times into paying upfront right then my $500 deductible without even filing a claim or determining damage costs or going through my insurance first. I will never use them again and will make sure everyone I know knows how sketchy this business is.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager there named Jaime pernounced ( hi-me) is extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t want to hear what I had to say and told his fellow employee to “just take her home” since they picked me up because my vehicle was not drivable. He said this because the rental car they were trying to pawn off on me wasn’t what I was needing or wanting. So instead of trying to make it right, he had his employee take me home to shut me up. I am disgusted with his manners and how he handled it. I will NEVER rent or do business with this location again ever! He is the worst no compassion what so ever!

Happy to get a car cause the airport enterprise had none. At pick up car and rims were extremely dirty like rub off on your clothes dirty. Had to take a cab for 50.00 since that enterprise wouldn't pick me up at the neighboring airport enterprise. The interior smelled like musky mold. Sprayed with fabreeze. The turning on the car would rub something underneath. Just not a acceptable experience with enterprise. I mentioned all this to the drop off rep. Not sure this gets pipped up the chain cause I've heard nothing in return.

I rented from this location last week. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful . I would encourage anyone using a debit card as I did to be sure to read the Enterprise corporate policy on their website. They do require utility bills as a condition to rent with a debit card. I had the proper paperwork with me and had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone renting and I will be using them again.

Rented a car and had issues in first car, they switched it out. Second car door was broken and wouldn't close. Went to office and Everett the Assistant Branch Manager was very unhelpful. He said he'd "mark it down" and that was his solution. Second solution was to take it to the body shop, which would leave us without a car for hours/days. He was very rude, unhelpful and also unable to wear his mask over his nose. Overall a horrid experience.

Poor service! I notified them at lease 3 weeks before I was needing a special vehicle. They told me they would have one available by the time I needed it. I called 3 days before the pickup date and was told they had my requested vehicle on the lot and made me an appointment to pick it up. When I arrived on my appointment date, having already committed my personal vehicle to the shop for repairs; they didn't have my requested vehicle.

I have been going to the Westside Albuquerque office for several years now about once a week for business and the staff there have always been friendly and courteous and have always gone out of their way to make sure I had a good experience and provided me with the car I needed for my purpose. I have been very happy with their service and I am glad my employer chose them for out car rental needs

Do not use a Debit card! Was charged the standard $200 refundable fee, but was charged an additional $98 fee without any notice or justification. When I called i was told it was a problem on their end, but was told they could not issue a credit until the car was returned. The car has been returned and still have not received the original $200 credit or the $98 refund. Beware!

Great rental. Truck was exceptional. Clean, looked great, and road great. Need to extend by a day, phone customer service was quick and cordial. Pick up and drop off was where the experience was started lacking. Understanding Covid-19 restrictions and all, it took an hr to get in/out with vehicle. Standing outside with no shade. Drop off was similar experience.

Re. Customer Service: There were no lines. The attendant, James, took very good care of me -- both when picking up the vehicle as well as when returning it. He was very friendly and helpful, making the pick-up and drop-off very easy, straightforward and quick. Re. Vehicle: The crossover SUV (Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021) was in excellent condition and very clean.

We went to Albuquerque for the balloon festival few weeks ago, Zach Carter was so great helping us I made sure to save his card just to be able to write this review at some point. He also upgraded our car ( going from a economic little car to a Murano ) for minimal difference in price, Im glad we did that as we ended up driving a lot . Great customer service

The car was clean and in good shap. The rental agent told me that the vehicle was non smoking. when I got in the vehicle there were burn marks in the headliner and the vehicle smelled heavily of smoke. ERAC tried to mask the smell and over deodorize the car. it didn't help. The smell was overpowering. I used fresh coffee grounds to help subdue the deodorizer

Make sure to ask questions, and also question what that are telling you. This place is full of false info, and horrible management. You need to speak to an area manager for any complaints. One employee yelled (while the manager was speaking with me) at me then left the room. I had to ask for an appology for his behavior. Do not trust, always question.

My mistake was buying a car here, be careful because they fraud my car is not even a month old and they sold it to me with a broken transmission and I have to pay for the rental of a car because they did not want to help them with anything they just make excuses I do not recommend that you go to this dealer. they only steal your money

I had previously had issues with this westside location, however, it has truly been night and day since Robert and the new staff started at this location. The customer service is always great. The car I got this time was horrible though. It ran terrible, it was dirty, there was trash in the glove box, the seats looked questionable, and it had no gas so I had to make an extra stop before heading out. I told them when I dropped off and they just shrugged it off.

COLD HARTED!!! So my car was in the shop because of a hit and run, then to make it worse the rental I had was stolen. Top notch customer service! From inspection to insurance details, no stone was left unturned. I was given the option of a standard ho-hum vehicle or a 2019 Dodge Challenger, went with the cool car! Drop off was just as smooth and will recommend them to anyone in need of a spare car for a few days!

Enterprise was the rental agency that helped me when my car was in the shop for body work. Being that their office was next door to the body shop, the drop off and pick up was a breeze. Vehicle was great, service was excellent and had no issues with my experience.

Odd location, but great service. Both at pick-up and drop-off a service rep walked the car with me and did all of the paperwork. They explained the 24-hour billing process to me, which allowed me to adjust my drop-off time and save a day's worth of billing.

I rented from Enterprise 6/6-6/10. I received a Volkswagen Jetta. It got great gas mileage and ran very smooth. Customer service was fast and efficient when I picked up and when I dropped off as well. Very quick and easy! I always rent from Enterprise!
