Amazing Experience Just wow, when we just got out of the car, We were welcomed with a beautiful perfume smell and the welcoming rotating doors, as I came in the reception the receptionist greeted me with a very warm welcome and the security carried our bags to our room, very simple check in and after that we went into the very stunningly clean and spacious elevator, after we exited the elevator we saw a hallway of stunningly fresh and stylish doors, one of my favorite was the card scanner, very futuristic, after we got into the room it was very stunning and big, the staff welcomed us to the snacks drawers and there was some well needed water. the beds were very comfy and I loved the tablet and how luxuriously simple it was we could order in room dining and massage, we wanted to go into the No pool but there was construction and they told us it wasn’t fixed until we left. So we got some sleep and there next day we were out shopping when suddenly they gave us a call and said the pool was fixed early, what a lovely surprise, Overall, Best hotel service ever. and the mini fridge restocker was really nice. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

You feel like your important and somewhat famous! Which we loved! The rooms, yes are beautiful. I am very much attention to detail. Although there were little things that I noticed, like smudge marks on one of the mirrors in our room, left over makeup spots from the previous guests in the bathroom sink and cobwebs on the balcony. I just think with the amount that you're spending, those little touches should be paramount. Apart from that, we had a great time and experience. The staff go above and beyond. The touches that they put in our room for my boyfriends birthday was absolutely lovely. If you want to surprise someone all you have to do is ask them at concierge before hand to do something and they will do it. It was a very special weekend. So thankyou for having us and I'll definitely tell everyone that they have to go and experience the Eos at least once!

An absolutely phenomenal luxury experience. Staff are friendly, helpful and happy and add so much to the experience. Rooms are roomy and well thought out with everything you need and more. What a wonderful stay! We stayed 4 nights for business meetings and a conference and had plenty of space to work and relax. The entry-level room is a fantastic size with quality furniture and plenty of storage. The rooms were incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff did an AMAZING job each day and during turn down. The restaurants on site were very good, room service and valet were quick and quality, and the pool and leisure deck are lovely. A great and necessary addition to Adelaide. I have stayed at at least 10 properties in Adelaide and this is by far the best all around. Don’t be deterred that it’s at the casino if you don’t wish to visit the facilities, it seems like a world away from the gaming downstairs. Will definitely stay again!

I don’t leave reviews, ever. But…. Everything about this hotel was 10/10. From before I arrived to once we checked out. The staff are incredibly helpful and amazing! The rooms were so big/clean and homely. Room service was delicious and location was impeccable. I’ve already told everyone I know that they need to stay here and I can’t wait to return. Please make more hotels in more citys!

We recently had a two night stay at EOS and were delighted with the room, location and especially the service. The rooms were big and immaculately clean, we had a lovely view of the river and park and the bed was super comfortable. The location is close to the city and has wonderful walks right at the front door. If you were going to the entertainment centre or stadium it would be perfect. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. Super friendly, efficient and helpful . I have stayed all over the world and this was one of the best hotels we have visited.

This hotel stay was faultless! The service, the food and the luxury rooms were all fantastic. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar on a sunny day. Great location, easy to walk to many city restaurants and bars but also be sure to eat at the hotel as the food was excellent. The room had great facilities, was large, spotless and modern. The staff were also all extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Absolute hive of entitled Hotel Management and Security, treating me like scum and calling SAPOL on me when I was happy to pay $3500 for a week's stay. Do not go there please of you will experience overbearing Security and Manager, they even physically threatened me, and didn't stop when I asked them nicely to please stop yelling and pointing his finger in my face. What did I do to deserve to be treated in this way ? My personal opinion is to stay away from this place !
