BEWARE!!: Unfortunately my experience with this store was a NIGHTMARE. My account was suppose to be set up so that i would pay off the merchandise within the 90 days They delivered the wrong pieces and the furniture was delivered a month late at no fault of mines, the automated payments did not start until thereafter so needless to say the payment schedule that was initially set up did not pay the furniture off within the 90 days of me signing the contract which should have began after i received ALL CORRECT merchandise so now im stuck paying double what the furniture cost at $576.86 at month for 10 months. Im Also looking into filing a sexual harassment claim against one of the store owner calling my phone at 11:00pm at night clearly after normal business & texting inappropriate unwanted advances messages to my phone. BEWARE!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

I wanna start by saying the customer service was A1 I came in Monday by Tuesday my living room set was ordered and delivered first thing Saturday morning. I am beyond grateful Mary got me in and out I was satisfied a hundred percent. when you come to get your furniture you will leave satisfied and accomplished. They have great deals follow them on Facebook and you will be glad you did. My living room set is soft and comfy at a affordable price !!!! I’m definitely coming back for my bedroom set I love it I’m so happy I came to express furniture outlet.

Mary and Nancy were the ladies that helped me looked for the bed I wanted to purchase. They were nice and answered any questions I had. The store was well kept and the displays made you want to stay in there and shop for real or add it to your wishlist. They delivery pretty much every day and can set a day in accordance with your schedule. Delivery was fast and they. Aller to let you know when they were on their way. They set up, did what needed to be done and were out. I would definitely shop with them again.

They have a great selection of couches/furniture for all tastes and styles...classic to modern furniture, you want it? They GOT IT. All my house furniture is from here not only is the quality amazing ive had couches from them for 4 years now and still are in amazing shape they are very over lasting, the materials used are top quality.. Great staff and owner will go above and beyond for you. This place deserves more than 5 stars.

I ordered bunkbeds with the mattresses and a twin size bed ALL FOR SET UP the Delivery guy came without my mattresses for my buk beds and also without my twin bed...he then came back (STILL NO MATTRESSES) and dropped the twin bed off and didn't set it up...here it is almost 9pm and i haven't received my mattresses on top of that my kids father put their beds together already but STILL NO MATTRESSES...GET IT TOGETHER

The drivers are clean and get the job done as well without ruining your furniture during the delivery process. They deliver, reliable, always got whatever you need in stock, annndddd they accommodate you. My delivery was for Friday 9/9/22 they delivered it early on Tuesday 9/6/22‼️

The table is more to my liking than I thought it would be. The delivery guys were nice and put the table together for me with care. I will definitely be buying again and you can trust this place , Ms.Mary the manager will have all the answers to your questions, good customer service and she’s nice. I purchased my $250.00 queen size bedroom mattress set from here. The staff was amazingly, professional friendly and fair. They delivered it to my address and placed it in my complete queen size rail set. I enjoyed my soft, yet, firm purchase. I like doing business with them. I recommend Mary she was so nice and professional from the moment I talk to her on the phone. She helped me pick out a few items for my sons room. The delivery guys were on time and also broke down the prior bed and dressed and mirror for an extra reasonable cost. They have so many options but most importantly Mary knows her stuff!

Great service . I ordered and live 2.5 hours away delivery in less than four days . Chris the delivery guy was a delight to have . Store employees was great working with me online and over the phone to ensure I got what I wanted . All very beautifuly made and flows very well together . Never get your furniture from here, I have been waiting on my bedroom set for a month now and nothing has been done. Whenever I call to ask when they’ll be delivering they say they’ll give me a call back and never call. You could definitely save some time and money by going somewhere more professional.

I just got off this store and nobody of the employees greet me and my husband . They were just on their phone phone not caring about what we were there for: which was unprofessional. the prices were perfect but I decided to take my money somewhere else bc of the lack of customer service.

My sofa arrived on the day it was promised, no damage or delivery issues, and the delivery team was courteous and professional. Mary in the office went above and beyond to help me get the sofa I wanted for a big event I was hosting at my house. Couldn’t be happier!

Seem like they making up prices and certain things are over priced I wouldn't buy from this place... There is no way a twin bed that already look and feel uncomfortable and frame that look like its worth $40 all add up to $275 with tax that's ridiculous

Service here is unprofessional and slow, don’t recommend go somewhere else and save your money. I’ve called multiple times asking for my furniture and I still haven’t gotten it delivered, save your money and go somewhere reliable.

Sales women (Nancy and Mary) were professional and patient with customer. They worked with customer finances so he could afford the item he wanted. I would shop with their again and refer others to do business with them.

The people seem nice, and they answer all questions that you may have. They have some pretty brown, marble kitchen tables, and they also have some of the most gorgeous table and floor decorations that you have ever seen.
