I recently purchased a Buick enclave from these people. at first glance they seem very nice and helpful but then it all changed. When I was first purchasing a vehicle I was talking to one of the owners Jay who assured me that he was wanting to make sure that I was happy with my vehicle. a lie! I mentioned to Jay that there was a check engine light that I wanted to have checked out before purchasing the vehicle. I was told that I would have time to go have the vehicle checked out and if it was anything major that they would get me into a different vehicle. And this is where it all goes downhill. Jay told me that I could bring the car back by the first which I tried to do but the business was closed. After learning that the check engine light was a major issue with the vehicle and would cost over $2,500 I clearly did not have the money nor the means to put that kind of money into repairing a vehicle I just purchased $10,000. Only two days after I purchase the vehicle and I cannot get anyone to return my call at all. Not only was the business closed but they have changed location. after a week of calling and leaving messages on Facebook their website and calling directly to the cells people whose number I had I finally was able to get the new address. Each time I went up there to have the vehicle looked at they told me the mechanic was either busy or out and I would have to bring the vehicle back another day. this happened on three separate occasions. The third time on a Friday I drop the vehicle off early in the morning only to find out Monday that they chose not to even look at the vehicle and said that it was not covered. now at this point the check engine light is making the car run poorly so it is idling bad ... the front strut has gone out and needs to be replaced the AC has gone out also so I have no air conditioning whatsoever. Now the other issue comes to how they inspected the vehicle with the check engine light which in the future I will not even be able to get and inspection done until I spend the $2,500 to get the vehicle fixed. still weeks later I cannot get anyone to return my call the couple times I went up there all of a sudden the owner and manager are unavailable and unhelpful. Clearly the inspection was bogus from the beginning. The insurance that I was told I could get does not even cover the driver nor would they provide me any information on the insurance when I asked. I am a very easy customer to deal with but the way in which the people at this place handle their customers is horrible! I have called over two dozen times I've went to their location over a half dozen times with nothing being done whatsoever in the time that I have tried to contact these people. and what's worse every week I get an automated message from Jay trying to sell me another vehicle. extremely disappointed and frustrated dealing with these people. stuck with a Buick enclave that's trash.... and cannot get anyone to return my call. be careful who you do business with! check engine light... timing chain front strut .... broken AC... does not work inspection.... bogus insurance.... does not cover driver salespeople and manager.... will not return calls or messages

I would Absolutely Avoid at all cost doing business with this Company. Very poor customer Service. Vehicle was a Lemon, had me sign a Paper talking about frame Damage… I was assured it was rock chips, Standard Practice… that was a Lie. This Company is Shady… the temp Tags expired today, they told me my plates were not in yet. I had to wait till next week. The place they get their tags are closed… yet they printed them out at the location last time. I would Highly suggest spending your money some where else. Continued by your response, maybe you “The Owner” can Reach out Since I bought the vehicle in October and had to take it back which your Dealership had it for over a month. When I brought the vehicle in I was told its the “Tires” this is why the vehicle is unsafe to drive. That was incorrect. I was told by Gabby that your mechanic looked at it. Then was told oh we have to take it to a shop. I have asked to speak With you…. Or a Manager for over a month. And just talk to a receptionist who doesnt return calls. Then says oh I dont get voice mails we are bot set up for that. The treatment I have received from your business has been anything but satisfactory. I have asked for a call from a Manager. I have yet to receice one. Tell me how does this Show you Strive for customer Service? I haven’t seen it.

Right off the lot had to go get an oil change! Purchased in Feb! Now it’s getting warmer and realize my ac doesn’t work! Smdh in this weather the vehicle is pretty much useless! Not to mention had to do so much to the vehicle and I haven’t even had it a year! Staff mid! The girls who answer the phone terrible phone etiquette! Common decency is just non existent after covid seriously! Like i wish I could give the car back but I am locked in with a bank now that know one told me about I thought it was in house financing? When I asked about it yet again a rude person on the phone! Never again cause I am running through these payments to just move on,the damn car is just literally sitting there atp because who is driving in over 100 degree weather in a hot box? Did I mention that people are always having to bring vehicles back to them because well the cars are trash and they always say in the contract in the contract ! Like I should have ran when another customer had told me she only had her car a month and had been to the shop over 4 times already and they still couldn’t fix her car! 0 stars don’t get hoodwinked save your money and go elsewhere!

MY CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND THE AT FAULT PARTY HAD NO INSURANCE, THEY EXPECTED ME TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO PAY MY CAR NOTE AS WELL AS THE MONEY TO GET MY CAR FIXED EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSURANCE THROUGH THEM ALL WITHIN ONE MONTH TIME FRAME, I ADVISED THEM SEVERAL TIMES OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION AND OTHER BILLS THAT ALSO HAD TO BE PAID TO SEE IF THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME AND THEY DID NOT CARE, THEY ONLY WANTED MONEY!!! NOT TO MENTION I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT OF $4500 AND THEY STILL CLOSED MY ACCOUNT OUT BECAUSE I WASNT ABLE TO PAY EVERYTHING WITHIN 1 MONTH

We purchased a car for 7,500$, just a short time after taking the car we found out that the engine has cracked cylinders and that this dealership had used a patching spray to keep the motor running while they tried to sell it. They knew full and well that there were substantial issues with the engine and neglected to inform us. I wouldn't be upset if they had been honest about the issue and negotiated a fair price for the vehicle that was not in proper working condition, then i could have had the choice to but a vehicle i knew needed substantial work or passed. I would never but anything from this group every again and i seriously recommend no one else do it either. If you do tell them you want a full inspection of the vehicle by a licensed shop before you sign anything, they'll of course say no which means they know there are issues that they are trying to hide.

I came to your dealership hoping I could get a nice and reliable car , I was wrong … my daughter purchased a Honda accord and the transmission has already went out and she hasn’t even had the car in her possession a year yet . I am very upset my daughter is a college student and working and this was her only way of transportation to get from point a to point b. I understand the “as is” program but for a transmission to go out before 6 months is unbelievable, and the down payment that was put on the car was a good amount but not for the transmissions to blow out , I am one upset parent .you people are so wrong one upset parent and to think I met the owner if that was correct, he said he was the owner and he takes care of his customers with no problems .. Well OWNER THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. One upset Parent and customer !!!

So I gotta a 2016 Chevys Impala from Auto Imports. The chick that helped me, Haven, was very helpful and knew what she was talkin about when she spoke of the vehicles I asked about. And what questiones she couldn’t answer, like mechanical, she asked the mechanics and got it answered for me. Haven, did the most to get me in n out w my vehicle. And not only that, but she worked her magic to get me a slight price drop. I had a few little problems w the car and Haven made sure to get it fixed on the house, cause Auto Imports obviously prides themselves with selling good cars and taking care of their customers anyway they can. I recommend Auto Imports to anyone lookin for a vehicle. And when u go in…ask for HAVEN!! She’s the one I can gaurantee satisfaction from!!

This dealership is not what I thought it would be. They sold me a 2009 Jeep Compass 5 days ago and it was in their shop the very next day. I drove it home and all the warning lights came on. The jeep sounds like it's about to fall apart. It has faulty breaks also. I asked for my $1000 down payment to be returned and was told no. I'm so disgusted with the car and service. The entire staff calls back and text you while you're in the process of buying a car but after you drive off the lot all communication stops. They won't return any of your calls. I wish I would've never stopped in there because my car is a nightmare. All I want is my money refunded. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Sarah sold me a 2017 Toyota Tacoma a week ago, claiming it had never been in an accident, she made me sign a paper stating this car has frame damage but it is from small rocks knicking the bottom of the frame, nothing to worry about. Turns out, this truck was in a severe accident that damaged the frame and cannot be aligned.These people will lie to your face! Avoid at all costs! Miranda posted the ad for this truck on Facebook marketplace, which is how I found this place in the first place. Always ask for a CARFAX vehicle history report and don’t make the same mistake I made of buying a car from this place, I really regret it.

Purchase a car from them the end of January, two weeks after that the car started giving me trouble now they informed me that it had been In a automobile accident and it was repaired by the insurance company. But they lied and they didn’t tell me that it was a salvage title that had been in the flood, now here it is may the car has been in the shop more than I have driven it and it needs a new motor on the water damage. Please do not purchase a car from these people they do not walk in integrity not true and I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau never again will I be called Mike this bad business.

Just so you know this is a real review! To many fake ones these days anyway EZ Keys is hands down the best place I ever bought a car. So far I've dealt with just about everybody there and they always take care of me, and believe me putting a guy like me in my absolute dream car(Mercedes-Benz by the way) they took a chance on me and I love those guys for it! I must be honest, my experience with Mr Jay and Ms Gabby was exceptional and the car buying experience was smooth. Mr Jay was straight forward with me, a man of his word. He was very knowledgeable, kind and supportive. Overall he demonstrated to me that he was a great person and cool man to do business with. Ms Gabby was professional, sweet and extremely patient with me in terms of customer service. I was happy with my purchase and the service I received. With that being said, if you need a car ask Ms Gabby to speak with Mr Jay and you will be just fine.

I called to verify if this place had any vehicles for $1500 down right now before I come since they’re claiming all up and down the website they have cars starting at $800 down with NO CREDIT CHECK! The young lady that answered the phone informed me I would need atleast $2k to $3k down. Which is okay! But when I informed her about what I was reading on there site, her response was “ well I don’t have control over the website “ …. I couldn’t say nothing else but horrible customer service. I will not be coming here nor will I recommend another person

So I just got my car here like 4 days ago all though the staff was really nice and and Haven was awesome ! I’m having issues with my car already I was told to wait 30 mins and my car would be ready cause it’s getting a oil changed and clean out . got the car back oil light is on there was no oil in the car what so ever there is no windshield wipers, the headlights are out and the battery needs to be replaced . I would only recommend if this is your last option you have because the cars are sold as is.

I saw a nice looking Avalanche on their website. I call and the salesman said it was in excellent condition. I paid 1000 over phone for them to hold it. I drove 100 miles to get the truck. And when I got their and seen it, I was like this is not the same truck on the website it was dented all over and looked horrible. So I advise everybody don't do business with this car lot unless you see the car first. And they was set because I ask them to return my money to my card.

It was painless, other than having to replace a vehicle. The sign in front is small and we drove by it the first time and had to circle around. Bought a car here and the transmission went out 4 hours later. Have to tell you about my experience. Got a beautiful car at a great price. When the transmission went out the same day, they did not hesitate. They brought it in, put a new tranny in and I was riding 2 days later. Great job by The manager, the mechanics, and the salesman Jarrod who helped me.

Ali at Auto Imports took great care of me and my family. We were moving to MI and when my car broke down Auto Imports helped replace my engine. He actually kept his place open later than his regular hours to get my car done so that I could be traveling within the few days that I needed it. Honestly the best auto repair customer service I have received.

We went to test drive and look at Prius. The car looked good but while on the road you felt it shake. A another vehicle we test drove we didn't even drive off the car lot and you could tell it probably had some transmission issues. For the year and the cheap price it had that definitely was a red flag for us. Be cautious if it's too good to be true.
