customer service sucks. they delivered the wrong dinning room table then said that as a gesture of good faith, they wouldn't charge me for delivery on the correct furniture. Then they accused the delivery company for the mix up. Was also forced to purchase the "optional" insurance. The sales person messed up my paper work on four different occasions. I was waiting there for 3 hours just waiting on them to receive an email of an approval that was already given 3 days before. I would never again in my life buy anything from them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very incompetent. Is the best description for these animals that calls themselves sales people. The manager was as clueless as they were. Only called me after the problem was resolved.

I visits the store in Chicago and I saw a bedroom set I liked for 1699. When I got pay that Friday I took a thot out my account added 600 from my and got another 600 from my husband. I prayed that it was still there. Not only was it still there but they jacked up the price by 1100 more. I was so mad I just turned and left out the store. And they had the nerve to place a special sign on it. What a crock. They can't keep it.

Walked in with my mother and friend, looking to buy a higher-quality mattress box-spring and possibly bedframe and other matching furniture. I had a large chunk of cash burning a hole in my pocket. We wandered most of the store, looking touching trying out various furnitures. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE APPROACHED US. We had to have been there at least 30mins or more. I guess they are racist or rich and don't want my money.

Horrible furniture quality sold at high end prices please avoid them at all cost! Also, they did a news investigation on their “leather” couches and they discovered that they were misleading consumers into thinking they were authentic leather. Please do your research before purchasing ANYTHING from them. Uploaded pictures for proof and mind you these are less than 2 year old couches...

Thank you. Mary Arroyo.; for offering good customer service when it comes to finding the proper way to solve a credit problem. Especially when yourself has economical setbacks. However at this location it provides you good solutions to your problem. I highly recommend this location to whomever has problem with purchasing appliances for their homes when you have no SSN or bad credit.

Today I had the most pleasurable experience with a sales rep Mary Nevarez at Famsa Furniture Store on 47th & Ashland. She was most helpful and very knowledgeable of the wife variety of items there. Horrible!!!!Ridicoulous customer service!!!!!! I spent $2800 on my new refigerator which came out to be defective. It has been almost a year and they still cant fix it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAMSA TO NO ONE!!! THIS FURNITURE STORE IS JUST GARBAGE PLAIN GARBAGE!!!!! MATTER FACT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!!!

Was so happy with the $1,974 reclining "leather?" couch n love cup holders (cash no credit) BUT IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS IT CRACKED/SPLIT, its not the tough kind to sit on too often, got the same color dark brn leather tape though to repair NOW STILL LOOKS NICE
