Every vehicle's check engine light came on during or after the test drive. The employees argued with me on the causes of the lights. Having worked on the vehicles I drove, extensively, I know they were full of crap. I offered to buy a vehicle after the light was fixed. I was told that they had the part but couldn't replace it that day. It was a 1 hour fix at tops. If they in fact had the part any person with any kind of mechanical knowledge could have replaced it. That lead me to believe that that was a load of crap as well. I will never buy from or recommend this place. While I was there someone purchased a car and before they left the lot, was having problems with it. Steer clear of this dealership, they give the used car salesmen a bad name. I just got off the phone with management. He assured me that they are on the up and up and did not to come off that way. I told him I would edit this review so I am. I respect him for trying to fix mistakes, but i will still not go back. If you decide to shop or buy just be careful.

Arrived to look at a few of their cars I had found online back in May. Approaching one of the cars a man comes out of the office without greeting me or being friendly and asks if I have an appointment. I tell him no, and he then tells me I need an appointment to see their vehicles. Ok, it's Covid time I get it no prob. I then ask if they have any appointment openings that day, and he flatly and rudely says no and walks off. Doesn't ask if I want to come another time; doesn't get my contact information; seems to have been annoyed by the prospect of business, which coming from a sales background was quite shocking. I don't know if that was the owner, I hope not because you are driving business away, or some disgruntled employee who was either tired of the day, their job, or both. Regardless the actions and attitude from that individual drove away over $15k in cash that was spent later that day. Perhaps a lesson. If not, keep handling customers that way and see how many more times you miss out on money.

I bought a '96 GMC Sierra Z71 today at Fall Creek Motors. This truck is the cleanest and lowest mileage 16 year old truck I have ever seen that was not a restored show truck. It runs and drives like a much newer truck. I did a lot of searching before this purchase and I found Fall Creek through Auto Trader. I can tell you that Fall Creek is a dealership of integrity and value. They don't deal in cookie cutter generic autos. If you are a person who gets excited about the car or truck you drive and you want something with individuality and coolness you need to visit Fall Creek. Don't get all upset if they don't mob you when you step out of your car like you are used to at the average dealership. It's a family owned and operated shop and they do a lot of volume for there size. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed.

I've lived in Houston since 1983, and have never felt more comfortable when buying a pre owned vehicle. The Fall Creek staff was top notch, and have a nice selection of quality cars and trucks. I drove off their lot in a super clean 05' Z71 Surburban,and got it at a great price, I love it and my family loves it too. Just wanted to thank Al and Raj for their help in making this buy worry free, you've made a friend and customer for life.I would recommend anyone in the market for a pre owned vehicle not to buy until you've gone to see these guys first. Great smaller dealer, thats family owned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I worked primary with Raja. They made coming in and looking/test drive easy and with very little waiting. I feel these guys are more personal since they are a smaller vs the big lots. You even get help a faster to questions etc.. Whats best is its no pressure buying or hassle. Other big lots are using call centers now and the people know nothing about cars and what they are selling. Raja on the other hand can answer your questions well. If your looking for a used BMW check them out.

I came to look at a truck here and it didn't quite meet my expectations, but that's no big deal, that's part of used vehicle shopping. Al recommended another vehicle on his lot, it was lifted, which wasn't ideal for my application but it was a very nice truck. I ended up having to pass on that one too. Al was patient and ended up going home late so I could look at these trucks and I appreciated that. Before I even came to see the truck he was honest and told me about a few flaws in the truck I asked about. If they had the right truck for me I would buy here!

Was looking for a new work truck and came across fall creek motors with a truck that was everything it was portrayed to be on the website. The owner Al is an amazing guy to work with. I bought 2 trucks from fall creek motors the first 1 I bought when I got it home it broke down return the truck bought a second truck 1 month later it broke down both trucks for f series trucks I don't believe this to be a reflection on the company but is very unfortunate the staff is very nice people they let me return the first truck with a little persuasion and gave me a good deal on the second truck I am very happy with the company it is just unfortunate the 2 trucks in a roll or bad

This was my first experience purchasing a car out of state that I have not seen in person. I worked with Freddy K on my purchase and he was very clear and concise on the process of purchasing the vehicle from another state. I was very comfortable with the purchase during the entire process as he eased my concerns. Dealt with "Raja" and he told me the vehicle I wanted had no issues what soever. Said it had no body damage, it had a large dent in the roof. He said it needed nothing, it needs a front end rebuild. He said it didn't leak anything from anywhere, it leaks! Bottom line is Fall Creek Motors do not have one ounce of respect for their customers. All they want is your money, after that you are on your own, SUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
