I really love their shoes for the comfort and quality but "BORING" can they jazz up the colors in the dress shoes some yellow, orange, green, baby blue. I could not even get a grey dress shoe. All they had was White, Black, Brown, maybe Tan??? Oohhh Leopard. Grrrrr

Staff didn't appear to be very knowledgeable of job, specifically helping customers on the floor. They just stood around while you find your own shoe. They didn't offer suggestions , would answer if you asked question. No hands on with my visit.

The associates here welcomed me, assisted me, along with a pleasant shopping experience. They have a large selection and the store layout is shopper friendly. Much better than the San Jose Famous Footwear the associates rarely speak.

They didn't have hardly any shoes that were on sale to pick from. Didn't carry any of the shoes you find online to buy. Staff didn't really even try to help me, there were only 2 people in the store. Not impressed at all.

Could have gotten a little bit more help. Picking a pair of shoes out of the shelf thsr someone clearly wore around outside before returning with a dirty sole and ripped of stickers and stuff wasn't a good luck

Had a bad experience at the st augustine outlets location and Haley at the oakleaf location went above and beyond to make it all better and tracked down the correct size my son needed she was awesome!

Every associate that we came across was super friendly and eager to assist us‼ Not to mention that my son purchased two pairs of Nike high top shoes and I spent less than $100. Highly recommended‼

Went in on New Year's Day. Staff was friendly and offered assistance right away but not overbearing. Wasn't looking for anything specific but I did find a great shoe on sale and in my size.

The store was clean and organized. Inventory was selective and staff were friendly and courteous. I would go back just to hang out if I didnt want another pair of shoes. Lol

Store hours state that it is supposed to open at 10:00 on Mondays. I was there at 10:15 and it was not open. Left and did other errands. Returned at 11:00. Still not open.

Always had a good experience with every visit to this location. The staff is always very helpful and supportive. They also truly have good deals for kids shoes as well.

The Assistant Manager did an outstanding job. She did everything to help me pick out a new pair of stylish shoes for work. Thanks for the great pair of new shoes.

Good service closed 2 days before storm they were worried about their employees who might have to cross a bridge I like that a company that cares about employees.

All shoes are Medium regardless of size. Prices much higher than store across the parking lot. $64 @ Famous Footwear and across the parking lot...same shoe $29.

Shoe selection is awful. Most shoes look like factory rejects. Prices are high for the quality. This review applies to every store in my opinion.

Store is clean but the selection is 'meh'. Not a lot of diversity in shoe types. All brands are roughly the same and median cost is around $55.

Their selection was just okay. One in town center has a lot wider selection I think. And definitely helpful. Treated right away at the door

Associates are very friendly but shoes are very expensive. They don't have a large selection to choose from. Store is clean and compact.

We can always find what we're looking for, not just for the kids but the adults too. Pricing is always reasonable and affordable.

Went for a different location on Roosevelt that is no longer there. This location is very small with limited selection.

The map to this location is completely wrong. It's in an entirely different shopping center, 3000 feet away.

Famous Footwear no longer is renovating the space so anybody looking to start a business has a good area
