Connie and her staff are awesome. I have a relatively new business so I was a little apprehensive to file a claim when some equipment in my office was damaged. However, Connie and her team reassured me and walked me through the process and the claim was handled quickly and professionally. A check was issued for my replacement equipment about 48 hours after it was damaged. I can highly recommend this insurance agency!
