Fatima Clinic has been established in the year 1958 by Bishop Conrard De Vito then the Bishop of Lucknow. The first missionary doctor, a specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Raffaela Scolletta of Italy expressed her desire to go back to her native place. Then Bishop Conrard invited Medical sisters of St. Joseph (MSJ) from Kerala to serve the people of Lucknow as their primary objective was healing ministry. Medical Sisters of St. Joseph took charge of the two bedded Fatima Clinic in 1969 and looked after the health care requirements of Lucknow and adjoining areas. A marked difference took place over the years and today it is a 220 bedded hospital with all possible facilities. The growth of the Fatima hospital is also inseparably linked to the growth and expansion of the North Indian mission of the MSJ. Being the first hospital outside the Kerala, it played a pioneering role and acted as a base for farther expansion in North India. St. Joseph’s Hospital at Gomti nagar is one of its extension works and today it is an independent registered society. This is the one which we were searching for, I am giving this Honest Feedback to all the viewers- Being a parent always comes with responsibilities, love and care , one always thinks and prays for healthy delivery. From very starting of the Pregnancy, I was looking for a hospital where I should have blind faith and no doubt its Fatima Hospital of Lucknow, we were getting our first baby Some important Reasons for Recommending this Hospital are- 1) Three Doctors are main specialists of Gyno , among Them Dr Sushmita Saha is one of the best Dr., She listens to her patient very politely and interacts in very gentle way ( this is very important to generate faith in Dr and Patient) 2) Here First preference is to go for Normal Deliver, Dr Themselves ensures their presence in Labour Room and assist in Delivery (No role of traditional aaya or Dai), it shows their seriousness 3) More than 75% Issues are Normal Delivery , and one can have full faith that Drs will try their best for Normal delivery until and unless some complications are being observed. 4) I Have seen in some critical cases Drs. have frankly expressed their views about the criticality without any hideouts 5) My Own experience is that I got may baby Normally delivered , on the same day of admission of my Wife in the Hospital, Drs. can wait for 72 hrs also if chances of Normal Delivery is expected(Doctors have patience level) 6) Most Important is the staff of Hospital, specially the Nursing staff, they are doing their duty honestly, each ward have more than 5 to 6 Nurses working 24 X 7 to facilitate the patients. No , doubt the day my baby born, I decided to place my review honestly, so that many can get benefited by the information. All views are Personnel, and parents are suggested to inquire thoroughly from their own side. all the best!

- Most of the Gynecologist here recommend C-Section (operation), in 90's (1990-1999) it wasn't the case. - Other doctors are not punctual, they start their day post 11 AM. Eg. Dr. Tauseef Ahmad (Pediatrician) no shifts stands for them. - Being a private hospital you will face similar rush as govt. Hospitals & rude ladies. - Suchi Gupta was my doctor she runs a private clinic hence she was so professional that she operated in her shift (Monday OT) before the due date and although my wife wasn't having any complications/issues. - BEWARE ABOUT VACCINATION - Most of the vaccines in government hospitals (CHC/PHC/Dist. hospital) are free. They charge you for gloves which nurses barely change (check pic of bill uploaded by me). - Carry a bag (paper/cloth) while purchasing medicine from inside, they charge 5-10rs each carry bag. Object them, Better buy a medicine from a outside where you can get a discount, fatima sells at MRP. - Doctors recommend those medicines which they intend to promote. - It has lost its past glory, its only encashing the name it earned in the past and taking advantage of central location.

Aap ka Patient ko Delivery के टाइम से पहले ही dr के द्वारा आप पर pressure डाला जाएगा कि आप अपने patient का हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती करे अगर आप मन करते है कि अभी टाइम नही हुआ है तब वो आप को डरवाते है कि जहर फैल जायगा उस के बाद आप जब भर्ती होंगे तब कहानी सुरु होता है पहले दिन इंजेक्शन देंगे और kosis करेंगे कि pain हो पर कुछ नही होगा सेकंड 2nd day में फिर वही proces दोहराया जायगा जब pain ज्यादा होगा delivery नही होगा तब यह आप को inj Anfortan और Drotin m pain कम करने का इंजेक्शन staff देगा जब pain कम नही होगा तब night का यह आप के patient को OT opration theater में aasey ही ले जाएगा और वहाँ पे आप को Sedative नींद का इंजेक्शन देंगे जिस से पेशेंट को नींद आ जाये और staff को परेशान न करे यह सारे process aasay ही करते रहेंगे की आप के घर वालों को लगे कि सब staff delaviry का लिए ले गए है पर वो loog को स्टाफ आप को only सुलाने का काम करता है उन sab को पता है 3rd डे में इन का Opration ही करना है बस यह सब टाइम पास करते है लास्ट में ऑपरेशन कर देते है इस लिए आप अपने घर के loog को अच्छे हॉस्पिटल में ले जाये Fradd हॉस्पिटल से बचें..

The nurses and staff are so rude; they don't even care about patients. Terrible experience every time. My father had an attack and needed urgent medical attention. My mother kept shouting that it was an attack, but first these people denied that he had an attack; even their doctor kept saying it wasn't the attack, gave him the wrong medicines, and told us lies. After one whole day, they told us it was an attack and we would be referred to some other hospital. When hospitals refer patients to other hospitals, it's done quickly, but again, a nurse put my father's papers somewhere and forgot about them. My father was kept there; he was not even able to walk. His medicines were stopped. He was better when we got there, but after one day, they literally did their best to worsen the state of my father. Sadly, we were so late to reach another hospital because of these "inhuman" people that he never woke up and died. Thank you for your service, Fatima. Nobody deserves to be served by you, the worst people of all.

Thanks alot to Dr. Ak singh ji he is god for me he saves my whole life by extraordinary treatment of my ACL ligament without operation I have ACL tear from tibea bone I visit 4 doctor before him. All of them say it is operation case this will not treated without but Dr. Ak singh says I will give you plaster of 45 day. Me tyar ho gya dr. Ne kaha agar tab bhi sahi nhi hua to operation karunga but vishwas rakho sahi ho jayega.maine unper aur bhagwan per bharosa rakh ke plaster lagwa liya . Sach batau dr. Worst hospital. They are money hungry. They show they care but they don't. After demonetisation they are taking only cash. I had a surgery and I had to struggle to arrange cash. Initially we managed to pay cash then they kept on writing prescriptions and asking for more cash deposits. When we discussed about inability to arrange cash due to bank holiday they clearly said pay cash or go home. I have all the proofs that they are hoarding cash and changing cash from black to white. Worst people at behaviour. Staff has no mercy either. The hospital charges you multiple times for the same test. These missionary nurses under the scarf are just foolingoing around the public. The surgery costed me somewhere around IN. 50-60K. If I would have gone to a private hospital with better facilities it would have costed us 20K less. I condemn this hospital as they are mIsleading and corrupt too.

No doubt everyone is moneyminded, when you will enter any hospital they will just start to make money from you. . But no doubt Fatima is best hospital#here i have taken medical treatment for maternity frim the day 1 and delivered a baby child with normal delivery, they never force you for c sec butbyes if there is some issue they will never force you for normal also bcz its there responsibility.. I have taken treatment from Dr. Shifali chandra sitting under kavita bansal's chamber.. She is very soft y spoken, will also give you time also complete you queries answers no doubt.. Its awesome experience here.. Sisters are very good polite.. Normal delivery charges are 3500 . Not too costly . Thankyou so much fatima for all love and care... Guys don't get confused visit once and trust them

One of the oldest missionary hospital of lucknow. Totally nursing staff is from Kerala that's why they behaves nicely with patients as well as attendant. Other 4 class staff is not from UP that's why no corruption. This hospital is famous for Pregnancy cases. Dr take time to avoid operation. Our Lady of Fatima University also referred to by its acronym OLFU is a private, nonsectarian, coeducational basic and higher education institution in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines known for its allied medical sciences programs. It also offers Basic Education programs (Pre-School, Grade school, and Junior High School) and Senior High School. It was established in year 1967 by Jose Olivares and his son-in-law, Dr. Vicente M. Santos Sr.

Fatima hospital is one of the best hospital. The different batch of Fatima hospital are. Lucknow hospital is one of them. The every department of the hospital is good in there work. It's too cheap also and affordable for everyone's. The Registration fees is 120 or 100 near about for general case and for emergency case the registration fees is near about 200. You have to take token before registration and then you will get registration according to your token number. Medicine are also available there . Different batch of treatment are also available here. The environment of this hospital is well maintained. There are sister and nurseries who take care of the patient and pray for them. They handle each and every case with very nicely.

Few hours ago I visited there why because my neighborhood child admitted there. Few days ago he was serious. Immediately shifted there in this Hospital. Now he is out of danger. Suffering pneomonia disease. I ask his family about the cost. I Shoked. Because it is very nominal. ICU Charge for baby 1000 for one day now he shifted in general ward, it cost 350 per day. General ward very good, AC available in General Ward. 5 days around admitted there now they told me total cost around 18000 it is very nominal. Whole the hospital very neat & clean. Security is very tight. Staff's are very good about his responsibility. During the emergency case if you nearby immediately go there there for treatment.

My patient was admitted in general ward two days back. He kept on complaining on complaining about major breathing issues and chest pain with the trainee nurses available on duty. But nurses kept on ignoring for straight couple of hours when the patient finally fainted with severe chest pain and later discovered as heart attack and taken into MICU. This is sheer negligence. Thankfully the patient recovered to inform this incident.. Will certainly take this to higher authorities and make sure this doesn't happen with someone else's life just because hospital is trying to save money by hiring trainees. FYI this is not a hotel and a hospital

I strongly suggest don't go this hospital otherwise you can face staffs rudeness. They will not cooperate either you are in emergency or casual help. They think, they are superior than PM. Maternity gallery no.121 nurses are very rude especially senior nurses they have no manners to talk with patient and their attenders. There incharge is also same as them. No any help from her . Very disappointed. Management pls look into it otherwise your rating will go down soon because of this type of nurses. I give zero star! Yakkkk chiiiii

Worst experience Sisters are very rude.. Delivery time of my sister was good..she has become a mother of a baby girl .. Doctors are also good here... But after 4 days baby is not well... She has a jaundice... N hospital staff are very rude to us.. They are not allowing anyone in the room except mother... This is the rule I know.. But if the baby is continually crying n her mother is not able to feed her alone then they should allow one more member of the family to help the mother... But they don't listen anything...

Bekar Hospital hai. Staff ko lekar bahut hi careless hai. Din duty ho ya raat duty ho kisi bhi staff ko phone rakhna prohibited hai sath mein. Alag alag district se bechare staff kaam karne aate hain lekin emergency me bhi koi staff apne gharwalo se baat nhi kar sakta. Ye saari batein waha ka nursing staff ne mujhse share kiya jab mai apne patient ko lekar gya tha. Admin department to bahut hi misbehave karta hai patients se aur apne staff se bhi. Loot rhe itna patient se aur ilaaz bhi sahi nhi de paa rhe.

Worst hospital in lucknow i have'nt seen in my life specially for pragnent women. नार्मल डिलीवरी को भी यहां के डॉक्टर और स्टाफ बिना आपरेशन के नही होने देते क्योंकि संस्था को आपरेशन के बहाने अच्छा पैसा मिल जाता है जो नार्मल डिलीवरी में पॉसिबल नही है।लेडीज डॉक्टर सब को एक ही तरह की मेडिसिन प्रेफर करती है चाहे कैसा भी क्रिटिकल केस हो और किसी भी प्रेग्नेंट लेडी को ठीक से नही देखा जाता क्योंकि भीड़ इतनी ज्यादा है कि डॉक्टर भी सिर्फ formalties करती है।friend plz avoid if you want normal delivery of your child.

बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव रहा मेरा अगर आपका बजट कम है तो आप भूलकर भी यहां मत आए शुरू में सब अच्छा लगता है बाद में सब क्रिटिकल बोलके लाखों रुपए ठग लेंगे आपसे। और ओपीडी में सिर्फ खानापूर्ति होती है बाकी मरीज सब डॉक्टर्स के खुद के प्राइवेट क्लीनिक या नर्सिंग होम में देखे जाते है। इससे बेहतर आप किसी प्राइवेट नर्सिंग होम में अपने जानने वालों को ले जाए कम से कम आपको पता रहेगा की आपको इतने पैसे देने हैं.और वहां डॉक्टर बात तो करेंगे ढंग से।

Very good Hospital. Doctors and stuff are very experienced and active in work. If you are not with your patient don't worry they take care with full attention. This hospital is different from other in case of stuff where other hospitals you gives some money for extra attention for your patients but here equally patient treat same. But emergency services are not so good so it's should improve in this area..

Some Doctors are very late on duty but others are very punctual and hard working.staff is a little bit rude but it may be due to overload. Nurses are cooperative but not all. Basically best for pregnancy related issues.they atleast try for natural.

Very bad hospital... डॉक्टर पहले भगवान का रूप हुआ करते थे लेकिन अब व्यवसायिक हो गए हैं इसीलिए ज्यादातर बच्चों के केस में ऑपरेशन ही करना चाहते हैं चाहे केस बिल्कुल नॉर्मल ही क्यों ना हो. वह साथ वालों को इतना डरा देते हैं की आखिर में ऑपरेशन के लिए बोलना ही पड़ता है आखिर विश्वास तो डॉक्टर पर ही करना पड़ेगा । भगवान को डरो तुम्हारी आत्मा सब जानती है हिसाब देना पड़ेगा...

The nursing college is very strict here as 1)they don't even allow mobile phones with students and Mobile phones are only given on sunndays with minimum uses 2) They does not allow the students to go out on outing and all and is basically a jail where nursing is being teached. Now it is upto the people who are coming here for admission this year

The staff members doesn't have common sense, they didn't know pesent need someone else or not. They just miss behaving with pesent and his/her family members.. mostly things are did in pregnancy department, where all women's need one person... They are charge us but not treat polite. Don't come here if your wife/sister are pregnant.

मैं अपनी जांच के लिए फातिमा अस्पताल लखनऊ गया था। स्टाफ ने मुझे बताया कि डॉ. रवि भास्कर चेस्ट स्पेशलिस्ट सुबह 10.00 बजे आएंगे, मैं समय पर वहां था लेकिन डॉ. रवि 11.30 बजे तक नहीं आए, मैंने स्टाफ से पूछा तो उन्होंने बताया कि वह 12.30 बजे आते हैं, स्टाफ ने मुझे सही जानकारी नहीं दी, मेरी 2.30 घंटे बर्बाद हो गए, मैं ऊब गया था।

Worse experience Another money making hospital with very rude billing staff. They don't have change at counters. If you are filled for 60 and give 100. They should have online payments like paytm, phone pe, bhim app. For billing, counter no 1, lady with Spects is very rude. She will start screaming if you ask something.

Pathetic experience, no proper time for doctor to attend pateints , some of the testing lab machines are faulty and they will make you pay twice and trice saying that proper report did not come please redo the test and will charge incrementally , worse than govt hospitals , running unecessary test to charge patients

Cheap, clean and best hospital for gyno related things. I don't know why it has less stars. This hospital is very famous in Lucknow. Doctors are polite and nursing staffs are really very helpful and cooperative. If you are looking for some gyno related treatment then you should visit there.

Very nice hospital for mother and child care specially. Other than this all major illness care is available here. Emergency services round the clock available. the treatment cost is every one pocket. care is outstanding. one must visit for great treatment and care.

Very bad management for the visitors and attenders. The gate guards are very rude and always misbehave when anyone entering in the hospital. I have no complaint for the treatment, the treatment is so good but many of the problems faced by the visitors.
