Where should I start from! This place was an utter disappointment! Took my father there in emergency as he has issues with motion for 5 days. They overcharged for everything. For a meal - tea and marigold buiscuit 600rs, another meal which as awful. The doctor on round in the morning - came twice in less than 12hrs - charged twice and no consultation note was found in the patient file! 3 doctors visited as per him out of which one doctoe came twice - charges 4k for that in the bill! Attendant met only two doctors out of these! When asked clarification on doctor's visit they couldnt clarify so to justify the charges they lied that there were 4 doctors who visited out of which 1 visited twice! An utter lie as my mother was also there and each doctor was put over the phone to speak to me and i spoke to only 2 doctors! The nurses were very unprofessional, night staff mostly sleeping and were rude! My father has hypertension and a nurse came with salted water to make him drink which was seen well in time by my father's attendant and was stopped! They wanted to create an issue - increase his BP and make him increase stay in the hospital to make more money! There was no food available for the attendant in the hospital!!! The duty incharge kept on imposing his hospital rules as top priority and deined to listen to the issues I faced as a customer ! He said that's their rule but failed to justify the charges and quality of service with rude night staff on 4th floor and some female nurses were absolutely illiterate to talk to! It seemed like I was talking to some cleaners of a restaurant!!! They kept on finding ways to keep my father in the hospital and not to discharge him even after the issue was rectified! They kept on saying things that he should still stay in the hospital and kept delaying the paperwork so they could charge for the deluxe room for next day too! All were giving different statements which did not match! I asked for a superiors number to company the duty incharge turned a blind eye to it!!! Pathetic money making buss hospital which needs to expand and keep up by ripping people off and they say they love to care !!! What a joke! They live to take advantage of patients and their family! If they are not able to keep up the cost of their building and other expenses that doesn't mean they would change filthy amount which they can't even justify! The reports were also incorrect. A report said that patient is typhoid positive but got another test done it came negative. False report!!! I would take action against this soon!

The hospital is sub-standard with unprofessional stuff. I have been there 3 times now and it got progressively worse. Obviously would avoid it now. Sharing my experience as it might be of use to others. I always take an advance appointment to save time. On all occasions I was given an appointment over the phone and on all the 3 occasions has to wait more than 2 hours. The worst was the third time when I had to go in for a medical procedure requiring me to be empty stomach. After waiting for 2.5 hours, I was annoyed as the staff was constantly telling me to wait for 10 more minutes. At 12:30 I finally met the PRO who very rudely told me that we don't value your time and you would have to wait for however long it takes. I turned my camera on and asked him to say the same thing over the video. I was hoping he would realize his mistake and take his words back. He happily repeated the same thing over the video. I asked for a refund, and they were happy to oblige. When I was walking out something happened to the guy and he along with the security guards manhandled me and took my phone away from me and deleted the recording. This was the bizarre part as he was shameless to admit the thing over the recoding earlier and now was so terrified of it that he manhandled me. I was a patient in the hospital and was there for an urgent medical procedure. I wasn't in a position to fight back as I was in pain and decided to leave the hospital. Please avoid it as it is a typical UP hospital where the staff is arrogant and won't refrain from physical violence.

My wife suffering from pain and very afraid for her life but Dr. Rahul sir team handel the problem in KTU and solve the problem and absorb the problem of e Week and he advised me next OT and solve problem watch two weeks his KTU MemberMember and update Dr. Rahul sir and Dr. Alok, SiyaRam nai mere wife ka buth ache sai khyal rahka and Hospital facility is very good

Operative procedure along with TPA went fine. Rest all management needs a lot of improvement. Food was pathetic and you have to knock their doors for meals even after paying a good amount of money to them. Breakfast along with tea.. was not given till 11am and when it came it was all cold and of below average quality. They have not even given the morning medicines till 11.. until i asked for the dosage. Nursing staff was least bothered for giving timely medication even in private ward. I am highly disappointed with the overall conduct. No one told about the dosage during discharge... cleaning was okay... rooms had TV which were not operational.. washroom was always wet.. n none bothered ... I will never recommend anyone to visit @tenderpalmhospital to anyone.. all was of sub standard.. Most disappointing hospital I visited till date. No words... just disappointed with the quality which hospitals of lucknow are offering.

Possibly the worst possible experience. Just like other private money laundering hospitals. From generating false positive reports to tampering the reporting parameters, the institution would do anything possible to keep the patient for a prolonged period of time. Towards the discharge process you would discover that all the doctors from all specialities apparently visited your patient and all of those visits have been charged on your bill. PS: The patient who might have suffered a heart attack would be visited by an orthopedic surgeon. Furthermore, do not trust the marketing team at all if you come across them prior to admitting your patient...

Staff are nice, but when it comes to the regular round of the doctor, it is pathetic. Admitted my daughter last night, and since then only once Dr visited, at the time of admission. Till 12 noon today no doctor visited the patient, and when I asked to discharge the baby, the discharge person didn't bother to advise me for further medication. Means if you opt out to take a second opinion, the hospital has i guess advised it's doctor to not to treat thier pateint well. LAMA is being signed even without further advice on medication. Strange.

This is the worst hospital I have ever visited. Multiple doctors come to visit the patient with different treatment plans. They just charge us unnecessarily and the food is pathetic. We do not even have the option to remove the food charges even if we are having home food. The management is very poor and most of the staff members are very unprofessional. I will not recommend any patient to visit this hospital. I was getting treatment under the gastroenterology department and I am highly disappointed.

So careless staff my brother was admitted operation for gallbladder stone last year. Operation was successfully done but stitching didn't properly did caused doctor had to do operation again and again charged money. So they are only for money don't go this hospital never recommend.

Went for consultation today for normal viral fever for my son. The doctor prescribed six tests including Dengue, Typhoid, Chest Xray, CBC, Creatinine and urine. It shows that the doctor was not able to diagnose simple viral fever symptoms. I would not recommend this hospital.
