There is no option below a single star else i wud have given negative stars My daughter 6 years old has no traces of encephalitis or meningitis but after seeing her Dr. Rahul singh said we need to do several tests And admitted her to the hospital I asked for what treatment is he going to give her He said abhi we will go for oral medicines like ibugesic plus an will start the treatment tomorrow When i paid the fees for hospital a new doctor named Anupam Jaiswal came and said ohh she is serious and we need to check for GBS test for which there is only one medicine in the whole world, plz shift her to PICU. I asked for charges he said 6500 per day I said okay. While shifting to PICU the staff changed the way to ICU and we were carrying her to our shoulders no stretcher nothing. Then they shifted her to ICCU for isolation. There was no patient in PICU, but for isolation they kept her in ICCU between adult patients Then we receive a call from Reception to make payment. When we went below they said plz make payment of 30k as the charges for ICCU is 15k per day. Without asking us they shifted her to ICCU and asked for money We admitted her at 9 pm but by 2am no treatment was started even not a single drip and created an atmosphere as if my child was hanging her leg to death Worst hospital No duty doctor All these words was of an immature RMO. Everything is tolerable but neonatal babies milk robberies is not tolerable. We provide neolacta milk as per there's demand which is too costly for a middle income class families for our babies but they don't feed our babies and sell it Few staff from NICU is doing this crime If some one trying to purchase medicine from outside managment start harassing from different diffrent ways. इससे ज़्यादा कमर्शियल और स्वार्थी अस्पताल अब तक नहीं देखा। हम अपने मरीज़ को ठंड लग जाने की वजह (cold diarrhea) से होने वाली उल्टी-मोशन के लिए ले गए थे। परंतु, बीते 24 घंटों में मरीज़ को कोई आराम न हुआ। उल्टी दस्त पेट दर्द की शिकायत में कहने के बावजूद न कोई गैस्ट्रों डॉक्टर आया न ही कोई अल्ट्रा साउण्ड हुआ। अलबत्ता चेस्ट का एक्स-रे और फिर चेस्ट का सीटी स्कैन ज़रूर करवा लिया।(क्योंकि मूलतः इसके हेड चेस्ट के डॉक्टर हैं और जाँच की सारी मशीन यही अस्पताल में उपलब्ध हैं।) मरीज़ को रिलीफ होता न देख और बेवक़ूफ़ बनता देख हमने अपने मरीज़ को डिस्चार्ज करवा के अपोलो अस्पताल में शिफ्ट कर दिया। वहाँ अर्धरात्रि में दो घंटे में ही आराम हो गया। छोटे मोटे केस को भी क्रिटिकल बनाकर मरीज़ को रिलीफ़ न देना यह अस्पताल का लक्षण बन चुका है। जान प्यारी है तो ऐसे अस्पतालों का बहिष्कार ज़रूरी है। हम तो पढ़े- लिखे सक्षम लोग थे परंतु ग्रामीण परिवेश और मासूमों का क्या हाल करते होंगे ये सफ़ेद पोश लुटेरे.. सोच के दहशत आती है। मरीज़ को झेलना पड़ा वह तो है ही पर पैसे में कम्पेर किया तो यह अस्पताल एक दिन के हिसाब से अपोलो से भी मंहगा पड़ा हमें। यदि अपने प्रियज़न वास्तव में प्रिय हैं तो यहाँ न लाइयेगा। पैसे तो जाएँगे ही पर यह लोग ज़रा सी बातपर बिना आईसीयू पहुँचाए नहीं मानेंगे। ऐसा अनुभव के आधार पर मेरा मानना है। सही डोग्नोसिस नहीं करते ताकि जानबूझ कर मरीज़ दो-चार दिन अस्पताल का बिल चुकाये। उसी में मरीज़ झेल जाता है। वास्तव में मेडिकल एथिक्स और डॉक्टरी पेशे का मज़ाक़ बना दिया गया है यहाँ।

Dr.B.P. Singh is the best pulmonologist in the city and I think one of the top three in India. My father was treated by him for several years. He was admitted four times in Midland Healthcare. I am grateful to the entire staff of Midland Healthcare. They were all very courteous and helpful, right from the sweeper to the management personnels. They are a team of hardworking, dedicated and compassionate professionals. Dr. B.P. Singh is not only a proficient doctor but also a wonderful and warm human being. May God bless Dr. B.P. Singh and all the staff members of Midland Healthcare with good health and long lives so that they can continue the good work. I would also like to mention that when my father was admitted there in 2015, Dr. B.P. Singh's wife knocked at each door and asked the attendees if all was well and if we needed anything. That is personal care and going out of the way to make sure everything is functioning properly. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my father. Highly indebted. I would also like to add that the hospital is more affordable than other hospitals. I can say this for sure as my father was admitted in Globe Medicare and Shekhar Hospital prior to 2015. They were far more expensive. P.S.- The hospital is very clean. The rooms are swept and mopped at least thrice a day.

Very bad experiences with OPD of Dr. B. P Singh. everytime same problem every patient facing.. Nothing goes in order. Their is no matter wheather u got an appointment of day time or night time... No number system work in order. If you have got appointment no. 30 and anyone with appointment no 43 comes before you then he will be attended first. I mean this is very bad. Also nobody follows timings given by the reception. Most of the time you have to wait for minimum 3-4 hours even after getting appointment and being on time. Another problem arises when doctor prescribe for some medical test and you have to see him again for the report so again you have to wait for 1-2 hrs. Medical shop is always rushed and they never give a single rupee discount on any product. Even those product are being sold on MRP only which are easily available in the market on half of the MRP. Very bad toilet. Smelly and full of pan gutka... But who cares... Hospital is earning lacs and lacs per day.... Staff is very uncooperative and very bad behaviour specially the OPD staff. Another major problem is tht whatever may be the conditions with you but nobody cares and nobody is ready to listen your problem. . . So be prepared for these situations before coming to Dr. B P Singh and Midland hospital.

One of the worst Hospital witnessed ever. This facility is purely setup for money minting. Dont go by the reviews posted. Check with the mortality rate of this hospital with the attendants of the patients admitted here. I didn't saw anyone coming out of ICU or ICCU alive in 15 days I stayed there. Same was told to me by several attendants who were there 10-12 days before me. Their intention is never to heal someone rather to extend the stay in hospital charging hefty amount. Intentionally costly medicines are prescribed, support is given in a manner so that the patient becomes dependent on the same and dies ultimately when body organs can not survive without the support. Be vary of the COVID treatment they offer. They do not abide by the government laws and guidelines by WHO or AIIMS around the usage of steroids and give excess of them as it makes them earn god money. The head of the doctors in this hospital will barely meet the family members and explain the situation. All the staff is well trained to always call out your situation is critical and will continuously scare you to ensure you stay with them till the patient dies. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS HOSPITAL.

Terrible hospital and terrible staff.. It's a death zone please if u love your loved ones dont ever go to this hospital. Only make money and staff and doctor s are very rude. Dr b p singh for which we actually went to this hospital hardly gave 5mins to the patient. My mother got admitted herself by walking.. Then they spoiled her condition put them on ventilator and killed her. It was my mistake I preffeed b p singh doctor and not hospital. Same story happened with every patient there. Every patient got admitted then put on ventilator and then on dialysis. Icu, isolation units are all same and same entrance. Even covid patients are there and no sanitization done at all. No cleanliness and not hygiene. They only make money and keep on changing their statements on her report. My mother's report was all good but she got critical every night. She had 108 fever and doctors and staff did not pay attention. Keep on using their mobiles and they do timepass and gossip inside. Most of patients die there. Please don't ever go there even if it is last hospital.

मौत का ताण्डव और बैमानी, मक्कारी की परिक़ाषठा डॉक्टर B P SINGH यह डाक्टर इतना बड़ा डकैत है कि patient की जान तो यहाँ जाती ही है साथ में इलाज पर कोई ध्यान नही दिया जाता है। 2100/- का injection 8000/- के लगभग दिया जाता है। अगर आप injection थोक market से arrange कर भी लेते हैं तो मरीज़ के लगेगा नही क्योंकि वह अपने हास्पिटल का बिल माँगते हैं। डाक्टर के नाम पर कलंक है डाक्टर B P SINGH. मेरा निवेदन और प्रार्थना है कि इस अस्पताल में भूल कर भी ना जाएँ नही तो आपके अपने लौट कर नही आयेंगे। जिसको इसका प्रमाण चाहिए उसे मैं दे भी सकता हूँ। अफ़सोस इतना खुला खेल होने के बाद भी प्रशासन व सरकार मौन है। सब इतने obliged रहते हैं कि शिकायत करने के बाद भी इस अस्पताल के ख़िलाफ़ कोई कार्यवाही नही की जाती है। मैंने इनकी शिकायत भी की है। अगर मेरे जैसा कोई और भुक्तभोगी हो तो मेरे साथ आए मिल कर लड़ाई लड़ें जिससे लोग इस अस्पताल में आकर अपनों की तिलांजलि ना दें। अगर आपका mediclaim है तो यह approval नही लेंगे और बता देंगे कि बीमा company hold पर है। यह वह सब करेंगे जिससे आदमी को लूटा जा सके। ऐसे व्यक्ति को सिर्फ़ ईश्वर ही दण्ड दे सकता है और वो कब और कैसे देगा कोई नही जानता।

Fraud fraud. I admitted my father because of Dengu. He stayed there for 5 days. And total bill including everything was 60 thousand around. Now coming to the problem. On daily basis they would check the bold platelets count. And daily they lied to us. Every day they gave us wrong bold platelets count. My father was improving every day. But platelets count kept decreasing. Then we got it checked from outside. It was almost double of what they count they were giving. When asked about this to the doctor and lab technician they said . Machine was faulty. Really? Daily they billed for the test and the medication given to my father was according to that. They unnecessarily kept my father admitted and changed us. It’s one of the problem. Which I told. There were other problems too. Try avoiding this hospital as much as possible. They will treat you. But at what cost ?

Dr. B. P. Singh does time-pass with patients. Never ever consult with B. P. Singh. Secondly, the pharmacy of Midland is a mess. The only objective of Midland hospital is to loot money, they have nothing to do with health concern for people. Please don't go by its reviews. Because the reviews on google are nice to good. But midland hospital is pathetic everyway. Doctors in Midland hospital aggravated the infection by wrong medication. my mother had mild infection, after medication she became so the weak and infection was increased. I wanted to give 1/2 star rating if it was possible. My humble request to all the people , PLEASE !! DON'T Go to Midland. its there to just to fleece out money, and no proper treatment been provided. This hospital should be renamed as Midlund.

WORST Hospital in the world. Request to everyone to NEVER visit this hospital. They consider patients as their money making machine thats it. They give infusions so that the patient stays asleep and then after few days either the patient dies because of infusions or these rascals refer them to medical college. People visit this hospital because of BP Singh but after the patient gets admit, he never even take a single look over them. Pathetic staff, pathetic facilities. I wish all the people working in this pathetic hospital must at some point of their life face the same situation when their dear ones are dying in front of them and even after paying lacs if amount no doctor is giving proper treatment to them.

Worst hospital ever. My father got admitted there .He was diganosed with MDR Tb . Since all other pvt hospitals denied admission ,we had no other choice but to admit there. Dr BP singh is very polite and talented.But he doesnt meet with patient's relatives and narrate them about the situation .My father was there for about 25 days and we met the doctor for only 5-6 times. Nusring staff are very unprofessional and impolite.They talk with patients very rudely.They do not know their job.We spent almost 7-8 Lakh but they could not save my father.They took my father's life.He was improving but suddenly oxygen level dropped and he went on ventillator. And died within 2 days.

Midland Hospital is the best Pulmonologist Hospital in Lucknow. No word for Dr. B.P. Singh, even I must say that he is the best chest specialist in Lucknow or perhaps in India. Here experts are sharp-minded and very down to earth. He listens very carefully to his patients and treats them as members of his family. He never takes extra charges nor suggests any extra tests or extra medication… Very good facility, the staff there is also very good and cleanliness is always maintained. You can choose them blindly, I can assure you that they are the best chest specialist here, in Lucknow or Uttar Pradesh. God bless him.

A couple of years ago my family was unfortunate enough to have to find a respiratory care facility for my elderly mother. And we were lucky enough to find the wonderful place right in our city at Midland Hospitals’ Pulmonary Rehabilitation unit. The staff here is caring and compassionate and professional. I don't know how they do it each day. They are so patient and explained everything that they were doing. All we had to do was ask. They tried everything possible to help my mother get stronger. Wonderful people to have on your side, when you need extraordinary people to help with a very stressful situation.

Illegal practices in NICU NICU is fully covered so that u can't see the treatment of your baby....... In NICU they don't give some treatment to your baby but they will charge in your bill..... My 9 year old son had a scheduled surgery at Midland Healthcare. The staff were so kind to us and they took great care of my son. The nurses, doctors, and all the hospital staff were great. It is never easy when you have to bring your child in for a surgery but all the staff at Midland hospital were very compassionate and made the experience positive for us. Dr. Ashutosh Pandey performed the surgery and he was so wonderful. He gave us so much reassurance and confidence that everything would be okay. He is a great surgeon and a wonderful person who truly cares about his patients.

Hum log yaha 9 baje se baithe hai. Staff parche MMein her fer karta hai .Pehchan ke parche pehle bheje jaate hai. .In logo ko lagta hai hum sab yaha Bevkoof baithe hai . Yeah toh kuch nahi ek mahila Lucknow se Bahar aayi hai tatkal parche ke naam pe Ussay 1000 rs liye Gaye Jabki normal opd price 600 rs hai Lekin uske bavjood 1000 rs de kar bhi wo abhi 11 30 pm taq Tehel rahi hai bechari doctor se nahi mil Paayi hai..doctor achche hai buy management 2 kaudi ka hai . Mere pitaji 80 saal ke hai aur Pichle 2:30 ghante se pair latkaye baithe hsi. .No nahi aya hai ab taq.

I brought my two-month old daughter here in a critical state, midnight on a Saturday. I was SO impressed. The nurses and on duty staff in the NICU were kind and efficient. The doctor was a pleasure to meet with. He diagnosed her with some infection, and was immediately given a pain reliever and her first round of antibiotics. They all did a great job and I had a tremendous peace of mind watching my daughter get better. Thank you Midland for having such a great facility in the vicinity! Without them, I can’t even imagine what might have happened to our baby.

I had a severe tooth ache in my lower jaw a few years back and after avoiding the pain for quite long I finally decided to consult Dr. Apoorva Singh at Midland Hospital. I'm thankful & fully satisfied for the best efforts by this young and energetic doctor & the hospital staff. She knew her work well and was quite professional and friendly. The hospital environment is clean and the equipment used looked sterilized and safe. Thanks to her, my tooth is fine now and I didn’t had to get it removed. Now I visit her once in a year for my regular dental checkups.

Actually -1 rating. Management(Young generation who thinks hospital is the area from where they can earn more money from patients) is very rude not educated. They are not providing the wheelchair/stretcher for the serious patients. Total monopoly As per hospital management it's your necessity you have to manage else you can leave. They are money minded. Senior management have to check these issues. Management is replying for only positive comments seems they don't want to improve Or young management staff not listening to senior management.

Very poor insurance claim settlement. Before cashless approval they take money from you for treatment and just keep on making excuses. Patient discharge done on 26.12.20 and I am still waiting for full refund. Make you stand in cues for hours even after hospitalization in insurance and give you no information about payable and non payable items. It takes hours to connect to insurance representative in hospital. Pediatric Doctors are good but other staff is not helpful. But management supervision is zero. Do not recommend it at all.

Dr.B.P. Singh is a very kind and humble doctor and some other's doctor's are also of helpful nature but the staff (wardboys, nurses, receptionist) doesn't have any manner how to talk with the patient and with the attendant too. There process of admission of patient is too fast but the nursing staff is too slow to make discharge slip of the patient. They just unnecessary expand the bill of one. Kindly avoid this hospital at any cost. Good for OPD but not for IPD . Avoid unless your one is having the problem of lungs type disease

These guys are just Fraud.They are making money by using fear as a tool. They don't even care for the life of patients. One of my friend come here for the treatment of dengu. They done the platelet count that was near about 80K and after 2 days of treatment when his condition become better then they told us it is 24k now. They uses plasma to recover but they is no such improvement. They are just busy in making their bill. So bloody illiterate don't even care about the people coming from middle class. Kindly avoid this hospital.

No support from hospital staff & reception desk. For 3 hours I called countless times but after initial conversation they kept disconnecting the call for OPD consultation. They give wrong and outdated email and phone numbers. Reception desk people don't even know how to use GMAIL ..! Doctors arrive late and one has to wait for hours. No compassion & no empathy for patients. IPD & OPD both have poor services. Didn't even give basic services in IPD. I can write many things about this hospital but to summarise don't visit at all.!

This review is especially for an experienced & knowledgeable Nephrologist Dr AK Singh, an able doctor but never takes call of his critically ill patients which is highly deplorable for him as a doctor and he also doesn’t pacify/hardly talks to patients during appointment, a highly aloof person. We have mostly stopped seeing him due to his these two negative attributes. Above point is said after talking to many patients that a good, intelligent doctor but with so poor communication skills & with high fee.

One of the worst Hospitals in Lucknow. I would recommend never to use there ICU services. Doctors and Nursing staff are highly unqualified and untrained specially in ICU. They never give you any specific information I guess this is because there lack of knowledge. There is a lot of rush to see Dr B.P. Singh i found him not very good but i see people having lot of trust on him. I would suggest not use their hospital services for hospitalisation, Its a money grabber and sure shot death sentence.

Well I visited to Midland Hospital for Dr B P Singh, and came to know that Doctor is pre booked for atleast 15 days. One has to take appointment 15 days back. Now come to the turning point, I visited here and came to understand that Doctor makes unnecessary wait to the patients just to linger and create sense of importance. He takes breaks between and make vulnerable patients wait. I would not advise anyone to visit here. All publicity gained by the Doctors is just to make money.

When my dadi was admitted in the hospital she was in bad condition but after within a week shre was in very pathetic condition. Staff was also very bad not at all Spportive. They are only having good fame and good ambience but they don't worth their patient's. They treat them like customer and are very money oriented. Their main ambition is to make money only and not to serve the patients. I'm very much upset with them and am not going to recommend anyone to this hospital.

Worst hospital in Lucknow I lost my father recently. Doctor said that vaccination is good but my father got ILD after vaccnination. Second dose taken and he was ill.....he got admitted on 30th august and died exactly one month after. They only mint money .....ICD was taken out without any note.....the situation got worst.......and he was again in ICU ....and oxygen could not be maintained and he was put on ventilator.......worst I am unhappy that I lost my father........!

मेरा हेल्थ insurance था। 25000 rs बताये गए ऑपरेशन के लेकिन जब डिस्चार्ज होते वक़्त बिल आया तो 47000 rs के ऊपर का था मेरा इलाज कैशलेस हुआ था हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस के कारण। 50000 का अप्रूवल लिया गया जिसमें से 47 हजार कुछ रुपये अप्रूव हुए 25000 का ऑपरेशन बता कर 47000 का बिल बना दिया एक बार भी इन्फॉर्म नही किया गया कि हम किनते रुपये का अप्रूवल ले रहे है। कैशलेस है तो क्या कुछ भी बिल बना देंगे 25000 रुपये बता कर 50000 का अप्रूवल लिया गया और 47000 क्लेम ले लिया हॉस्पिटल ने

Money oriented, not ready to take critical case nor have even suggest patient if immediate hospitalization is required. Later I came to know few on my friend experienced same thing Never go to this hospital if u think ur case is or may turn critical. I will recommend to to some other hospital insted or if u want best, go to Medanta They are clear and make us understand the criticality of case. You can have good or bad experience in each hospital it depends you are under which doctor admitted in hospital. I was here for 7 days under Dr Durgesh Srivastava. I experienced a superb treatment under his team. Nursing staff is well behaved particularly ward boys, they motivate you a lot and will keep inspiring you to go home early. Happy with the TPA department also, they acted quickly and were very friendly to us.

Experience sub standard service during an emergency situation midnight of 4th Apr 2022. Emergency medical doctor didn't even get up to check on the patient, he just wrote some medicines and asked us to go to OT. We had to tell him that there is injury in knee as well. He didn't give us directions on medications as well. Most of the time he was simply talking and chatting on phone.

I had good experience with Midland Hospital when I went for my Chest disease. Though people have different opinions about this hospital but Dr. B.P. Singh and his staff were very supportive. His advice on budgetary estimates and timelines was very precise and best. On my recommendation, my other known people also got operated and their experience was also great.

Wrost hospital I admitted my mother and took care of her, but she was given BP injection and the doctor increased it that day. Dr. A. K. Singh of Nephrology department is patients friendly and always manages to maintain a personal touch with patients which give much satisfaction and help in speedy recovery. He is always smiling never irritated. Really I appreciate for his nature and patience. Dr Singh is nice person as well nice and well behaved Doctor.

My mother was admitted in Midland , she is a kidney patient regularly regular she needs dialysis to be done. The staff is good and very supportive, hospital ambience is good, neat and hygienic...Even Insurance Facilities is good. Everything is done timely. Over all my experience till yet is very good, i surely recommended it.

Emergency services are too bad. The doctor on duty did not even get up to examine the 65 year old patient who had suffered a head injury. I, myself had to request them to examine. Doctors are good but management is pathetic. My dad was admitted and there was no water for more than 16 hrs. Pathetic. In the enitre building there is no normal water to drink, if ur thirsty you have to drink chilled water. Staff at the recption is rude, and do'nt get me started on the pharmecy team.

Admits patient without giving due reasons for admission. Once patient is admitted treatment given by Junior Doctors, he comes on round but doesn't briefs the patient about his ailment or treatment plan. My opinion about him - famous but bad doctor.

My mother had sudden high bp. Was taken in emergency at night. Along with bp controlling medicine, God knows why they gave 3 injections to control gas! She was already in tention due to high bp and they gave unnecessary injections.
