My mother passed away suddenly in TN and Tiffany was with me every step of the way. She dealt with all my questions and concerns since there were a lot of moving parts to get her back to IN for the funeral. Anytime I couldn't get ahold of her (because she was with another family or at a conference) she followed up ASAP. Beyond professional and simply amazing. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed. She allowed us to make the funeral very personal for my mother which we appreciated so much. This is a first for me so the guidance was much appreciated. Carol and Susie were wonderful at assisting Tiffany. Every time someone has asked about our experience because it was so sudden, I tell them how amazing the funeral home was. I could have not gotten through this without Tiffany.

While losing a loved one is a very difficult thing, the staff at Feeney-Hornak made it as easy as possible. They took the time to understand what our wishes were and provided very clear and multiple options for arrangements. The staff was readily accessible for any questions, comments or concerns we had. While the process for cremation took longer than I anticipated, I don't think this was due in part to Feeney-Hornak (and frankly I didn't really know what the process was so I likely had unrealistic expectations). Overall, the staff was clear, concise and compassionate. While no one wants to do "repeat business" with a funeral home, I will certainly keep them in mind when the need arises again in the future.

My family is very thankful for the staff's kindness, care and professionalism in helping us at the time of our mother's funeral. We were always able to reach a staff member by telephone and used email to send signed documents. Joseph even arranged a teleconference with my siblings and I so that we could plan the funeral, since we all live out of town and could not get together at the mortuary for this meeting. The wonderful staff was a blessing to us at our time of need.

Kaili was a pleasure to work with! She really knows her stuff and made it easy for us. It can’t be easy working with families going through such a difficult time, but she made it all so comfortable. The flowers, prayer cards, and thank yous that we ordered were a little disappointing.

Robin was very professional. We were able to select the best options for my husband and myself which included some options that we had not considered. We were able to keep the cost minimal and have the simplicity that reflects our wishes upon our death.

We required a simple cremation and military burial for my brother. The professionals at Feeney Hornak couldn't have been more helpful. They explained the options available and were up-front with costs. I was very happy with the advice they offered.
