Last Saturday, we were rambling down Thomas Street when we came across this gem of a furniture store. Upon entering we met the owner Brendan who gave us a lot of useful information about the types of sofa's, the makers and the various prices. We ended up buying a sofa and having already looked in Harvey Norman, EZ Living and other big name stores, we knew that the price we got the sofa at was much much better than anything we could have got form the other stores. We were aware of the lead time for sofa's and were expecting to get it in a few months however Brendan had one in stock and promised that he could have it delivered THAT VERY SAME DAY !!! We had one concern and that was that the sofa would not fit through our living room door, but we were assured that the delivery guys would get it in and if it didn't fit we would get a full refund. We had no need to worry as the sofa was delivered right to our living room within a few hours. We would very highly recommend Brendan and Finestyle furniture to anyone who is looking for a sofa etc. With all the big brand sellers out there people forget that there a still "Gems" on our high street that give you a much better personal service and price. We wanted to buy a bed and we were really tight on time(1week) as we had to move to Cork. I had the idea to look on google maps for a furniture store and that’s how we found Brendan’s shop. We explained to him what we needed and he offered us a great deal, on time and even being at the shop next week at 7 AM so we can collect the bed and wouldn’t be sleeping on the floor in our ap in Cork . I really appreciate his way of dealing with customers And his customer service as he always was giving us notifications about our order. He’s a great man and he went above and beyound to help us . I have to say that the bed is really nice and the mattress is top tier. On a more personal note I want to say thank you Brendan!

We had a couch and two chairs completely transformed and recovered by Brendan and his team. I am completely in awe with the work done. It was an impeccable job. The worn, old furniture has been given new life and been completely transformed. Brendan had a huge choice of materials, colours, and options for the furniture. I would highly recommend Finestyle Furniture to all and will be returning. Brendan is completely customer focused and tends to every detail of the job. He even gave a nice wood treatment to us and seems to really care about the happiness of the customer. The delivery men were exceptionally nice and professional. I felt compelled to leave a review because the job was done so well at each stage.

I went to Brendan for a replacement mattress. When I got there, he had 3 laid out for me to test. This man is old school, he puts the customer first and really gives the interaction that personal touch that is so sadly missing with large chain stores. I picked the one I wanted at 10:30 am and by 1:30pm, it was delivered and placed on my bed. I could not have asked for a better mattress or a better service and I will most certainly return to do business with Brendan again.

I brought my mother down to Finestyle to get a quote for recovering a 2 seater she had which had ripped through the years , Brendan was lovely and helpful , He went through the cost with us for recovering and it turned out he had a very similar 2 seater for sale in the shop which matched perfectly with the suite she had , He had this delivered within the day and took the old 2 seater away Would definitely return to this shop again before going anywhere else

We are 2 very senior citizens and we bought 2 suites of furniture from Finestyle Furniture as we were also changing the carpet in the 2 adjoining rooms it awkward, Brendan from Finestyle couldn't have been more helpful he came as arranged in the morning and took away the old suites and as soon as the new carpet was fitted he delivered the new suites .allowed allo

I purchased a black leather 3 piece suite from Brendan. He took his time and showed me the everything in the shop and didn’t push me to make a purchase. I left my debit card behind and he rang me straight away to tell me. Delivery was prompt, disposed of my old suite and card was returned safely. Would highly recommend Finestyle Furniture.
