My daughter and her friend came in today to buy a pair of sneakers, my daughter is major sneaker lover. She had on a pair of Chunkie Dunks, the sales person, possibly the mgr. said she must live in a 500,000 home, she said "why would you say that", then he commented on her shoes. The conversation went downhill from there. She couldn't believe it. He also said this store don't do military discounts, or rewards. Just very unpleasant to them. Is this how you treat your customers. You judge base on what they have on. I wish I could write everything he said to her, but I'm just too upset. Can't believe you would have someone in your store like that. Very disappointing. Another sales person was standing near, (check ur cameras) A sneaker lovers mom.

Bought Jordan’s for my grandson for Christmas. He tried them on Christmas morning in his living room. Had them on for less than 3 minutes. They were too big so I took them home with me and went to exchange 8 days after Christmas. They don’t have his size so I tried to return. Was told they’d been worn. I explained they were tried on only. Was told they absolutely could do nothing for me. The bottoms on one shoe had maybe one hint of grayness that could have been wiped off with a wet cloth. Stuck with brand new shoes for a 10 year old that don’t fit. There was no more wear on these shoes than if they were tried on in the store. Also says nothing on the receipt or in store that shoes cannot be tried on in order to return or exchanged.

I'm not a shoe head or collector but wanted to get my son and I some jordans for the first time . I got the same pair when I was a kid from my dad . They released March 10 2023 . I went to foot locker where a bunch of kids told me they had some then said nvm we don't have none (this was first thing when they opened) I had to be in a raffle only and I can check back later .... bummed we went to finish line , a taller older black gentlemen was there asked if we won a raffle we said no . He proceeded to say no problem what size and got us the shoe ! I'll never shop at foot locker again....EVER BTW and we have football cleats , track shoes etc we buy multi pair every season. I wish I knew the gentlemans name thay made our day.

We like to buy Jordan merchandise here. Customer service was bad. There was one lady at front helping Customers and checking out people as 3 younger male employees standing in middle of store discussing personal issues that could not be bothered. We walked by and they never acknowledged or asked if we needed any help.. The lady asked for help upfront and that seemed to be a problem. We will not shop in this location again.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Lance. This man was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was asking for. Most employees at shoe stores don’t know a thing about shoes, the release dates and/or certain names which can be very frustrating. Even though the store didn’t carry what I needed, we had a brief old school shoe conversation lol. If your in the area make sure you ask for him. Thankh you Lance

Love their selection but can't stand Mall prices. I would much rather order my shoes online and Save a minimum of $20 but usually $40 or $50. $120 to $150 is still better than $200. My 3 reasons for going in stores like these is to see how they look in person, make sure of the size(if it's a brand I don't wear often) and to know how much I save with whatever deal I'm able to swing online.

I bought some shoes and I after like a month, I wanted to return them (I didn’t wear them once). I called the same finish line and asked if I could exchange the shoes and they said I could for store value but no money back so I went there and they said I couldn’t get store credit when I just called them!‍♂️ …

Went to this store with my wife, nobody asked us if we needed help, we stared at a shoe wall for 10 mins as we watched a employee dribble a basketball and another employee walk right passed us, I had Shoe I wanted but bought it elsewhere just because the customer service was so poor.

Amazing manager, that I sadly forgot the name of! I think he's a new manager. He went out of his way to make sure my online order got to my hands even though there were issues with the delivery. He personally went to get it at the Post Office!

Whoever the asian girl is that works there right now needs to be fired cause she doesn’t help one bit, all she does is talk to friends and eat her food around the store. The tall guy literally does everything. Make some changes.

Great staff! The staff is super friendly, very helpful and go out of their way to keep everyone happy and laughing while shopping! This store was clean and fully stocked with all accessories!

Dont know what the fairly low rating is about. Seemed to have the best selection of sneakers In the mall. I liked this store more than the foot locker on the other side of the mall.

The young lady that assisted me was absolutely helpful and great attitude....Loved the way she help me pick out what I needed and the patience she displayed....

Man, it was great!!! They had some special edition all star mint green jumpman 1's!! Six pair in and had my size!!! Very happy!
