I have to say that I had the best customer service experience of my life with this business today. I had only found out about a funeral service for a friend the night before and the service was going to be in less than an hour by the time I found this florist (out of my home area). I was told that it may not be possible, due to the restrictions from the funeral home in delivering so close to the start of the service. I called and told them thank you for trying, but it didn’t look like it would get delivered on time for the funeral home to allow it, so I would have to try to call them back to get the flowers to the family another time. I was called back a few minutes later (from her caller ID- I hadn’t even left my phone number with her!) And I was told that the driver had just arrived and if I wanted her to put something together to drop off, they would rush over and get it there asap. That meant so much to me and they delivered on their promise!! Thank you so much for helping me to show my sympathy even though it meant putting a strain on your day just to help mine! There are not many business out there anymore that operate like this. You are first class and I would recommend you to everyone in Jacksonville any time!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are incredible. ❤️

Four star rating?? How?? Horrible. Went yesterday, found an arrangement that I liked, told them I wanted one like this but no purple flowers in it. Told them I would pick it up the next day. Paid 75.00. Went in today and they gave me the display arrangement and had just yanked out the purple flowers leaving big empty bald spots. I pointed them out and how unhappy I was and she took it to the back and they threw another Lily in it and sent it back out. Still with a huge bald spot in the back. I took it cause I didn't know how much luck I would have getting something else and they were for my son's valentine and he was lily specific. I gave two stars cause after I rearranged it and pulled off the falling rose buds it was passable. But it looks like a 40 - 50 dollar arrangement. Can not believe I let them get me for $75.00. They will never get another dollar from me.

I placed an order for my sister's birthday on 4/4/14. I called around and every flower shop in Jacksonville FL. was closed and the last number I called it was Linda (the owner), answered the phone and I asked her if they can still deliver she said they were closing but she will get it done for me. The order was placed and the flowers were delivered an hour later. My sister was very happy and I was very pleased with everything. Linda saved my relationship with my sister. SO BEFORE YOU CALL ANY FLOWER SHIP OUT THERE, CALL LINDA FIRST!!! They got me as customer for life!

I placed an order today. Linda (one of the owners), was very patient with helping me to choose the right gift. It was received on time and delivered by a courteous gentleman. The garden I ordered was arranged in a beautifully decorated bowl. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I tried to place an order for a funeral, the lady that was taking my order was EXTREMELY rude!!! After asking for the name on the credit card, which was a business name for the business i was ordering from and for, she rudely said no and hung up the phone! I called back and spoke with someone else and they refused to take my order. I am from out of state and we definitely do not conduct business this way!! Please do better!!!!!

This people stole my money ($117.97), when you want to do a claim by the phone they never answer the call in customer service, when you call the answer machine it says "leave your message" and never return your call because no one answers the phone. I've been trying to contact someone but impossible and this is my first time doing staff like this. Maybe they are good doing deliveries but horrible to return money.

I cannot overstate how great the work they do is. I placed an order at 9:30am and picked it up around 1:30pm the same day. The arrangement was amazing and has received countless compliments. She even provided a modified box that allowed for easy transport of the arrangement in a car. Thrilled with the experience/purchase doesn't begin to cover it. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

We hosted a conference in Jacksonville and needed flowers for our banquet - we had to pretty much order sight unseen. I don't think any photo could have done justice to the beauty of the arrangements we received. I worked with Linda and she was so easy to work with and generous in her care. I just wanted a dozen blue roses delivered to my mom's door step on mother's day. Blue is her favorite color. What flower express did? Delivered a dozen daisies instead. So what do i get out of it? No call to apologize, not even a refund for the more expensive flowers I paid for. You guys just ruined the surprise
