Was a customer for years! Their customer service and services they provide use to be great but has gone downhill. The last two orders received were horrible! The first arrangement was for a funeral. The plant was small (charged for the large plant which is what was ordered to begin with) and the leaves were dull and clearly had not been kept watered. The second arrangement ( decided to try them again, not smart at all) that was for a birthday was late. The flowers were wilted and the Teddy Bear looked shaggy and had definitely seen better days. When I brought this to their attention, for both instances; instead of taking ownership and fixing the problem, they were rude and condescending. Also refused to provide the manager’s name, when asked; stating that the manager was too busy and would call back. Never expected to get a phone call back and never did. Called back a few day later and supposedly got the manager who was so busy on the phone. He was just as unprofessional and condescending as his staff. For military members that are not stateside, unable to go in to the store to correct the problem, makes us feel helpless. And they know this. Positive feedback travels fast, but negative feedback travels faster. It is my firm belief that employees are a representative of their leadership/ managers/ supervisors/ company. A simple apology goes a long way. I would give them zero stars if possible; definitely would not recommend them. Buyer Beware!!!

I can't say enough how positive this experience was working with Kuhn flowers. I looked them up online from a distant state as I needed to send flowers to a graveside service. I liked the arrangements I saw and how they were unique. Butterflies were being released at the memorial and they had a butterfly condolence arrangement that I thought would be perfect. The arrangement actually had butterfly picks they could distribute to family members after. Calling Kuhn flowers was a pleasure. The service person not only went through everything with me and guaranteed the arrangement would be there at the exact time, but she also had the courtesy to extend her sympathy to me at the end of the transaction. Class act in every way! My thanks!

Kuhn Flowers is absolutely incredible. My husband & I got married last weekend and he sent me beautiful flowers the next week to surprise me! Of course, they were stunning, but there was just a tiny mistake on the arrangement. When I called them, I explained the situation & they were all beyond accommodating. They made another arrangement, and it was delivered to me mid-morning. Not only were these flowers gorgeous, but they also sent a couple of extra surprises for such a special occasion! My poor Mum was hospitalised with lung infection and suspected heart issues. We're all originally from Australia and I wanted a live flower to help her have some beauty and keep her focused on recovery. Kuhn's were phenomenally helpful, I called and confirmed hospital was accepting flowers and spoke to three of their staff. Professional, helpful, kind, speedy delivery with regular updates and communications. The quality is exceptional and my mum is loving her orchids at home again. I grew up in Jacksonville and Kuhn Flowers was always a staple. I moved to Fort Lauderdale about 7 years ago and began having flowers sent to my Mom and Grandmother from Kuhn and have never been disappointed. This last bouquet I had sent to my Grandmother for her 95th birthday and you all really outdid yourselves. I always choose designers choice but whichever florist did this one went above and beyond! My grandmother said it was by far the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever received. I cannot thank you enough for making her day extra special! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Kuhn created the most beautiful and perfect standing arrangement for a funeral it was truly perfect and not only was it amazing, they also accommodated a super rush request as I put the order in at 8 am and they had it delivered and at the service by 10:30am an hour before the service started! I’ve ordered a few arrangements from Kuhn Flowers, for different occasions. They never cease to amaze me at how beautiful and well designed they are. The pictures on the site do not do them justice. The arrangements are large and definitely draw tons of attention when delivered, which is exactly what you want right? They are stunning and fresh and always of amazing quality. This is exactly why I will keep coming back. I’ve bought flowers from Publix and other stores and tried to do it myself but It just can’t convey the same message that they can.

I really prefer to shop locally, and Kuhn is a perfect example of why. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Once I explained what I was considering, I was shown several items from which to choose. After additional conversation about the recipient's unfamiliarity with house plants, I was steered toward user friendly live plants. The beautiful plant was gratefully received, and I get regular updates on how it is thriving!

Cathy was so helpful with providing beautiful floral arrangements for my niece's bridesmaids' luncheon. I am not from the Jacksonville area so I sent her a picture of what I was looking for and the florists created exactly what I wanted. They were gorgeous. Everyone raved about how beautiful they were. This place got a lot smaller since I used to answer phones upstairs in high school. Funny story, I almost got married in the window here but had to call it off cause his mom didn’t like Mormons and hated me cause I was about to become a stripper. dncing is apparently frowned upon around here but with those outdoor speakers they got I can’t understand why. Our organization orders flowers from Kuhn's on Beach Blvd. One of the associates that answers the phone to take the orders her name is Elsa. Elsa, has amazing customer service skills. We order on a weekly basis. Elsa, has never made a mistake with our company. Her communication skills are impeccable. When she answers the phone you can tell she is smiling when she talks. Amazing customer service and beautiful arrangement!! Khun's texted me immediately after trying unsuccessfully to deliver birthday flowers to my wife's office in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. I was able to get a hold of my wife and connect her with Khuns who then re-delivered the gorgeous flowers. Great communication, prices, selection, and super friendly. I highly recommend.

My daughter is still pretty young but it's the first year she's been excited about Christmas. We went to see the Christmas decorations the night before Thanksgiving and she was just in awe of it. Got this basket delivered today. VERY poor quality. Most roses were brown and wilted. ( Kuhn used to be the best in Jax! ) Tried to call the main number and asked for management. Clerk said they were all busy. Wouldn't give me a name of a manager to call back. She was rude! My grandson paid alot of his hard earned money for this very poor quality product!

Every time I have ordered flowers from Kuhn's, they have been remarkable! They deliver as promised, make the best arrangements - even help with making special requests and then I have even had the actual designer call with suggestions to make the arrangement even better! For $500, the ‘custom’ flower design was amateurish with cheap materials. Three requests were made via text & email for a photo of the spray which florist didn’t honored. Upon my phone call to complain, the florist owner denied they could have done better. Kuhn Flowers gets very low marks from this customer!

Went here to get flowers for my mom for mother's day. I have sent my mom flowers from here as I live in PA and she lives in Florida. She has always raved how beautiful the flowers were. She has sent me pictures and they are very nice. The flowers we picked out were perfect and she loved them.
