Spencer's Designer Florist is phenomenal! The owner, manager, and designers are consummate professionals. They are efficient, talented and customer service-oriented. Their arrangements are beautifully designed and unique. Although our family has used them throughout the years, more recently we needed floral arrangements for an unexpected occasion. We had a specific color scheme and theme in mind, but had no idea of what to ask for. Charzetta, made several recommendations that fit well into our budget, and had her designers to create something within a day's notice. The turnaround time was unbelievable! The arrangements were absolutely perfect! Moreover, they were delivered well before the designated time. Our experiences with this Florist have always far exceeded our expectations! I ordered flowers from out of town for my Mother-in-law. They arrived on the day I selected and I received a confirmation and a delivery email. The picture my MIL sent thanking us showed a pretty bouquet very similar to the picture on their website. My one critique would be that I upgraded from a “small” to a “medium” bouquet. IMO, it was on the small side. I think it would be helpful to have pictures showing what each bouquet will look like depending on what size you order. Or at least a description of how many flowers to expect per bouquet size. It was pretty expensive + a delivery fee. It would be helpful for customers to know in advance if it’s worth upgrading to larger sizes or not. Otherwise, no issues with my order!

Wow! I ordered an arrangement this morning at 8:00 a.m. (online order). The arrangement was asked to be delivered today (same day) before 3:00 p.m., if possible, as the recipient was at work until then. Realistically, I was not expecting Spencer's to be able to meet the request because it was a lot to ask. Not only did they meet the request, they were delivered within about four hours! As if that was not enough, the arrangement is gorgeous - perfect! The icing on the cake was the extremely kind and friendly, yet professional, demeanor and attitude of the delivery driver! I WILL recommend Spencer's to anyone and everyone! Thank you so very much!

Great service! I chose the deluxe florist choice birthday arrangement so I wasn’t fully sure what would be sent and they turned out better than imagined, big beautiful bouquet! Only hiccup was receiving an email stating the flowers had been delivered and received by the person I sent to at 1:00pm and I almost ruined the surprise asking if they did in fact get them but luckily did not. The delivery driver called at 3:30 to confirm delivery location and said that was the time he received the flowers from the shop to deliver but they were then confirmed and delivered perfectly.

I don't remember your employees names but I just wanted to tell them thank you. When I purchased a peacee lily for my friend mother's funeral; they gave me some tipsonn how to take care of one. I wanted to buy myself one but I was afraid I would kill itSo I said I would go to Home Depot and purchase one and try my best to keep it alive. I should have taken a before pic, but needless to say, I'm doing good from all tips they gave, and I'll be purchasing another one of their beautiful peace lilies for myself!! Thanks! I needed to buy an arrangement for a friend who had a bad accident. I live in Houston and the hospital flower shop closed at 4 pm, so I went on line and read some reviews for shops nearby. Spencer's had great reviews so I called them around 4:30 on a Friday. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they extremely courteous and helpful, but they delivered the arrangement and stuffy the following morning! It was beautiful and really cheered up my friend.

Honestly for $100 birthday flowers from a woman to another woman. Why on earth would you send roses?? I understand I chose designers choice, But that was not a good choice. Romantic vibes and it's honestly weird. They even describe them as Romantic or sorry on site. Not birthday??? Super disappointed. But they were pretty and alive.
