The shoe selection is garbage and so are the employees. They stand around talking amongst each other while people are standing in line not being acknowledged. I had to ask an employee who just came from the back to get the shoes I needed. And also, the stud with the locs said something smart to the other lady at the register, lucky for her she said it so I couldn't hear it. I was able to find one good pair of shoes for my son.

Went there to pick up new release that was won by raffle. They had the doors locked. The manager is pregnant and was feeling faint but was still waiting on customers that were already in the store. They had no plans to call an ambulance or anything. They just decided no customers will be helped until further notice. I drove from another state to make my pickup. These people should not be in charge of running anything.

This was the Worst experience I've ever had at a footlocker. First I called to check if they had a shoes in my size. They said that it was in stock. When I Arrived I was shocked to not only learn they didn't even have the shoe on shelves but that apparently that it was my problem and could figure I your myself. Terrible customer service and overall attitude.

The employees were too busy talking to each other and not do their jobs. When I asked for help, the girl with a big bun on her head just stood there and gave me an attitude and a dirty look. Maybe checking the price of the shoes is out of her competency‍♀️. I hope her day is just as pleasant as she is. The clerk was nice and better tho.

Their wasn’t any good shoes. They didn’t know how to do their job. It took them 20 minutes to even find the shoes. Everyone had an attitude… was the worst experience I ever had at a FOOTLOCKER. Every time I asked for a shoe they would give me the wrong pair. They acted like I couldn’t try on the shoe

Excellent customer service!! I went in looking for a specific pair of shoes and "Pablo Sanchez" was extremely helpful and made the visit super easy. The store was very clean and the price and quality of the shoe that I purchased was an amazing deal!

Great place for trying in shoes to see what you like as well as what fits. I wouldnt reccomend actually buying anything here though. It's probably smarter just to find what you like and then save money and order the shoe online

Store hours are 11-7 pm.... I'm standing outside of the store at 11:14am...the lights are off... the doors are locked and there isn't a worker in sight. TRASH!!!

They're not bad they didn't have everything I wanted but it's cool still I'll go back plus the workers let me know what other stores had what I wanted
