I had ordered an outfit for my wifey from a footlocker in Columbus, OH. I asked them to mail it to my home in Florida. When package arrived, the footlocker in Ohio forgot to take the theft device off the outfit. THE FOOTLOCKER in Ohio stated to have her take the dress with receipt to one of the FOOTLOCKER locations in Jacksonville, Florida to take the device off. My wifey was shocked by the disrespect by one of the ladies working there. Instead of being patient and waiting for my wifey to produce the receipt, she want to treat her like a criminal. This made me very upset as I would like to speak to a regional operation manager because this is unacceptable.

My son and I went by the RiverCity Footlocker today about 6 pm and workers were inside. A white girl came to the door which was locked and stated we couldn't come in. No other explanation given. On your website, it states you are open until 8 pm. What gives?

This place should be closed, permanently, went before 7pm (6:37pm) to be exact, and there were workers standing around and when I went to the door it was locked. One worker looked at me and said we're closed. This footlocker will not get any of my money.

They play too much. Gave me two right shoes and then played when I came back to get it exchanged for a left and right shoe. Argumentative and poor service from the manager.

Staff was very unprofessional & wasn’t very helpful on helping my kids look for the correct size shoes!!!!!!
