My family loves to explore local historical sites and this was a new one for us. The visitors center was really nice. The staff was excellent. Very clean and great exhibits. Thank you!
This little visitor's center is informative. It won't take long to check out. I found this nature center to be smaller than other state parks. But it's worth checking out.

It's a nice place. I would bring more than a 1:1 ratio of kids to adults.
The visitors center has a great view of the old barracks.
