This is the most dishonest and abusive store that I have ever went in. 1- I bought a sixty inch tv and two mattress and financed through snap; 2- they charged me 120 dollars of delivery and said the custom fee was 199, so they were giving me a discount; 3- they promised to deliver me 5 weeks ago; 4- as they did not deliver I started calling, they never answered; 5- I asked a friend to call with a diferente number: they answered and my friend said he wanted to buy a mattress and wanted to know how much was their delivery fee: they answered their delivery fee was 49.99; 6- I started a complain with the finance company who said they had already been paid for the products and, after contacting them they said if I wanted to cancel the deal I could buy they would charge a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee for products they never delivered me; 7- I’ve escalated the situation to a higher department with the finance company and they started dealing with them; 8- I needed to buy another TV from QVC since I never received my TV and mattresses; 9- after maybe ten days they called me and said that since I had buyed the TV and after all that problem they would offer me only the mattresses, waive the delivery fee that they in bad faith overcharged me and would only charge from the financing company the mattresses. To solve the situation forever and never deal with this shady company again I accepted; 10- I’ve waited the day and time agreed and, once again, I did not receive the matttesses; 11- it’s been something around a month that I’ve made this transaction, I financed, the financing company payed them, they used the money and I did not receive anything whatsoever; 2- also they overcharged me the delivery fee that they informed to my friend one week ago it was 70 dollars less. CONCLUSION: it is the worst and the shadiest company I’ve even seen, run from them, they will abuse and fool you as much as they can, and if you finance they will get the money and the financing company will most likely try to charge you.

I made two purchases from this store, and both times my items were delivered two days later without any notice the delivery would not occur on the scheduled date. Both times I was given the same excuse that there was a family emergency and that caused the delivery delay. After the second late delivery, I went back to the store and requested that my delivery fee be refunded. After two weeks of calls and visits to the store I was told they would not refund my delivery fee, but they would give me 20 percent off my next purchase. My response was that will not work because I will not spend money where there is no consideration given for my time. My time is as valuable as your time is. I never received an apology for the late deliveries. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and, of course, they never responded.

Don’t buy furniture from this company. Spent over $5,000 on furniture and it has been over 5 weeks with no update on when it will arrive. City Furniture will just give you the run around and try to blame the delivery company. Neither company is willing to reimburse for their issue with not delivering on time. I would rate them at a 0 if possible for their terrible customer service team and incompetent delivery company.

The sales people are pushy, I saw a set on the floor that I liked, tried to work out a deal but couldn't, then was told I had to pay 160.00 restock fee. For what the furniture is sitting right there on the floor. I watched the delivery men take furniture off the floor and put on the truck, so what are you restocking. It's on the floor not coming from the manufacturer company.

Wonderful atmosphere, the sales reps are warm welcoming with a delightful smile. They have a wonderful selection of furniture that will fit any home. Muhammad is the guy you should be looking for, he is very down to earth and helps and much as he can to be as convenient on the customers end. I 100% recommend purchasing from here.

My daughter saw the reviews and went and they were right great customer service and delivery was a day earlier than scheduled but the delivery service called to make sure I was home the men were nice and fast. I will shop with confidence with them anytime.

They sold me furniture that broke within a week. I contacted them to fix or replace it, and they have done nothing to remedy the situation! I can't recommend then to anyone! Worst part of the whole thing is I'm stuck with bad furniture and a huge bill!

This place does not value it's customers! I spent almost 800 dollars on a furniture set and got the worst service ever... I almost had to fight two of the guys and I'm a woman. I recommend that u spend your money where u and your funds are valued

They sell damaged items, they are fully aware the items are damaged and when you return upset, they pretend they had no idea. The acting skills are very poor to say the least.
