I wanted to take the time to write a review regarding my positive shopping experience today at Furniture Villa. Originally I had reached out to the Palliser homepage inquiring about the Reed sofa. The Palliser homepage had gotten back to me informing me that the (REED) Sofa, chairs and ottoman I was interested in was only available at 2 retail store locations in Winnipeg. Naturally I visited the both stores, what I learned was you really do have to shop around as Furniture Villa had the best price and the best service. Actually it was more than the best price, it was over $1000 plus taxes in savings for the 2 chairs, couch and ottoman. I cannot believe that the style Reed (couch, chairs and ottoman) I had picked could be over $1,000 plus applicable taxes in savings for all items. (You can reach out to the Palliser homepage and ask where to buy the Reed sofa in Winnipeg as this will give you who the OTHER retailer is)! I want to reiterate I am ecstatic with my savings from Furniture Villa but most impressed with the level of service and knowledge I received from my shopping experience with Victor. I can honestly say that Victor is truly the best. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Furniture Villa. 5 STAR SERVICE ! 5 STAR KNOWLEDGE! 5 STAR QUALITY! 5 STAR PRICING! 5 STAR SAVINGS! Awful service from the delivery men, to the saleswoman, to victor (manager). I purchased a sofa that seemed like it would easily fit into my house. When the delivery men got there they tried a few times and it was not fitting they broke my front entrance light in the process and became frustrated they threatened to leave the sectional on my driveway, and drove their delivery truck over my Neighbour’s lawn in the process of leaving. I exchanged for a new sofa after the sales woman rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed throughout the entire conversation. I finally purchased another one (an additional 1500$), victor assured me that everything would be great this time because we took measurements. This time the delivery men were relatively professional. However they did not bring the pieces that connect the three sections of my sectional together. Upon leaving they promised that they would be sent in the mail and I should receive them within a few weeks. Months passed I received nothing so I telephoned victor and he told me that the connectors were not included and I told him what the delivery men had promised so he said he would “call me back right away”. This never happened and it’s been a year. Very unprofessional culture within the company. Don’t bother.

Unprofessional delivery guy> The sales woman who sold me my washer and dryer set was relatively nice. She assured me the set would be delivered and installed. I double checked with her and she said it would be installed and ready to use after the delivery guys left. Unfortunately that was not the case! The two delivery men refused to install the washer until I got her on the phone. The one guy was extremely rude and very unprofessional, he was angry at me when I was under the assumption provided by the sales staff... talk about mis communication. I would be embarrassed to have him work for me. At one point he called me downstairs by saying to his co worker "get that girl down here, whats her name!". They didn't even turn the button ON/plug it in to see if both the washer and dryer operate. He left in such a huff that he forgot his tools and had to come back later. I spoke to the sales woman and she was not very helpful or understanding. She told me the manager would contact me but I received no call. Guess they don't really care. I will NEVER purchase anything from here again, very different from other appliance/furniture companies who actually make sure to plug the appliance in, not just drop and run. Terrible experience!

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Brandsource. I ordered an expresso color first and was told my order would be in 6-8 weeks. 2 weeks passed and I phoned to get another ETA and then they said 12 weeks. So I ended up getting the black set, because they had them in stock. Now I hate them. The leather is all STRECHED. They sell cheap quality furniture. I have tried to contact them numerous times and was ignored. I have only had my couches for 7 months and they look TERRIBLE. Brandsource ignores you when you try to contact them regarding their one year warranty. I will never buy off them EVER! And hope everybody that reads this will not either, they ignore you when you try to get a warranty filled even though I spent 2500 there! SLEEZY Salespersons. Said my furniture would last because they are leather, and they look awful already, and its not even a year!!

Victor and his team have provided some top notch service. From the beginning when selecting the appliances we need. He ensured that we get what we do NEED. Unlike other places they will offer you the top of the line and the most $$$. He also ensured telling us that with the covid period that some appliances are backordered and was told of the time line when it would arrive. Which I doubt other places would so they could make that sale (i wont name the place). And upon our appliances delivery. There delivery personals are very well experience and professional. I had expectation of some sort of ding and scratches but not this guys. They ensured they measured what they are getting into and not brute force there way in. In short if you ever need appliances or furniture come and visit Furniture Villa and expect some great services.

We purchased the Deco-Rest "Churchill" sofa and loveseat from Furniture Villa. Our salesperson was wonderful-she spent time with us helping us pick fabrics, firmness of cushions, throw cushions, etc. We had a longer wait than usual due to the pandemic, but when our stuff finally arrived it was so much more than expected! The delivery team spent an hour carefully removing our front doors to maneuver these larger-than-we-remembered pieces into our house, and then putting the doors back on the hinges. The sofa and loveseat are beautiful! The detailing is perfect, the fabric is nicer than we remembered it, it's comfortable, and it really adds style to our living room. We are very happy with our purchase, and will go back to Furniture Villa again! Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately I forget the name of the sales associate I met in the store and lost his card he gave me. However it was the best customer service I’ve experienced during my furniture hunt. Immediately I was greeted at the door even through my young persona in a high quality furniture store. Was asked what I was looking after and showed me recommendations. All were sufficient just not exactly what I wanted. Not huge selection but fair enough amount. As I exited he handed his card and as I left the manager called for the sales associate and asked what I was looking for and after a brief discussion came to the conclusion they showed all they could offer to me at the moment. All while I was en route to the exit. Decent selection, great staff. Good quality pieces.

Do not order from here! I placed a pick up in store order and my order is not even available at the store to pick up! They want u to call ahead and make an appointment to pick up your "pick up in store" order. Super strange! It should be specified on the website all the things u have to do in order to get your order!! Had it specified that on the website, all the tedious details how to claim your order, I would not have PLACED ORDER. I was told "we call you once it's arrived to give u the instructions on hw to get your order" ... well I missed that call and did not get any voice-mail stating how to get my item. This is ridiculous. Not to mention having 9000 worth of furniture from them and all items FAULTY! JUST GO ELSE WHERE PEOPLE!

After shopping around at a number of furniture stores, I am very pleased that I purchased my new sectional from Furniture Villa as it is superior quality to what other pieces I saw elsewhere. Victor the owner also has many different brands and knows everything about the features of each. I left there knowing that I purchased a piece of furniture that I would be happy with and received it on time and with fantastic delivery service as well. What a smooth process the whole way. I’m thrilled and have the nicest sectional, exactly custom made to my liking, right down to the throw cushions. I would HIGHLY recommend Furniture Villa for any furniture if you want quality furniture, a good price and fantastic service.

Ordered a leather bed, being assured that the fabric chosen was the same one in the online picture that I had wanted (was very specific that I only wanted to order, if I could get the exact same bed in the picture). When I got the bed, it was evident that it wasn’t the same fabric as in the picture - I contacted Palliser afterward inquiring what fabric was used in the pic online, and it was confirmed that it was different than the one that I was told to order. Even tho I was misinformed, unfortunately nothing can be done about it because its a custom order. So disappointed - got a costly bed that I no longer want bc it doesn’t fit my bedroom aesthetic.

We recently purchased a Palliser sectional from Furniture Villa BrandSource. Our salesperson was Parisa Kamkar, who was wonderful. She has a European stylish flare (even in her personal fashion choices) and was patient and attentive. Our needs were very particular and she answered all of our questions (even via email, after hours) quickly and informatively. If she didn't know about something, she found out soon. There were inevitable misunderstandings about our sectional order numbers and she was never snitty or ill-mannered. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted, at a great price and we're happy to recommend Parisa and BrandSource.

Say goodbye to IKEA for furniture!!The instructions to my bed and end tables was 1 page!!! Not kidding. When I saw the size of the boxes, I admit, I was a little worried, an extra hand is all I needed. Once it was set up I can really see the quality in the wood and finish. Victor was super knowledgeable and friendly. He knew everything about the bed, including the kind of wood, finish and extras. Jen was great at pick up too! The store is very clean and has a huge variety of things, not just a ton of the same stuff. I waited a few days to see and feel how the bed was....so that's why they get 5 stars and i will be going back again.

I’ve been a long-standing customer for many years. The value and service that Victor and his team have always provided has been top notch. Most recently, I bought a gorgeous dining room table/chairs and leather sectional which I’m absolutely loving. During Covid, everyone in the city has been experiencing delays due to the manufacturer’s, so Victor made sure I knew what was going on and when I could realistically expect delivery. I appreciate that kind of honesty and will always call Victor first for any future furniture/appliance needs!

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience buying furniture at this store. The staffs are super knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They also helped us get a good price with absolutely no pressure! They have lots of nice furnitures and offer some standout styles that can really serve as accent pieces in your home, I was really happy with my simple picks. The quality of the pieces was exactly what I'd expect. Its not a waste of time going in there and will totally recommend it to everyone.

We had fantastic dealings with Victor and the staff (Jen especially) at Furniture Villa. Purchased a very unique dining table, which turned out even nicer than we remembered. Vic looked after us, gave a great deal and most importantly understood what we wanted, and made the whole experience easy. We ended up going back and purchasing some chairs after our initial table purchase, and didn't even have to THINK about shopping around. Just had a Palliser couch and love seat delivered after waiting the allotted 6 weeks. The items are leather and are simply fantastic. The two delivery gentlemen named Mark and Darryl were professional and polite. They both introduced themselves and shook my hand. They took great care to cover the floor and removed any potential obstacles. They had to remove the old Ashley furniture before bringing in the new stuff. I highly recommend the salesman Dan and the delivery guys. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.

My wife and I have purchased different items for our living room, bedroom and kitchen from Victor at Furniture Villa, every time we have had any dealings with Victor and his staff including his delivery drivers they have been very positive experiences, the store has great quality and selection and great prices, I have been to the other big box stores and feel my experience is no comparison when dealing with Victor, I will definitely continue to shop here and refer my friends, Thank you, Chris and Daphne

Came in today looking for a dining set by Ashley. I went to their store hoping they can put in an order for the same since it is on their website I also have their store card, makes it easy for me to buy and put it to financing. The guy who helped me didn't look interested at all; he said he doesn't know when the item is going to be in and didn't show real interest on helping me. I left the store and went to Ashley and got way better customer service! Placed the order and hoping to get it soon.

I have never written a review regarding furniture, however I felt compelled to after dealings with this company. The customer service from this company is atrocious especially coming from the manager Victor. I have called numerous times, left voicemails and messages in regards to the color of the couches we received. The only information I got from him was oh it was final sale...it wasn't a custom order, now I'm stuck with furniture I'm unhappy with. Be aware of this company and shop elsewhere.

Ordered Mako Wood Bedroom furniture that arrived in September. I reached out to let them know that my dresser drawer is a different stain, my night table handles are different than the rest of my furniture and the one handle they sent me is wobbly. It's now November and I am STILL waiting for these issues will be fixed. Update: After being reached out to by Victor it appears that Mako Wood is to blame (and not Furniture Villa BrandSource) ... hopefully my issues will be resolved soon.

There is nothing more satisfying than finding a store that i know i will return to because of a great buying experience.In a way it is a relief. We had a great experience with Parisa, Victor and the delivery personelle Mark and Darrel. Mark went over and above by fixing our door handle, helping us hang a picture we had to take down during the delivery and getting a support leg shortened. We were able to purchase a sectional we found on the Palliser website that they didn’t even carry in store. It took just under 4 weeks to be completed and delivered to our home. Very happy with our purchase.

My wife and I recently purchased a couch for our new house, and was so happy with the level of service provided by Victor and his staff in selecting the right couch. No pushy sales tactics, just very helpful and patient in helping us select the right couch, and the couch looks amazing and we were very happy with the bang for the buck on the purchase. We had an excellent sales person, no high pressure B.S. , just helpful and pleasant. The guys that did our delivery were just as good, professional, polite and all around just nice people. They sold me an incredibly comfortably mattress for over $500 less than all the competitors! I told them what I was looking for and what I had seen while shopping around. They showed me this top of the line Simmons mattress that I loved. I tried it out last night and it was so incredibly comfortable! Victor at Furniture Villa personifies customer service. He went above and beyond to help me choice an accent chair. When he realized the newly announced Covid Red Status might hinder our in house delivery, he and one of his employees delivered it themselves taking it up all the way upstairs. WHO STILL DOES THAT!! The sales lady gave us so much valuable ideas and suggestions when we chose the furnitures and appliances. I love shopping at Furniture Villa. In the end, I think every room in our house has something that was purchased from Furniture Villa. When I tell them what I'm looking for, they always find something. If they don't have on floor, they send me to websites to check-out. Prices are always competitive if not the lowest. When we've had an issue, products were replaced or fixed without a fuss.

This afternoon I was at your shop with the intention of buying a sofa and bedroom set. I did not expect to deal with such rude sales girl and had poor hygiene. I asked a lot of questions about the items quality and my options, but she seemed annoyed. I doubt that I would come to your shop again or recommend the store. I could not remember her name but was a Persian name.

Sales staff was so helpful and patient! Absolutely LOVE what we selected. Prices couldn’t be beat. Not only was our furniture delivered safely on promised date, but also set up in desired location. The fridge we ordered was too big for the door frame, so took the additional time to remove the door, place in the selected spot, and reattached the door. Outstanding!

I refer everyone to Furniture Villa. They always come in cheaper than the other furniture shops and go above and beyond for customers. I'm in real estate so when I refer my clients to Victor (who I usually deal with) they always walk away so happy with really a killer deal. Go see Victor he's the man and if he's not in the other staff are super helpful as well.

The sales personnel were very helpful, but not aggressive, so the process of selecting and ordering our Living Room tables was a great experience. We purchased the Lancaster tables manufactured by Winners and we’re extremely happy with them; they look exactly like the ones on display in the showroom. The colour is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent!!

It didn't take long before she was offering a lower price than a quote I had received from the competitor. She was very helpful going over the fabrics and her recommendations. I’ve been shopping with furniture villa for a number of years now. Victor has always been helpful and works with my schedule for deliveries. Victor always works within my budget and shows me other options as needed.

I visited the store yesterday and the sales representative was very helpful. She was very resourceful and made it easier for me to weigh out my custom options. Highly recommend this place if you want great options.

Unmasked sales people & mediocre selection... we were approached by one sales person who although wore a mask offered only reasons not to shop there... goes without saying we furnished our home elsewhere.
