If you must purchase furniture from them, I will share with you what's not on their website: 1. If they don't have it in stock and it's a "special order" you better make sure you need it. If you're getting furniture for a friend/family member, you're stuck with it. 2. Quoted prices are subject to change without notice 3. Pick up your furniture. Don't have it delivered. Delivery is set to their schedule, not yours. So if you're being told "you'll have it delivered on Tuesday" what they really mean is it will be in Nashville on that day. You won't receive it till the next day. 4. You will receive NO CALLS about your furniture if they are running late or it not being delivered on the day you specified, and: 5. Despite what it shows on the website, you will NOT be refunded the amount you paid minus the restock fee despite what you were told by the salesperson. They are only in the business to make money and will do so in the most untrustworthy, unscrupulous way possible. Hope this helps a lot of people out.

This place is great! The showroom is nice and clean and there are a lot of options. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful but not pushy. They will listen to what you are looking for and make suggestions but give you space while you compare and make your selections. They have a lot in stock but can also order . They have excellent prices as is but offer financing options if needed and even throw in delivery for a small fee. We got an awesome new memory foam mattress from a local manufacturer but we will definitely be back when we are ready to replace our couch! I would highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for furniture and would like high quality at a much more affordable price than most big name furniture stores!

We purchased furniture at Furniture Wholesale Plus with Zach the week after Christmas. Zach was super helpful and understood the time sensitive nature of our purchase due to a relocation. He showed us what was in stock and could be delivered the following week. There was an issue with one piece of furniture being delivered, but once fully brought to the owner’s attention, the matter was resolved quickly by John. Overall, I would not hesitate to make another purchase. The customer service is excellent and the quality seems great so far, especially for the cost.

After being a repeat customer for over 8 yrs, I’ve yet to experience being disappointed with the purchases I’ve made or customer service I’ve received. Now I wouldn’t make this statement if it wasn’t true. As a matter of fact just the other day when I made my most recent purchase, I happened to have seen an item that I very much desire to have and will be going back to purchase it very shortly. I forget the name of the guy that assisted me but I think it started with a D. Immediately, from start to finish the salesman was very interactive with great customer service. He allowed me to walk around freely without feeling pressured to buy. Within minutes, I found the ideal set for a very good deal that fit me & what I was looking for perfectly at my 1st stop. Great experience! We were given space while we looked around, we weren't hovered over but allowed to sit and test the furniture at our own speed. The owner was super nice and came out to talk to us while we were there. Delivery was scheduled for quickly after we purchased and right on time the day of. He closes at 2pm Monday thru Friday, but stayed open because my daughter wanted to see the furniture in person and I had to go get her. She purchased right then and there.
