G&L Furniture aka Garbage & Lies Furniture STAY FAR FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DISAPPOINTMENT. Do not take the ETA of delivery on items that are not in stock seriously. In mid November I visited the store and was told by two Sales Reps that the couch I was looking at on the floor was not in stock but if I purchased it the couch would be arriving by Mid December and absolutely no later than the end of December. When I decided to purchase I was considering the couch itself, delivery time and price. Based on the information provided by two individual G&L Employees I was happy with what I heard and I proceeded to purchase paying in full. Time went by and zero follow up from G & L Company, I phoned over to see when the couch is going to arrive and all they can tell me is our computer is saying it is 2-3 weeks away. This would put it 2 weeks past the absolute maximum delivery day they informed me when I committed to the purchase and are unwilling to do anything for me for their misinformation it's either cancel the entire purchase and I'm back to day 1 of looking for a couch and waiting 6 weeks or more for delivery or accepting their lies and waiting 3 weeks + for G&L to get the couch that they said would already be here. I do understand supply chain and logistics issues the market is currently facing but as a company they do not care about providing the customer accurate information rather just telling you want you want to hear so they can make the sale! Stay far away from this place G & L Furniture Warehouse unless you are looking for C Grade Furniture and Inaccurate information.

Well, the 2 stars are actually for the lady Rémy who helped with my purchase in store otherwise I would give zero stars. First off I pay for delivery and it takes them more than 24-48hrs to tell me that orders only get shipped Sun, Mondays by the third party company. Fast forward to me receiving the items, the dresser handle bars were missing for which I call the store right away and the lady over the phone tells me that G and L does not double check their items from Ashley to make sure that all parts are in place prior to delivery/shipping to customers. Now which business company ever says that? That is just sheer carelessness to not go through items especially if you’re not making them yourselves. Anyway the manager was nice enough to drive out of town to get them delivered. That I really do appreciate. But for the hassle encountered with ordering two simple items, I’m sorry it’s not worth coming back. Thank you.

Went in looking for a new sectional over the weekend however the one I wanted was not in stock and I was told it would be delivered in 3-5 weeks. Decided to go home and review the website for other options since I would have to order regardless. I called in the following day and spoke to the sales associate Taylor who had been helping me in store previously. She remembered who I was, and what I was looking for and informed me a new sectional had just come in shortly after I had left the store (similar style to the original I wanted). I was able to have it delivered within the week and it ended up being better than the original one I was looking at. I didn’t even realize save the tax was going on when I went into the store so that was a nice surprise. Great prices and customer service. Will definitely shop here again.

Very disappointing customer service delivery from this G&L lies warehouse.. Assuming I have checked all this negative reviews, I wouldn't have patronize them. I still have an unresolved issue of order delivery with them at the moment. After several calls to them and the Manger, no follow up calls or apology calls till now and the order is yet to be delivered after full payment. I'm still compiling all the service failure evidences caused me to teach them how professional they should be, if it doesn't lead to Legal issues later. Enough of all this non-sense! I'm sure with my write-up review, the CS handling would still same and would still continue to call them and come back how it goes for further review and update on this. I need to Title this, 'Very disappointing CS'!

Checked out the furniture online, found a sofa I liked. Went to the store and the young man who came to help me was wonderful. Even though this item wasn't in stock, and wasn't expensive, he took the time to help me order it. I was told it would take 2-3 months for delivery due to the current world situation but I received it in a month. It's beautiful and comfortable and I'm very happy with my purchase. The delivery company was very careful and arrived early - what more could you ask. I wasn't aware I would have to take the wrapping off of the sofa and put on the legs but I was able to do it without too much difficulty. The sofa was wrapped very well. I will definitely go back to G&L Furniture Warehouse.

Update & edit: now being in contact with G&L again they are price matching. Definitely a much better experience now- thank you Wade for the help! *** We bought a sectional + chair for over $2600. The sectional was $1799. They insisted their price was lowest, we won’t get it for cheaper anywhere else. We went to a different furniture place a few days later and the same sectional was listed at $1598. We tried cancelling our purchase of the sectional before receiving it but they said we only could get store credit. We asked for a price match but they said no. Everywhere else we’ve talked to offers cancellation before delivery/price matching.

I bought a cuddler chair and was super impressed that it was delivers same day, they guys who delivered it were friendly and quick. The chair was nicely plastic wrapped and did not scuff up at all. I even got a small discount on the chair or no reason at all! Staff can be hard to come by when you need them, but are helpful. The majority of the furniture is for living rooms, but there is a little bit of everything else, from bedroom to kitchen to lamps and other accessories. When I need more furniture I'm going there! They carry some brads sold at Ashley's for way less. The prices overall are cheap.

I purchased a chair and ottoman back in Aug 2021, it has now been over 7 months since i ordered this furniture. Still have yet to receive it, when i try to call to see if my order has arrived i get very rude responses from the staff, no one knows whats going on or where my order is. I have called multiple times to speak with a manager and no reply. Never once did i even get a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Will NEVER order from here again. HORRIBLE customer service Manager is a joke. Will not recommend to anyone to buy from here.

I paid a bedroom set and the said you have to wait two days I was waiting and they didn’t show up I had to phone and ask what is going on they said we missed your order, I really got mad but 20 min later she phone me and she said they will come today, they just bring it to me they left, and The promise was to build it , I am 9 months pregnant and my husband is in USA,that way I paid them $73 to come and fixed and the order was miss dresser I don’t know why they did that?

You lose many customers by not paying attention to your website and social networking sites, Many advertising campaigns can be carried out on it, I checked your Google my business in Google Maps it seems to me that needs a lot of effort to prepare for Increase conversions to your site, your site needs some edits to be suitable for SEO Which in turn increases visits to the site and increases sales.

I recently bought a comfy lining room chair; however, when it arrived, I noticed faulty construction. Upon reaching out to G&L, I could not believe how amazing they were in resolving the matter. They delivered a new chair as soon as it came in from the manufacturer and took back the faulty chair on their delivery truck! EXCELLENT customer service, Wade!!! Definitely would recommend G&L.

Very helpful sales and service staff. A nice mix of high end and affordable furniture allowed us to make some clever choices and get the "look" our family wanted. The delivery drivers were careful and very friendly and very prompt. We had an excellent experience purchasing some large items here in comparison with some other "big brands".

Havent purchased anything from here yet, but they seem to have a good selection and variety of home furniture, from sofas to area rugs and dining tables to beds. It looks like they have some pretty good prices and I think they are rotating through stock quite a bit. Definitely considering buying some new furniture here.

Not happy with delivery been waiting over a week now for my couch. If you promise delivery on a day then do it not tell your customer everyday its coming Driver did.not even call to say he wouldnt make it Called 2hts after the delivery window while i was out of town after Would not recomend them.

What a great company. Respectful and diligent to make the purchase a good one. Honour tge returns or exchanges. My couch came to me in poor condition and they rectified the issue without a single hiccup. I'm grateful and will definitely be a return custimer for more purchases.

Bad service and rude staff. I understand that their truck was broken and can't deliver on the date that we agreed. But you don't need to be rude over the phone. It's like we are disturbing you or it's our fault that we agreed to deliver it Monday. Not happy with the service.

bought two genuine leather couch, was expensive. Doesn't long one month they start tear on the middle both of them. When I complained on the warehouse furniture they gave me fibernew address where to fix it with my own money. I will never be back to these furniture.

They increased the price of a dining set by 25% while we waited for it to be brought in so we could look at the chairs. They denied that the unit was ext that price and refused to discuss the issue. Very unorganized, had to call another location for all questions.

This furniture warehouse has a broad selection of L.R., dining and bedroom furniture along with accessories (prints etc. at reasonable prices. Upon entry you will be advised that tags showing sold may be the last unit, but they will check stock. Worth a visit!

I started shopping for a new bed and mattress before I even moved to Winnipeg. The G&L website made it so easy to find something in my budget. The items I wanted had to be special ordered, but they were so worth it! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Nice quiet low pressure place to shop. Best prices seem to be on sofa sets which are significantly less pricey than retail. Didnt make a purchase but I will definitely be back. 4 stars simply because I havent actually experienced a purchase here yet.

Excellent prices for comparable furniture and elsewhere, with a decent selection. They carry a variety of price points, but tend to not carry high end furniture. Still a great place to come and check out to see if you can find something you like.

Was left to my own to browse, reps were helpful and courteous. Bought 2 recliners; one powered and a rocker recliner and guys in the back were also helpful and courteous when it came down to loading them. I think the price was fair.

They have a pretty good selection of brand name furniture for really good deals. We just bought a couch from here a couple of weeks ago (and it's really nice) for over $150 cheaper than we could find the same couch anywhere else.

Was looking for rugs and they have bundles. Not many you could look at or see the pattern or size, so that was a letdown. I'll go back as there is some savings over new, undamaged equivalent, but it's a bit of a crapshoot.

Probably one of my best furniture shopping experiences staff was very friendly. Prices are great on most items if you have your research. Also all items can be special ordered as well.

Some prices are better then leading businesses like the Brick for example. Same products as most places, and a little smaller then a place like The Brick, Leon's, Ashley, Defense, etc.

Bought a floor model item. Damaged from disassembly prior to delivery. Staff not willing to compensate for damage and very poor at returning emails. Will not be returning.
