G H Herrmann Funeral Homes provided services for my dad on February 5, 2022. From the moment they were notified and even today they are compassionate, caring, and understanding of our grieving. Their care was exceptional and they answered all of questions we had. They did not push us into anything we did not. They respected our hurting, pain and sadness and continually offered their help and services in any way they could. We appreciate their care and the love they showed our family during this difficult time.

Our experience with G. H. Herrmann’s was as positive as I think an interaction with a funeral home could be. From the day we made pre-need arrangements for my father through the day of his inurnment, the staff were unfailingly courteous and professional. The well-appointed and maintained Madison Avenue facility provided a fine setting for our memorial arrangements. Our family loves dogs, so the fact that several grief-comfort dogs are “on staff” was a definite plus for us. We recommend G. H. Herrmann’s highly.

My Father passed away Monday the 12th and the staff at both S East Street ( especially Mae) have been very accommodating. They care about your needs for your loved ones. The service was Monday after Father's Day and they allowed me to see my father on Father's Day they have went above and beyond thank you John from the bottom of our along with his wife which was super sweet. Herman’s took care of my Brother Mike Pursley’s funeral… I was allowed to bring my Seizure Dog, & it just happened to be a day when NONE of their Sympathy / Care Dogs were there so he was helpful to me AND THEM… I’d recommend them to ANYONE…

We needed to call to verify some details regarding a cousin's arrangements. I spoke with a gentleman at the Madison Ave. location. He was very kind and patient ~ much-appreciated in times like these.

Our funeral director (Jessie) for my father was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make our family at ease and comfortable. Her cheerful personality was a real uplifting pleasure!

Hannah was superb! She made a very difficult time a bit easier ♡ Update to add Patience is also outstanding. Helped with all the arrangements for my MIL recently.
