My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter, i looked up google map for a highly rated heating and plumbing company near by and Galaxy came up. Gave them a call and Roger answered right away. I was asked to send some information about my furnace in morning and Roger found some time to come take a quick look in the afternoon same day to diagnose the problem. Being later on in the afternoon he had to come back the next day after picking up the parts and got them installed and my furnace was up and running. Communications and response time was excellent. The rate and quotes for the parts required was very reasonable. Very punctual as well. Highly recommended.

I called Galaxy needing a toilet replaced on short notice, and after hours. Roger replied almost immediately, and was very accommodating, professional and courteous. He came by on a weekend, and replaced the toilet with no issues. The job went very well. He clearly takes pride in his work since everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards.
