The product was delivered on the date promised, assembled by Gerry and his team, and they removed the packaging material. Bought a single Mattress from Gerry just before Christmas. Such a great mattress but I moved to a double room. Sold the old single and bought the same mattress as a double. Top quality. Fully recommend. Same day delivery (about 2 hours after purchase because I'm just down the road). Can't recommend enough
