A job that should have took 4 hrs took 6 hrs. Damaged furniture, the guys arrived late. The main guy arrived and started paper work while the two other guys are waiting doing nothing half an hour was lost right there, during the move they were taking their time. To a point where we had to tell them to take only the heavy stuff or else it would have been a10000$ Move Instead of a 1500$ Move. To make things worst, one of our appliances was damaged during the move and the main mover started to argue with my wife that they didn’t did the damaged. Right there another half hour lost because everyone stopped working. Then to make things even worst. The main mover stopped all work and said we need to have the paperwork done, probably because they wanted to get away with the damages on the appliances. So during that paper work arguments started again and then main office wasn’t very helpful, and what the other movers were doing during that time lost? Nothing. So eventually they got back to work and right there hour number 2 was lost. Usually paper work is done at the end of the job and you don’t charge paper work. Any ways go to a company who will tell you a firm price estimate because they will clear your entire house for almost the same price and you won’t end up renting another truck and doing the main job yourself. What a waste of money and time…..

BEWARE! Not what they pretend to be! I don’t know how they have such high reviews. They are fake company pretending to be in Orleans. Good reviews and Orleans location was why I chose them. I believe they are actually out of Toronto, not Orleans. The 1 star is for the effort and politeness of the 2 guys who came. After confirming that I wanted 3 men, only 2 came. Because they subcontract the job out, the guys who came say” sorry we’re just sub contractor “ After calling the 800 number for Get Movers , they couldn’t send me the 3 rd mover I needed. I was quoted $30 dollars by email for a tv box and when it came time to sign for the work order , it was now $65 . They didn’t have the wardrobe boxes I asked for ! This is after confirming by email what I needed ! They were difficult to reach by phone and basically , I got “ Oh sorry for miscommunication , will only charge you for 2 men” You will regret it if you use this company ! They used a Uhaul truck! The website shows as if they have their own trucks. NOT! I should have used Parkview movers again whom I’d used before , but since this company had a Orleans location , I booked them to save on travel time DONT BE FOOLED ! Inexperienced movers

This is the worst company ever. They showed up at 11 when the move was supposed to start at 9. The truck was a rented uhaul and it wasn't big enough foe the size of the move. This resulted in stuff being left at the old address which we now have to deal with. Movers didn't put runners on the floors and now the floors are damaged from sand and grit. They were super slow. The move took over 10 hours and they didn't even re-assemble furniture at our new place. The workers were smoking weed while they worked which explains a lot! Never ever hire this company they are the worst ever. If I could give a negative 10 I would.

This is the 1st time I hired professional movers and I'm very happy with the experience I had with Get movers. The booking process was straightforward and reasonably priced compared to competitors. The team of 3 movers arrived on time, and executed very efficiently to move out of my apartment and into my new residence. They took great care packing up everything. The final price was within the range originally quoted. Highly recommend this company!

We just completed our move, which took a total of 5.5 hours. These guys were very professional. They started the move on time, didn't take any breaks, and wrapped everything with great care. Our destination has a lot of stairs, and it was quite a task getting all the furniture in the right rooms. They didn't complain at all and finished everything on time. We would highly recommend them and definitely hire them again.

These movers were awesome. We couldn't have asked for more. From the initial call with Justin and when Jo showed up with his team nothing was too much trouble. They came early in the morning and did everything from pacing to disassembling and reassembling the beds. The guys were super friendly and really put me at ease. It was a big job and they worked very hard to get it done. Would definitely use them again!

Get Movers did an amazing job helping me move! Communication was great, they arrived early, and worked efficiently. They were super gentle with moving all of my stuff and even managed to move my sofa into the bedroom area of the loft, bypassing the spiral staircase! Just finished a move with Get Movers, and they were great. John and his crew came out to help me move out of a two-bedroom split-level apartment that was on the fourth floor of a complex. They navigated the many hallways and waited for the elevator quickly and without any complaints. They were incredibly friendly and efficient.

Guys are awesome and work hard. Move a 3 BD house in a timely manner. They were professional, kind, quick and nothing came damaged. Both men did an exceptional job. Big bonus was they disassembled my larger pieces of furniture and reassembled in my new home. Will use them again if I need to move.
