Well I’m transgender this pharmacy will make your transition very rough with all the deadnaming and use of wrong pronouns. They are also more worried about losing money then they are about your own health. Today a script was accidentally sent there and after two hours of my wonderful pharmacy, myself and a few advocates arguing with them to get my scripts sent to my preferred pharmacy. Gibsons has decided that they will never serve me not sure how they have been in business this long the way they treat customers is disgusting and I will be putting in a complaint against them at the bbb the manager amanda was extremely rude to everyone and all that they were asked to do was to transfer a script over. Save yourself a headache and never use them

Excellent drug store. Been dealing with them for years. They pick up your prescription & drop it off when it's done, nice drivers & friendly staff. The pharmacists always give u a consult of new medications either in person when u pick up or call u if it's delivered to make sure u know how to take it. Any new medications I've been given I've always received a pamphlet of instructions, side effects etc. They even give out dog treats for ur pets in store. At Christmas they have a Turkey give away.. I've gotten a couple since they started this. Couldn't recommend a nicer, friendlier drug store

Now I know what "sense of community" means. These folks know everyone's name, they don't screw up your prescriptions, the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. You walk in the place, they have a lineup, but someone else on staff sees you come in and grabs your prescription and puts it at the cash register all ready for you before you can even say "Hi". Their hours may be shorter than the Rexall down the street, but I transferred my prescriptions over to Gibson's from Rexall 2 years ago after years of Rexall screwing up or losing my prescriptions, and it's a wonderful world of difference.

Omg this pharmacy is the best, im readimg the other comments and i cant wrap my head around what they r saying about how they r so rude to customers, Connie is absolutely amazing along with the pharmists there, she personally hepled my dad with any needs he had when he bacame sick, when i showed up to pick up his meds all the tkme she always asked how my dad was. I go there and wont go anywhere else. Love u guys

been a customer for over 12 years, seems they don't care about customers in the past 6 months. when you let them know what the problem is they have all kinds of excuses and like to blame the new workers , instead of taking responsibility. i left and went to new pharmacy to see if i can get better service

Always delivering my meds whether I miss a day by accident. As a person with problems interacting with people it's as easy as I can ask for, and the packaging is super environmentally friendly. I really appreciate that the deliverers come inside my apartment building which helps me with my agoraphobia.

They might have shorter hours, but it's been totally worth transferring my prescriptions to Gibson's. They're personable. They know their clients and their prescriptions. My doctor trusts the owner and has tremendous respect for her, as does everyone I know who goes to Gibson's.

Been with Gibson since I was a child but started on my own in my 20's that was in the 80's. Never had a problem. Everything is explained about new medications. They know who I am as soon as I walk in they said hi Karen how are you! Aways smiling and friendly.

I've been with Gibsons for 6 years now, and I wouldn't change drug stores. Staff is friendly and would bend over backward to help you out. Wide isles so I can easily move around in my scooter and automatic doors to make entering/exiting easier.

I have been using Gibsons for over 20 years and have always been impressed and pleased with the level of service. When my boys were young Connie and others went above and beyond to assist me to find solutions to health related issues.

Very fast and easy to get precipitations filled. Also very helpful when needing refills on items they fax the doctor and take care of my needs when it isn't feasible for me to do so. Great work Steve and other staff.

I love this pharmacy, they bend over backwards to accommodate people, always friendly, great service. I have pharmacies closer to my home (walking distance) but will never switch. Thanks to all the staff.

The staff here has been patient and accommodating as I attempt to sort out prescriptions for my elderly father. They know their customers and are a good alternative to corporate drugstores.

Last few months this has become the most disorganized pharmacy. There's no communication between staff and that results in unhappy customers. Glad I'm gone.

Took 3 days for the order that I wanted delivered . I had to call back 3 times . It was a cash order and the woman said they don't deliver these products

Is closed on the weekends and unofficial holidays so it is unhelpful for anyone who needs there medication refilled on the weekends
