Went to Mor furniture and then Jerome's....gosh the sales people there are terrible, they follow you around the store and keep asking if you need help. I mean I know you gotta sell something but if someone says no I don't need help, it means exactly that. I'm just looking and everytime I asked for a price for a certain item he would be like how do you wanna pay cash or card. I was so annoyed anyways came here because my aunt bought some stuff and was really satisfied, I wasn't even in there 30 min when I found exactly what I wanted (a living room set and a queen bed and mattress) got a great deal. Anyways these guys are great, kind, patient and courteous. Got a customer for life. Thank you Golden West Furniture

I definitely don’t recommend it to anybody based off my experience which I bought 4 cheer scenes last year to now and they get broke down with the same issue and I think they are not honest because when I purchased them they said I have a warranty But unfortunately they are not honest at all It will be my last time doing business with them Because of the Covid I had no option faster than them but it’s not fair to take advantage of the people like this

The gentleman working there was pleasant and showed me how to correctly open the piece of convertible furniture I was purchasing. Then they were exactly on time as stated in the store and they delivered with no sort of issues and put it together for me and also showed me this time in detail how to fold in my sleeper. The Mexican gentleman was extremely kind and helpful he did excellent work, the other gentleman named "Long" had the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life, he was yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs and cussing up a storm, I had to tell him to stop because it was scaring my 97 year old father, Long is a very very rude man

The other reviewers here share my sentiment -- I'll definitely be going back. Relaxing sales environment with a ranges of quality and price to select. These folks know how to sell, their consultive low to no pressure tactics worked for me.

I've been coming here for years honest guys!!! Go to Mors and jerome's snap a picture of what you want and take it here. He will beat there prices. If you don't see what you want on the floor ask to look at books. Quality is excellent!!
