I know people that have used this service, and they agreed it is one of worse moving companies ever!!!!!!!!!!! Since they don't speak English well, I am helping them post online, on their behalf. Now you can see the "OWNER" has lots of problems and issues with other customers, along with staff from third parties!!!!!!!! See for yourself base on other recent reviews online. He is probably going to just reply and say: Ray your not on my files and records, etc. etc. etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This owner will always say he is the best and he will forever be number one. Everyone knows word of mouth is always the best way to advertise!!!!!!!!! There is many other great moving companies in the greater Vancouver area, and the lower-main-land in general. I would just ask around, and do your own research in advance. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our company services high-end, luxury clientele and we've had challenges lately finding anyone who offers a red-carpet service for us. The move we asked Ben to do was hugely important to us and involved very important and delicate items. Ben and his team went above and beyond to help us, even going so far as to help us with regulations, insurance eligibility, and scheduling multiple moving pieces. The move was fairly priced, extremely professional and Ben was available to answer all of our questions in a timely manner throughout the process. The next time we need a luxury moving service we will certainly be asking Good Guys Movers for help

Good Guys helped my wife and I move across Vancouver into a 4 floor townhouse. I've had bad experiences with movers in the past so was anxious, but these guys were amazing! They were on time (5 mins early actually), super organized, and incredibly efficient. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything (boxes, furniture, all of it) was in the rooms and on the floors we wanted them, including carrying a peloton up 2 flights of stairs, and finished up 30 mins earlier than they estimated (unheard of in my experience with other movers). I cannot recommend these guys enough. Wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Ben’s team of Rob and Matt did a fantastic job helping me move my studio equipment from my condo to a new commercial space. They showed up early and eager and were super professional in their assistance. Some of the items I had to move were extremely heavy and awkward and they were able to handle everything with care, navigating up stairs and through tight entrances. The pricing from Ben was extremely reasonable and they were very helpful on short notice. Good guys is an understatement. They’re the best guys for a move. On a scale out of 10 I’d give them a 20. Thank you for your fast and efficient work gentlemen!

Amazing service! Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that is needing to move. Ben responded to all my questions and emails promptly. Keith and Dillion told us to sit back and relax while they took care of moving everything. We knew we were in good hands. They were very professional, friendly, and knew exactly how to be efficient with their time. They were careful with our furniture and knew the best way to stack things and handled loading and unloading with care. Overall they took the stress out of moving and we are very grateful for their service!

Good Guy Movers moved me from Richmond to Pender Harbour. Ben was a pleasure to deal with and answered my emails promptly. The Good Guys arrived on time and loaded everything with care. They were friendly and polite & also called me to make sure we were all on the same ferry over. All my belongings arrived safe and sound. I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience. Ben was very helpful with setting up the move, and Rob and Pat the movers were great. Arrived right on time, very friendly, efficient. Treated all my possessions with care, moved things exactly to where we wanted, and the whole move happened in 2hrs which was well under schedule. Price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My move ended up being a very fluid situation. However, Ben, Matthew and Rob were very accommodating even when it meant a last minute change at my destination.
