GoodVets is hands down the most incredible veterinary clinic I have ever been to (and I’ve had dogs my entire life). I don’t normally write reviews but I have to share about this place! My dog is my world and I am very intentional about who I see and what type of care she receives and Dr. Horchak and her entire staff have made us feel so safe and cared for. Dr. Horchak is truly an animal whisper, she gets down on the floor with her patients and provides exceptional care as if these animals were her own. She doesn’t recommend anything she wouldn’t do for her own babies and truly makes each client feel right at home. My dog is usually terrified of the vet but now runs in eager to see these now familiar faces! Word is out and everyone I know is making the switch to GoodVets. A clinic that makes you feel protected and values your animal like their own? Unheard of, until now. Dr. Horchak, Ellen, and the entire staff at GoodVets, thank goodness ya’ll are open, I will go nowhere else for my animals care!

Good Vets in the Gulch is outstanding! I was able to get a last minute appointment for a puppy wellness visit for my new Shih Tzu Jack. Earlier this month I lost my precious boy, Cali (Shih Tzu) of 16 years and going to a vet setting was the last thing I wanted to do but everyone here made Jack's visit the best. We felt at home from the minute I walked in. Once in the exam room, they even got out a blanket and toys for Jack. Thank you to everyone-- From the front desk, vet techs, and Dr. Justine Siegfried, for being so caring and professional. Dr. Siegfried took the time to explain the needs of a new puppy and did not push unnecessary vaccines or services. If you are looking for a veterinarian clinic you can trust, look no further. They even called the next morning to check in on Jack after his vaccines. Thanks again, Good Vets.

Dr Logan is the best that I have ever met she goes above and beyond with you and your animal she makes both of you feel very very calm and welcome and even when the news isn’t always good, she has a way of delivering it that is very calming! I was ecstatic when I found out she was practicing in a new establishment, and then when I got there I was overwhelmed with the incredible customer service that they provide for me and for my Rocko! This is a great veterinarian, and she cares about you and your dog!!! I cannot speak for Dr. Josie, but I would imagine that typically birds of a feather flock together and judging by what I know about Dr Logan I would say Dr. Josie is every bit as good! Thank you good vets for giving me faith in the veterinary process again you guys rock!!!!

I could not have gotten through last week without the GoodVets!! I wrote a review after our first visit at GoodVets about 8 months ago but, I can't help from sharing another 5 star review after the incredible kindness and support the team extended to me last week. It was time for my elderly cat to cross over the rainbow bridge and the team was SO respectful, thorough and heartfelt from the moment we walked in. They let me cry, they walked me step-by-step through the process and they allowed me spend as much time as I needed with him after. If another furry friend ever makes their way into my heart, they will be the first people I call for veterinary needs. Special thank you to Dr. Isabella, Jessie, Harley & Kayla!! Winslow loved y'all and I adore you too!!

Beautiful and clean facility. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We saw Dr Sternberg who was thorough and provided explanations for each part of the exam and diagnosis. She carefully reviewed our pet's history and provided a treatment plan. i appreciate a compassionate veterinarian and partnership in determining plan. Every patient is unique and planning for an older dog with chronic conditions is difficult. We want her (our dog Jenna) to be as comfortable as possible as she enters her last chapter. It's hard not to go overboard on a medical plan and to choose a conservative approach. It is helpful to have a vet who can provide options and is open to discussion.

Dr. Josie Horchak was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and took her time examining my golden retriever, as well as listening to my questions and concerns. She was very thorough and personable. It was my dog's first visit to the clinic so the entire staff made sure to give Dixie her time to get adjusted and comfortable with her surroundings. Overall, the entire experience was great and I would 1000% recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a new small animal vet. Dixie had core vaccinations and a HW test done and was unphased by the entire experience. I have never seen my dog so confident and comfortable in a vet clinic setting so that meant a lot to me.

This was an amazing experience. I never ever leave reviews but I have to this time. We have a MaltiPoo that coughed all night and we were really worried about him. We called them as they opened and immediately invited us in in spite of not being a client. We walked right in and got right back. The staff was overly nice, professional and demonstrated an immense amount of care and attention. The overall experience was amazing and makes us believe about the good that professionals can extend and such a time of anxiety. I would give them a 12 and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone in Nashville or the surrounding area.

We had such a positive experience with Dr. Horchak and GoodVets, I highly recommend them. Booking was a breeze, the facility was clean and beautiful and we were seen right on time. I have an anxious dog who is skeptical of new places and people, and the entire staff was so kind and patient with him. Dr. Horchak took her time with the visit and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The way she interacted with my dog absolutely warmed my heart - from sitting on the floor with him to letting him sniff out her stethoscope, it was unlike any vet experience we’ve had.

The vets here are beyond amazing. I have never had such incredible service from my vet. I’ve been going to banfield for over 10 years and they told me my baby needed a $2,500 surgery on her ear. Turns out it was purely cosmetic and they just wanted the money with no consideration of my dog’s health. Came to Good vets and they recommended a draining for nowhere near that cost and it turned out amazing! They made my little girl feel very comfortable and even followed up frequently just to check on her. I can’t recommend this vet enough, they make you feel like family

We had a great first visit with our puppy, Maggie, at GoodVets in the Gulch. Maggie is a shy girl and new experiences can be scary. But the team at GoodVets was so kind, gentle, and encouraging with her. And the treats helped to make it a positive experience! The team also shared important information around pet insurance, emergency vets in the area, and training with plenty of materials to take home and review. We are grateful for the care Maggie received and look forward to her continued care there. We highly recommend.

The staff and doctor was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Being out of town and having a potential pet emergency is unnerving but I was very fortunate to be able to be seen right away and they did a great job in helping calm my anxiety. They listened quickly to my boy's history and give me peace of mind. Their kindness and compassion was much appreciated as I was in town for my dad being in the hospital after major surgery. Their office is very nice inside as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The staff at, GoodVets the gulch are the best I have seen in the business. 1st, receptionist was very nice and even held my pup while I moved my vehicle to the free parking area. The Vet, was caring, treating my puppy like it was her’s. Price was more than reasonable for the effort and time The Vet puts into her patient. I would recommend this Vet to anyone whose pet isn’t a pet but a member in their family because that is the way you pet is treat from the time you enter the establishment.

I just love the attention my dog and I get at GoodPets. I don't feel rushed, I don't have to wait more than a couple minutes after checking in. Everyone is very kind and attentive. We see Dr Josie and she is wonderful! I always come with a list of questions and she answers every single one thoroughly and patiently. We went to the same vet for over 25 years with our other dogs but since he retired we are so thankful to have found Dr Josie and the GoodVets practice for our new pup!!!

This was my first vet visit since moving to Nashville and I was happily surprised. As someone who's experienced bad veterinary experiences I'm vet protective over who I let care for my dog. The staff was very welcoming, informative, and up-front about pricing. They were also very knowledgeable about the care that was being given. I appreciated the affection that was given to my dog and the understanding they were able to provide when answering any questions I had.

I can't say enough good things about GoodVets-The Gulch. Brought my dog in for a non-fatal but urgent issue. Very thankful that they were able to accommodate us. I felt that my dog received the best possible care. Their staff goes above and beyond. And the office is well equipped with all kinds of treats and a choice of beverages for the hoomans. attention to detail--they used a bandage with a dragon because of what my dog is named after a character Agree.

The GoodVets team went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning when an urgent situation occurred with my kitty. Everyone was wonderful from the front desk to the vet. Each member of the team showed kindness, compassion & love toward my cat they met for the first time. I was extremely pleased with the care provided. Everyone was kind & very patient with me and my kitty and clearly communicated what was going on encouraging an open dialogue.

Our Cavi has been seeing Dr. Logan since her first vet appointment. When we found out she started a new chapter with GoodVets, we had to follow her. :) Dr. Logan has always gone above and beyond for our girl! We had our first appointment this morning at GoodVets, and couldn't recommend them enough!! All the employees were so kind and gracious! This is the most wonderful vet office I have ever been to! I love that this vet has all women who really care, they get down on the floor with my dog and are so patient, sweet and kind! Dr. Molly Brinkmann followed up with me with a personal email! I loved everything about everyone I worked with and it’s such a clean wonderful office!! Going to the vet is one of those things I used to want to just 'get over with' because it was unpleasant all the way around, but GoodVets really makes it something to look forward to! The staff is amazing to my dog and the physical space is beautiful, clean and stocked with a million treats for my nervous little Dane! My favorite thing about my experience was the way you all handled my nervous pup - you go at her pace!

Effervescent service, definitely dog people! My dog was showered with attention as soon as we arrived. They got him a bowl of water and played with him in the lobby. The nurse was patient and knowledgeable, and Dr. Isabella was wise in suggesting we delay blood work on my dog until we schedule a dental procedure, instead of paying twice. The costs are reasonable, and their online game (portal, SMS messaging) is good.

Dr. Brinkman took my concerns very seriously and I felt incredible comfort in learning that she would see my cat as a case and find the source of his issues to give him a comfortable and healthy life. She showed genuine care for my cats comfort and health, informed me clearly of the process and next steps. I spent about an hour in the office with less than 5 minutes alone, I felt like my cat was their top priority.

Don't like the parking situation, but the office, the staff and the vets are AWESOME!! My dog always went into her other vet with her tail tucked. She pranced right in this office and had tail up and wagging the entire time. She loved the staff and so do I! They took time and attention to answer my questions and concerns. I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. Excellent care for my pup!

We love everything about GoodVets-The Gulch. The office is always bright and clean. Harley and the other folks who answer the phone are super helpful and friendly, taking as much time as needed to answer questions or get us scheduled. We have always been seen on time for our appointments, and they are productive: thorough but also concise - getting us in and out and on our way!

I have been using GoodVets in both Chicago and Nashville for two years. The service there is unbelievable as they have gotten me an appointment at my convenience on serval occasions. The staff there is very friendly and very knowledgeable. There locations are very clean, pet friendly, and always have a comfortable atmosphere. Nothing but positive experiences.

The doctors and team are always so friendly! It's clear they want both the furry patients and their parents to have a great experience. The team goes above and beyond to evaluate my dogs and put their best interest first. It's also incredibly easy to get an appointment and doesn't cost $25 or $50 for a "work-in" urgent appointment like other vets in the area.

We have loved our experience at GoodVets! As a pet owner, we feel like our voices and concerns are heard by the entire team and taken into consideration with our dog's plan of care. Not to mention how loved our dog feels every visit receiving lots of pets and treats. The team never makes me feel bad for asking a lot of questions

Everything is great. The receptionists are excellent and welcoming. All vets/assistants I worked with are all knowledgeable, and very patient answering all my questions. The parking is a bit tricky to find but once you get use to it, super convinient. IThe conviniency of booking, rescheduling is superb.

At previous clinics, due to COVID restrictions, we've been made to wait outside while our pet was given care. That feels wrong. Goodvets were warm and welcoming, the free parking was an extra bonus. We felt like the symptoms our cat is experiencing were acknowledged and addressed appropriately.

I didn't have to wait in the lobby, everyone was extremely punctual and professional, and I thought all of the staff were incredibly compassionate! I loved how easy it was to book an appointment the same day, and in general, was impressed how easy the entire process was start to follow-up.
