We went in for the first appointment with high expectations based on the reviews here, however, we never ended up seeing a doctor. We dutifully arrived on-time for our appointment for our cat. We promptly filled out the form and handed it back to the vet tech. This took about 15 minutes. And we waited for 15 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes--an half-hour parked in the hot sun. No word from the Granada Veterinary Clinic. We see clinic personnel attending to other vehicles that arrive after us. We waited another 15 minutes. We had now been sitting in the car in the sun for a full hour. Still, no word from the Granada Veterinary Clinic acknowledging the delay. Clearly, our time is not important to them and they feel they owe us no explanation. So, we left. We have no idea how long we would have been there, but we had had enough after an hour and over 45 minutes of no contact on a hot sunny day in a parking lot with no shade.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They have saved my dog's life, provided OUTSTANDING care to my pets and always have competitive rates. After running into some downright dirty vets in the Santa Clarita area, I was recommended to them from some family members. Their staff is friendly, professional and courteous and I have never had an issue. If your pet stays overnight, they keep you up to date about their conditions and truly understand that your pet is apart of your family. They always remember my name, my pets and ask about my family. I will swear left and right by Dr. Hinebaugh and his staff. If there were 100 stars, they'd get them from me! TRUE, GENUINE VETERINARY CARE FOR YOUR PET. Family practice with honest to goodness pet care and customer service. LOVE them.

We took our cat Sebastián a few weeks ago to the clinic because we noticed that he was losing weight and he was very ,it was because we recently lost my son David some time we don't see that our animals have feelings for the owners that's what my Sebastián shows us the love has no different because they cry for the loss too, now we give a insulin shot twice a day and we take it to the vet every week or two ,the Dr said if we keep doing that Sebastián it going to be ok we love ❤ our baby ‍⬛ very much, we thank you the Dr for taking care our little Sebastián ❤ .

I wish we would have started coming here sooner! We wasted so much time and money at another vet, where we would get conflicting advice depending on which vet we got that day. Both vets and all of the staff are wonderful. They all really care about you and most importantly, your pet(s). I have found their pricing on Bravectco to be significantly lower than other vets and they are very fair with their other pricing. They have been so kind to us and our pets. They have explained things so that they are understandable, made recommendations, and let us decide. Search no more. This is your vet.

Dr. Galdjian and her staff are amazing (special shout-out to Becky). GVC was my pup's primary vet for ages, but I had to put her in palliative care with a mobile vet about 4 months ago when I could no longer transport her myself, and she passed 3 weeks ago. GVC sent my family a beautiful bouquet and card, even though they weren't involved in her end of life care, and it was truly touching. They didn't have to do that... and I certainly wasn't expecting it. GVC has seen all of our pets for years and they've always been kind, professional, and thorough. They care about their patients.

I was there on a Saturday afternoon ,my Dog in cardiac arrest ,they weren't in the office that late on a Saturday . So I kept googling "Emergency Animal Hospital " from my location search and for two hours was chasing one address after another to finally realize I should take my dog back home ,hold her in my arms so she isn't afraid ,and after about 2 more hours she passed ,right there in my arms at the house . This was my first time having an animal die in my presence and in my arms

Odin had a great check up. Jamie, at the front, always has a smile for everyone coming in! Gabriel, whom we’ve lived for years, is training a new vet tech, Priscilla who is so fortunate to have joined this ‘family.” I think she’ll be a great fit. I’ve been coming here for so many pet generations I can’t even count. Dr. Gladjain is so kind and loving with Odin. As long as she’s here with her terrific and competent staff, this will continue to be our Veterinary office. Thank you all.

The prices are a little more fair than other places. I had my dog sedated for hip xrays and I did not get the results for 5 days after despite my daily call in. Typical vet visit is 90 dollars. It costs more to see dogs than humans but I guess we can speak and they can't. However while under anesthesia they did get her teeth cleaned, anal gland and nails included free. Staff is amazing. I do love the vet but its hard to get a hold of him unfortunately.

Excellent care all around. Great vet, great staff. Dr. Hinebaugh is careful, thorough and explains everything carefully. His staff is efficient. Family atmosphere. They try to combine services, if possible, to save you money, they don't perform unnecessary tests, they give you as many treatment options as they can. My GSD has been well taken care of here and I know I'm not being overcharged. Highly recommend.

My family has brought our dogs and cats here for more than 2 decades. They are the BEST for everything from routine vaccines and dental cleanings to injuries, surgery, and those heartbreaking times you have to say goodbye to a pet. They have always worked to communicate with us honestly and treat each pet with the best care possible. We love Dr. Hinebaugh and Granada Hills Vet Clinic!

Everyone at this place is super nice and knowledgeable. The doctor is amazing and always explains what needs to be done clearly. I also love that most of the staff is female. But it needs more receptionists. She's probably the most patient and kind human being in the world, her work is non stop but she's always a good sport, but they need more people there to shorten the wait.

If your ever in the San Fernando valley and have a pet. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. My Sheltie has cancer and her nose has been bleed. He gave her a B-12 shot and a different antibiotics and her nose has stopped bleeding. He is old school, but knew exactly what to do. The staff and texts are very helpful and the Dr. really knows what to do.

I recommended Granada Veterinary Clinic to everyone. We’ve been going there for years. I wouldn’t trust any of our dogs to anyone else. They treat everyone of their patients as if they were their family pet. The staff is very friendly, caring and make you feel comfortable knowing that your four-legged family member will be well taken care of.

They are alway super friendly and very helpful. When other place turn away walk ins Granada Hills Vet will always go above and beyond for your family pet. Unfortunately my lil one passed away. Had to have my moms 6year old German shepherd put to sleep very suddenly. From my urgency to actually bringing her in to the procedure… Every single person on staff was incredible to me and we do not even regularly come here. This clinic's staff is attentive and professional. This past Monday they gave me a last minute appointment for my sick dog. They took care of his issues quickly, gave me the required medication and reassured me that everything was under control. Prices are reasonable. Location is easy to find. My dog was in good hands!

I don’t know.. seems they go after your money first. I had basic questions about a kitten we rescued back in October.. the girl on the phone had zero to offer. Almost as if she has zero knowledge of cats. “We can’t say over the phone”. You have to pay for any details.. Really sad!

Came because my dog had hurt his paw and started bleeding I rushed here because it was closer it said they were open 9am to 6 pm came and the door was locked I looked through the window and there was a guy who just saw us and turned back with no one in the front desk as well

The best vet around. I have been going to this clinic for 11 years and they have cared for all my dogs. These people are very compassionate and is greatly appreciated after having had some pretty bad experiences with other places. I highly recommend it!!

Fantastic experience all around. We were there to get Penn Hip and OFA testing done. The X-rays were top notch. Very caring staff. Wouldn’t change a thing. Adding: they have the ability to do in office progesterone testing with their brand new machine.

The staff here is amazing, Becky has been there for decades and is a sweetheart, and Gabriel is just as good. He may look young but he is amazing too. I just had to put my boy Cody to sleep and the staff was very understanding with my grief.

Did not like the experience at all, doctor was very short with us, had a question I wanted to ask but seemed like she didn't have the time to answer. They wanted a thousand dollars to pull a fox tail out, could not afford it but the charged

Fabulous vet. I've been with them for about 25 year, with cats and dogs. I had one adopted cat who got lymphoma and with Dr. Heinbaugh's care, he lived for nearly 3 years after diagnosis. They are very caring and I love the entire staff.

Highly recommend. The staff is competent and compassionate and the facilities are nice and clean. Becky is an absolute sweetheart! They are a little pricey, but you can bet that your beloved family member will get the best possible care.
