Very odd experience with this store. I called to order a same day bundle of roses as a gift. I specifically asked for pink roses and had the man on the phone assure me they would all be of similar shade but still all be pink. They were great about accommodating a same day order and super helpful initially. However when the roses showed up they were not all pink and the man on the phone tried to convince me that the red roses were not red. The roses are beautiful and they did a great job delivering them with my same day order but it's not what we had discussed on the phone and when I called to ask them about it I was told that I was wrong. Apparently these are all pink and I'm mistaken for asking for something that Paul from a new leaf delivered flawlessly for years. Truly sad to not be able to support the small local businesses that make old town so great. I asked for a discount because of the mixup and that's pending. Still a very weird and saddening experience.

I called and spoke to a representative about sending flowers to to my daughter for her birthday. I live in Florida and my daughter just relocated to Old Town for her new job. The representative I spoke with was pleasant and made the process very easy. He asked me how much I wanted to spend. I thought 100.00 would be plenty to have a beautiful specimen of flowers delivered to her apartment which is on Wells street near the florist. The flowers arrived on time, but after receiving a thank you and photo of the flowers from my daughter I was very disappointed. I have purchased better from the local grocery store for a lot less. The florist does not have any photos of flower arrangements from which to choose on their website, so I trusted them to put something together that was in line with the amount allowance I gave them. Shame on me! I will not use this florist again. Disappointed in Florida!

The plant-filled windows made me want to check this place out. They are extremely helpful here. He helped me pick out the perfect pots for plants at home and helped me style them with chicken wire and moss. I was in a hurry trying to get to an event and he was gracious about moving quickly, even though it was my fault I was in a time crunch. He told me how to care for the plant I bought in detail and gave me tips for the plants I have at home. The cut flowers were also unique and georgous. If I hadn't already had my wedding I'd consider getting flowers done here if they do so. Definitely coming back.

What a wonderful little place with such wonderful and kind staff! The plant selection here is amazing- and the pots and flowers are as well. I called in about a Brazil pothos- the person ( I never grabbed the name and I should have) was extremely informative and not pushy in any way in terms of making a sale. They even showed me multiple ones and let me pick the one that I thought was the best. They also wrap the plants very well and even inquired if I was planning to drive or walk them home for packaging reasons. I am so impressed with my visit here!

I pass this shop everyday on my way home from class and decided to stop by after seeing a man tend to the plants in front of the store. I hadn't gotten the courage to go in before, but after the man saw me browsing from outside and spoke to me immediately about the care for the plants I was looking at, I could tell they put care and pride into what they do. I bought a little baby tears plant, and received great instructions on the way to care for the plant, and how it would grow. I know I am going to return for more.

Great flower shop with an exceptionally knowledgeable owner. He truly cares for all of the plants and provides very thorough advice and directions for care/maintenance. In terms of organization- yes, it is cluttered but if you can see past that you’ll notice the shop has a ton of beautiful flowers, some that I haven’t seen anywhere else, that are also reasonably priced. I usually go in to browse around and pick my own flowers :)

The shop certainly holds character enough for any style. This occasion is special as it’s a 5yr wedding anniversary. Luke special ordered 10 bunches of Anemony from Holland for me. The fringe Anemony(front of vase) are none I’ve seen and I’m so glad to have them. They’ll be part of a painting this week as well as a great memory. Great price and rare flowers. Loved working with them and will again.

I came in here with no knowledge of flowers looking for a bouquet for my gf. I was attended to very fast and a gentleman was able to fulfill my request with ease. He was very friendly and even answered all my questions so I will know what to order next time. There's not a ton of space to move around inside but there is a wide selection. I will be coming back here for my future flower needs

Impressive - outstanding shop and service. Great selection and taste. Called just before 6 pm inquiring about when they close. And they offered to prepare a bouquet within my budget (didn't even ask for credit card) and half an hour later I picked up a beautifully put together bouquet, in a shop with the most extensive selection. Luke was helpful, friendly, efficient. Thank you so much.

I love this place. It's family owned and is part of the community. Arrangements are a work of art and very affordable compared to any other shop in the area. If you go into the shop, don't expect a highly sterile environment, no, they are artists who are passionate about everything floral. You'll have a really special plant or bouquet when you shop there.

The owner was one of the most rude people I have ever associated with and was extremely condescending. My Mom and I went in to discuss a simple wedding flower bouquet and he was extremely overwhelmed and we ended up just leaving! We went to LaSalle Flowers and they were extremely helpful. We had an order within 15 minutes.

I know it's Valentine's Day, but I left after 15 minutes of Old Town "Royalty" pushing past me and employees being overwhelmed. I feel bad employees have to deal with pretentious neighbors, but wish they were prepared for the Vday onslaught. Lost a customer here, potentially for good. Getting out of Old Town ASAP.

Service here is fantastic, very informative of what suits your needs. The owner asked targeted questions about the environment in which I wanted to place a plant and helped me narrow down to a jungle variety (pothos!) that would do best in ambient light. Not at all pushy about sales, just informative and helpful!

Had an amazing experience here last weekend. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable about all the plants and answered all my questions clearly and succinctly. The plants were very healthy and the prices are good! I would absolutely come here for all your plant needs, both for flowers and house plants :)

Great flower selection but there is also a ton of waisted space which makes it difficult to move around. The staff seems to be fairly unorganized and one of the owners boarders on rude to customers and his staff. As I said great flower selection but to pricey and not really worth your time
