He appeared to be genuinely interested in helping me to take care of my hair in-between services and not just in getting the job done as I've often felt at other salons/with other stylists. He was thoughtful in his recommendations both for after I left the salon as well as for my haircut (informing me what would work best for my hair texture/curl). The salon is clean and the individual rooms for the service are a nice touch to feel like you're receiving personalized service. I will certainly be back for my next cut!

I had one of the best experience in Urban Oasis. I chose the salon purely based on google reviews but after having an amazing experience, I can say that google reviews are actually true here. Chris was very knowledgeable and he made me aware of the do’s and don’t which I should keep in my mind in the future if I want to maintain a healthy hair. I was totally amazed with his commitment and passion towards his work. Though the Salon timings are till 6:30 pm but my process took longer than expected ,Chris was very accommodating and he did not rush things and gave all the attention to my hair. I was looking for a good hair salon and thanks to the awesome google reviews I was able to find this hidden gem. It was my first time here and I wanted a nice pixie cut and color . I explained to Chris what I wanted and he gave me such a beautiful haircut and color. He is very attentive to all his clients needs. I booked a cut, color, and keratin and it was a wonderful experience. Chris truly listens, is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things so I felt comfortable each step of the process. He is committed to every detail down to using silicone ear covers to protect me from heat and the salon also has the horizontal hair washer instead of a chair (much more comfortable!) I have never had such a meticulous stylist and it shows in the outcome. Chris’s assistant Claire is also lovely and they both were great company in the 6+ hours I was there.Overall, very professional and amazing customer service. I live in Seattle, but I will be back.

I went to Urban Oasis after reading the raving reviews on Google and I was NOT disappointed to say the least. My previous haircut was done so poorly (at another salon) , I was scared to go to any hairstylist again. But Chris was extremely kind, professional and gave the exact cut I wanted. Chris gave me a haircut, and it was a wonderful experience. Chris is a professional and can tell what's right for you. He told me what my hair type is, how to care for it, and how to style it. Chris didn't rush into anything (which was very lovely) and he was very thorough and responsible in his work. And all the visitors have separate rooms, it's very comfortable!
