I have been renting a car of herts in golders green, they had a car available after having difficulties finding a good deal, i called hertz up to get a car and the lady raluca sorted me out an excellent price, and have been very flexible i have had the car for about 4-7 weeks and she has been very helpful in extending this vehicle and meeting my needs during this pandemic. Excellent service beyond majority of rental companies that are around nowerdays. I feel like my service with hertz is unbelievably the best service i received from all the places i have been around over the years. Golders Green hertz will definitely the place where i will bring my money too as this is truly an amazing service

We rented from the 707 Finchley Road location of Hertz for our holidays this year and received exemplary service. The personal attention from the management staff helped save us money, insure properly and manage the busy end of December period without worry. While this location is a little away from central London it makes sense to rent from here to avoid the city traffic and madness. I've now received personal and attentive service from several Hertz locations and am finding that they are really focused on custtomers.

Walked into this branch with a worse scenario where i had to make an urgent booking for a family trip with so much requirement and honestly wasnt expecting much but not only that i came across such happy and helpful bunch especially a tall gentlman called Jas went the extra mile to ensure all my requirements are met.Thanks to them i had a most smooth and satisfying holiday experience. Definitely will be paying a visit very soon.Great job

My wife and I had never hired a car before and after reading what to expect we were apprehensive about the problems my research promised. The pick up at Golders Green was friendly, professional, quick and the car was better than what we had envisaged. 23 days of trouble free driving later we dropped the car at Holyhead and once again the service and ease of dealing with the second Hertz office surprised us.

Worst car rental service location I have ever encountered in my life. Big scam. Charged me £305 for that little scratch on the door that wasn't even done by me. Worst customer handling by far. Please check the car thoroughly for any small scratches, dents etc., before renting and be sure to take pictures. We rented the car in a hurry and where treated very very rudely while returning the car.

My company arranged for me to pick up the car from hertz Golders Green, I arrived at the branch on a busy Friday afternoon, there were other customers waiting, there were two desks open, I did not have to wait long, was thanked for waiting, also given a free upgrade. All in all a great experience. Both, quality of service and vehicle were as one would expect from hertz.

Booked Car online ,later on I called to change hire dates and car type , they were very helpful to me. Everything was ready just took hardly 5 minute for documentation. They guided me for the break down & useful instruction very well.I will visit again 100% this branch.

It was very fantastic car with great service. When I picked the car a manager named Jazz guided me with the instruction. And Sanjay helped me when I returned the car back. They both were so helpful to me and I will go for Hertz again to hire future cars.

Do NOT book here! Horrible experience at this branch. We booked our rental car 6 weeks in advance and they cancelled our reservation the day before leaving us stranded and no way to get to our rural wedding.
