Majid at Hi-Style has been incredible in lending assistance to an issue I was having with my couch. I had purchased a couch over 3 years ago from Hi-Style and this year it was seeing normal wear on 2 of the cushions. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer but the only way to contact them is through authorize dealers. So I reached out to Hi-Style and spoke with Majid, sending him images and the product #s of my cushions - I was fully expecting to have to pay some $ for the replacements. Majid, after a few back and fourth communications with the manufacturer was able to get me replacements for free, and also have them shipped to Hi-Style at no cost. He solely put in more effort then needed to get these for free of charge from the manufacturer and handled the entire process just letting me know when I was good to pick them up. I could not be happier with my initial purchase and then the support that Hi-Style gave me over 3 years from when I purchased the couch. I cant say enough good things about this place and recommend any of my friends to head here for their furniture needs. Great price, quality, and service from Hi-Style, 5 stars I will be shopping here for any furniture needs I have in the future. Denton

I’m giving only two stars because when you buy things and pay upfront you’re expecting to get exactly what you bought within the time you’re promised I bought furniture from this place twice, First time he delivered mostly but my chair was missing, after two months he brought a wrong chair and I was so angry i refused to accept it after another month he said he can’t get that chair but willing to exchange the whole set however I decided to upgrade for more expensive set and i paid 30%more of the total price only to have the same situation after three weeks of waiting he brought me the wrong color , I just had to take it because i got tired of waiting and arguing so I concluded that this guy either has no clue of how to run a business or he is so arrogant and doesn’t care about what he tells you or promise you ,plus when he makes mistake he’ll never apologize or follow up or update you ,you just have to chase him and keep calling him

Such a good experience buying my new couch. Theres tons of inventory to choose from, nobody follows or pressures you to buy. I always prefer when possible to buy from private stores not big box stores where you mean nothing to them. I found the perfect couch for myself, super stylish, no headaches or hassles, quick delivery. I mean like super quick.The delivery guys were really awesome. They were careful putting my couch together and making sure it was where i wanted it. I will absolutely be coming back in for a dresser and end tables! Highly recommend!!!

Rude. A blight on the neighborhood. The type of business that goes out of it's way to inconvenience and defraud surrounding businesses because it's too cheap to get it's own loading zone or simply load furniture in a separate area away from other businesses instead of on a daily basis blocking other local businesses and being a snarky, rude, defrauding type low level person. In the City you are supposed to pay your own way not defraud the surrounding businesses.

Was trying to buy furniture and was completely berated and verbally attacked at the door by the two owners as well as physically assaulted by their sister. She said it was an accident but instead of apologizing I was attacked. After the police showed up, their sister admitted that they have anger problems so I would not recommend going as the owners seem emotionally unstable and unprofessional. Not a safe environment for women, especially women of color.

I'm a returning customer. I bought my bedroom & living room furniture there. I'm returning to buy a new couch. The people there are nice and helpful and the delivery guys setup and put your furniture where you want it. I've recommended Hi-Style to my daughter when she want new furniture. I think there awesome!

Came in, there was one salesman sleeping on a sofa, maskless. A cleaning person was the only person who spoke to me, the salesman was either too deep asleep or pretended not to hear us having a conversation. Disappointing, will not come back. Sunday October 3, 12:30

Awesome guys, I walked in and picked out a dining room table and asked if they could deliver it same day. It was delivered before I even got back to my house, very nice and helpful delivery guy as well offered to set it up. Highly recommended!

I've been shopping at Hi-Style for years and alway am treated like a customer should (great!). Their inventory is always changing and they will always bring out the catalogs to fet me exactly what i need. Thanks Hi-Style!!!

Great selection AND great prices in this HUGE THREE FLOOR furniture store that's not only great to shop in but also great to browse. Many. different styles of living room, dining, room, bedroom, and kitchen furniture.

Was supposed to get an end table. Received damaged said they would give me another one had yet to receive it and I paid cash. Will never shop there again. I mean that. I think I was being generous giving them 1 star.

I was about to stop by to shop around for my new place, but saw the owners aggressively arguing with a black woman, and that was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. -1 star if it could go that low.

Drove 30 miles to and 30 from Hi Style Furniture to pick up a dining room set and a sofa. That in itself speaks for the quality, style, prices and customer service at this one of a kind furniture store.

This place was completely unprofessional. No greeting or no help and very rude even cursed at us for sitting and testing out a couch. Complete trash. Save your time and money.
