Customer service is close to non existent. We wanted to try on about four or so styles of shoes. The guy was asking us to hurry so he could get the girl in the back to get the other shoe we wanted so she wouldn’t have to run back and forth. Yet when he noticed the girl in the back didn’t have a headset it was him that had to go get the shoe. Basically it was just he was trying to save his self a trip back there. This is part of the job. My six year old was about to have a bathroom accident and they denied him using the bathroom. Gave me a lot of back and forth about using a phone charger I saw plugged up, but eventually the girl said I could use it. I wouldn’t have even tried had I not needed it to start my car. When I went to get it off, the guy who was a little over a foot away, jumped back and looked at the girl and mumbled that I was all in his stuff. It was just laziness and attitude from the beginning. Totally unprofessional and at this time of year, it cost nothing to be kind. I would have normally blessed these people had they shown a bit of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service. I always do, but after the rudeness I had to walk out before I said something. If I hadn’t had to have to hold my youngest I would of returned everything I bought right then and there. And I may still do it tomorrow once I’m calmer. Other than that they have an ok selection but hard to find bigger size in women’s. They over charged my for a clearance item. There is another location on blanding, if you expect a standard of customer service or have temper issues, go to that one instead!!! Also want to add the security guard was all smiles and very personable. He had the most customer service skills in the building.

Manager was not friendly, seemed to have an attitude that she had to do her job, then for whatever reason she felt the need to make a comment to me (referring to sneakers) stating "oh we don't sell that type of shoe here, were an urban store so we ONLY sell urban stuff" while giving me & my husband a nasty look, as if i didn't know EXACTLY what she was trying to say. I guess she didn't realize i was puerto rican (also a minority, hello!) Smh. Also I'm from NYC so I'm well aware of what "Urban wear" is. So no i def won't be returning. After returning sneakers that i needed a different size of, i was going to repurchase them on the website as soon as i left but after this, NO! It's very obvious they care LESS if someone doesn't want to return, that's bad for your business when you have ppl that work for you & don't value customers (at best atleast show them respect) bad management. I wouldn't waste another penny with this company, I'll just go to a nike store or just different sneaker store all together.

This place was very clean... First time coming here.. or even hearing about one of these stores.. its a nice little shop... Not very customer friendly.. didnt greet.. or offer help... When we finally dis get help.. they took a long time to go grab the sneakers.. we had to ask someone else.. if the person actually got them... But we found a pair... Reasonably priced place...they have clothes.. sneakers.. sandals..shoe accessories...I wouldn't come back to this location.. but definitely would check out some other ones.... They didnt offer to sin us up for the rewards program or tell us about it.... Lot of workers just no real help...

Waited 20+ minutes to get asked if i needed help in an empty store w/3 employees standing there talking. So with wife and son watchin, i approached an associate and asked to be helped. After Which, is already decided on the shoes and he ran to get the size. This task to ANOTHER 20 MIN..... SO..... I walked to the door to the back to find him hiding right at it laughing n texting 4v5vwhole mins while i stared at him unil he noticed...... Unacceptable customer service.... Even for you g kids..... Changed it up Hibbett or you'll loose that store..... Fyi.... The security guard exerting more csr skills than any employees there!!

I just walked in the store! The guys working in their were standing shoulder to shoulder.... did not have masks on at all.... pulled them out their pocket put it on then asked if I had one! I said no they said you have to leave! So I suppose since they do not need to wear one to work there and I’m the only one that didn’t look like them, that it has more to do with my complexion since none of them need to wear one! Approximately 4:45 pm Monday 3/22/21

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location at all. I was in there a few months ago and was looking at some of the sale/clearance items and noticed that there were multiple items including Nike and Adidas with orange price stickers that were marked up a few dollars higher than the original retail price. That’s insane to me that they would even do that.

I love going in Hibbet on 103rd because the manager Roselyn always go above and beyond to assist me She's nice and friendly and always have a smile on her face ,and finding items that's not in her location but another location she is the best so I'll give hibbet 5 stars If I could give Roselyn a tip I would she definitely needs a raise

Customer service was great, there was a $55 price tag in the shoe I choose so I expected that price but by the time I was rang up and asking questions the sticker from inside the shoe disappeared with that price so I guess they caught their mistake but over all I love Hibbett.

I went in on Saturday October 15th a little after 11. The ladies that were working was very polite, greeted everyone that walked in as well as asking them needed any help. Customer service was great!! Keep up the great job ladies.

Came in to get my sons an outfit for a concert. The pants would not scan. They offered no other options and the manager was very dismissive of the entire situation. So I let empty handed.

I did not go to Pikes and liquor I did not go to the Hibbett Sports the crab house is nice to Hibbett Sports and pipes and liquor is nice to Family Dollar so get your s*** correctly

In most stores they greet you right away. This store does not. They usually have most or all young people working there. It seems that all the ones I have visited this is true.

Show selection was decent. The customer service was non-existent. I got my last two pair of gym shoes here, but I'm gonna skip Hibbett going forward.
