I don't know what to call what we experienced here at this store. My daughter came in to purchase a pair of Nike Air Force One's for her new job. She tried on the first sneaker and when asked if she could please have the 2nd sneaker was told no, it was store policy that you can only try one shoe at a time. I have never in my LIFE heard of such a ridiculous policy. The store clerk stood close by with the box and sneaker and my daughter could only try on 1 sneaker at a time. Any other store we shop at Dicks, Academy, Footlocker, Champs, have they ever not allowed someone to try on both pairs ? My daughter couldn't quite understand why any store would not allow you to try on both pairs so after she purchased the sneakers for $90.00 she called another Hibbett at another location to ask if this was indeed "Policy". The other sales clerk at another location asked which store it was that this happened and when she said the Norwood store the clerk said they probably get merchandise stolen more frequently but that no it was not a company policy. My daughter is 16 year's old, she was with her 70 year old grandmother. Where exactly was she going to run to with the sneakers on ? It saddened me that this particular store treated my daughter this way and have invoked a policy that all customers cannot try on two sneakers at a time because of theft. I will never shop another HIbbett store again, ever.

In Hibbett sports Gateway the other ime is 2:32 pm every associate is on the phone including security. I can tell the tall friendly young lady was off, because the atmosphere was different. The tall skinny guy wdreds walking the floor with his head down in the phone no greetings, the you have one young man using profanity all loud the entire people in the store turn around and look at him. Where is the respect where you work. I am just saddened that our young people do not care. Do you need this job, please act like it and give the customers you attention that you care somewhat. Today wasn't it. Then you have the Dunn Avenue location want to sale you merchandise, and not give you a receipt, because their system is down. Who does that. Everyone doesn't carry Cash..

This store is ridiculous won raffle for Retro 1’s went to pick up shoe this morning manager advised that Nike didn’t send any adult male size 13 raffle wins. She advised if I come back in Monday they can order them but the launch day is today why would I come back on Monday. I definitely won’t enter another raffle with this company. The manager didn’t have much of a resolution.

My son called and asked me to pick him up some white air forces 30 min prior to the store closing. I flew up there...asked the young man did he have a size 13 white air forces...he rung me up and I left. Less than 10 minutes. It cannot get any better than that. Lol.

That lady Domenicque is ghetto and super rude. I would highly reccomend not going to this Hibbett! There are plenty others that give you excellent customer service. I am almost attempted to never ever shop at any hibbet again.

Erica was the best! Made me enjoy spending them $200 on my Nike Vapor Max! This is my official favorite store. They always have RARES in my size or will assist in ordering. Spacious, clean, and down to earth staff!! …

Most unhelpful staff l have ever encountered. Stood in the store for 15 min and nobody ever asked me if l needed anything. Staff walked passed me several time to talk and laugh with their friends. Ended up walking out!!

Great place to experience! Staff employees where friendly and took care of my needs at a fast accurate time. Just keep an eye on your rewards number and make sure it’s the same as on your account and on the receipt!

Fraud store someone stole my credit card info ordered shoes here and store gave these shoes to someone with out my ID u would think they would check people’s IDs but they just do what they want here

Good atmosphere, nice store, nice selection of clothes, shoes and accessories I seen two pairs of sneakers I wanted and a fleece Nike sweatshirt I hope I can purchase the items this week.

They do not have a good selection of shoes. It was pretty much what was on the walls was about the only size they had left. Prices are average just as anywhere else.
