I had a wonderful patient shoe salesman named Mitchell. If it wasn't for him I probably would have went elsewhere. I usually dont review much unless my experience was terrible or amazing. He patiently checked for every single shoe I asked for. It's back to school time so it's already hectic and most shoes were out of the size I wanted but he greeted everyone with a smile and kept checking for me with a smile on his face. He would offer different selections and tried to find anyway possible to make a shoe selection with the right size work for what we needed. He is a great asset to your team. When I got to the counter neither one of the gentlemen really acknowledged me. One was with a guest the other was staring at the computer so thankfully Mitchell did a very good job, I patiently waited at the check out counter. Thank You!

Yesterday (1.10.20) I went there to pick up a pair of sneakers that I ordered through customer service before the new year, that I was unable to get Wednesday because their computer system was down. The 1st person I spoke knew of the order and got the sneakers. He had issues processing it because of their computer issues. He asks for help from his colleague and she says out loud "he can't get them today." I say to her "why can't I?" She says it's still the computer issues from Wednesday (1.8 20). At this point, I was irate because of her tone and lack of sympathy with my situation. I gather that she didn't value my time or money, so I walked out without saying a word. **I NEVER GO TO THIS HIBBETT SPORTS AFTER I GET MY SNEAKERS.** I will be calling Hibbert's customer service the next business day to express my concerns.

I went in here twice before people in here always kinda rude anyway but what do you expect we are in a rual area but I went in there yesterday evening the young lady was OK not your best customer service but the bald headed dude was rude with his wanna be Floyd Maywheater lookin ass, I was trying to find some cute pants but they run small and old boy busy trying to make eye contact with his coworker like something funny .....but anyways I won't be going there anymore you can miss me with that kinda persona and I'm spending my hard earned working money! ✌

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Not only was I not greeted upon entering the store, but The employees continued their conversation while just standing around. After being in the store for 5 minutes and after finding a shoe for my son, the employees still failed to acknowledge us. I turned around to face them and made eye contact with 2 of the employees.. still no service. After that I simply put the shoe back and headed for the door. As I was walking out one of the male employees finally said have a nice day. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Not very friendly staff. Was in there with my son. The 1 lady was acting very bothered that she had to explain to another customer why even though she spent $100 she still couldn't use the coupon. The lady that got my shoes acted like I was bothering her. They have brand names that everyone loves, but if you have staff that act like they would rather be doing ANYTHING else, then your customers will be going ANYWHERE else. This is exactly why smaller stores are going out of business.

I went in to ask some questions & the staff was awesome!!! I didn't buy anything during the visit but I def will the next time (as I didn't purchase anything I didn't get the whole experience thus the 4). They're in a great location in the sense that they R right next to a gym & a therapy service but R tucked away in a corner. They sell Nike, Puma & so on. Overall, a great lil discovery in my own "backyard"!!!

It would actually pretty good I went to the store and the ghetto but the customer service is so perfect that's usually never happens but they are very polite and very courteous and very on time with their work ethics I don't live in the ghetto in the two that's by me they really suck How is it that the ghetto neighborhood has the pest employees ‍♂️

Gave them a 4 cause they ain't have the size I needed in air max I was about to buy 3 different pairs but they only had 1 pair in my size (10.5) call them before you show up or you might not get what you want! Other than that every body in there was chill and it's a good environment, I'll be back up there soon to see if they re-up on sizes

Awesome service!!!!!!!! The two young Ladies that helped me were extremely knowledgeable about running shoes, very friendly and patient, and the New Balance shoes they helped me pick out are probably the most comfortable shoes I've owned yet. Went and purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Wife could not fit her shoes and the girl working wouldn't return them. Saying the bottom was dirty. Check the bottom of the shoes before leaving the store. Female worker was very disrespectful. But itsok. The universe has its time for people like that.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service, walked in 3 employees just staring at you. No one greeted us or ask if we need help with anything. This not the first time experiencing this problem at this store. Never again will I shop there again

Price tag was one thing .. once I got to the register they stated the shoe wasn’t on sale .. I feel like they should’ve honored the sale price that was attached to the shoe.. I was told the young lady tagged the wrong shoe..

Had my sizes for every shoe I wanted to try on. Seems well stocked. Clean and neat environment. Reps were friendly, professional, not pushy. They provided a coupon for over 15% off. Bought some running shoes.

The manager Jerry is always helpful, polite & super sweet. Also the young lady Najeh is always polite, smiling & helpful. They acknowledge me soon as I walk in. I love shopping @ this location

Used a Visa Gift card at this location yesterday February 15, 2018. This morning the card was totally depleted after numerous fishing charges in 20 dollar increments. Beware!!!

Not very friendly staff. Small selection of shoes. The sales clerk was on the phone, and obviously, that was more important than helping out a customer.

Tre was very nice and polite during my visit. They were busy right from start due to raffle wins and he was pleasant to everyone.

I wish they had more sales because it's definitely on the pricey side, but they have a nice selection.
