They always have shoes marked down and are a part of the klarna app which is the same as afterpay. It which allows you to pay the total balance of an online order in four increments. Definitely my favorite family shoe store. An if they don't have the item or size they'll call another location to order them for you. Very nice customer service as well depending on which shift. Some of the younger crowd have an agenda involving there phone oooorrrr the back office chatter where they huddle an gossip and the more mature crowd are hand in hand with you to try on the shoe, explain current releases and etc.

There isn't much to choose from at any of the stores I've been to when it comes to shoes. They carry only a handful of shoes in each men's, women's and kid's. It has been a complete waste of my time each time I've walked into any of the stores looking for shoes. However, the staff is nice and will recommend other stores that might have what you are looking for.

Don't show large amounts of cash when shopping here. The female manger and associates we discussing a guy who came in with a lot of money and the manager (light skin badly built) said she started to have him robbed. Simply disgusting! They also opened up late and didn't greet us upon waiting when we we finally allowed in. Unsafe to shop here.

I visited the Blanding location in Jacksonville Fl to pick up the Thunder 4s for my son! It just so happened it was Mother’s Day weekend and they had muffins, juice and cookies for the Moms. Each and every employee just seemed like they were happy to be at work and so personable! Great customer service and a clean store!

Great customer service goes along way! I walked in, no good morning, let me know if you need some help, nothing! Not a good first impression. Bought my 2 year old grandson 2 pair of shoes. One pair was only $10.00! Love the discounted shoes for purchase. Need more coupons or discounts like $10-$15 of shoes or apparel.

The customer service is horrible, they looked up and just went back to talking with each other and the prices are so hilariously high. They had a listing of 140 for a pair of Nikes that were 69.99 at shoe carnival. That's 100% mark up from a store 15 mins away. I dont know how they stay in business.

First time hitting a W on a raffle at this location. My pickups at Hibbett are always smooth and easy but this one in particular had the best customer service. The fellas here today were really chill, personable, and especially helpful with answering my questions/requests. Thanks again!

The store it self is not bad good selection on new shoes but the customer service is just bad I walked in and the guy supposed to be helping customers with shoes basically ignores me and helps other customers after I had been obviously

Spent over 100.00 paid cash at the register. No purse just phone and wallet in hand. Somebody cased me down saying I was stealing and went through my bag no problem. NOTHING but what I PAID for and I was treat like oh well

Amazing staff. I just love how I feel so welcomed when I go to this location. I have been to several locations in jax and none of them have customer service like this one. They always help me find just what I need

I think I could've walked out without paying. Apparently, I'm invisible at this store. I've gone in there twice, same reaction, well, lack of reaction. I don't think they like white people very much there.

This is my second time shopping here. Staff not welcoming, no appreciation for military service. This is not a place I will be doing business with in the future.

Everyone working was extremely helpful and polite. It was service with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed.

The representative was knowledgeable and respectful. The store was clean and organized. I enjoyed my experience, and will be a returning customer.
