I was very satisfied with the service I received. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped. We went to several other shoe stores and the service at those other stores was nothing compared to here. They didn’t have my sons shoes size yet they offered to order them and have them shipped for free. I will definitely be back.

This store lost a sale by not greeting myself as they had a conversation about a associates date. I browsed for 5-7 minutes and not one associate asked of I needed help. I looked a particular shoe for about 2 minutes and no help came. Customer service was bad! I will never go to any Hibbetts store again!
