This is hard for me to give a 3-star review but I have to and I'll try to explain why. I hope the owners take this as constructive feedback. I used their services to move a 2-bedroom condo to a bungalow in Dec right after a snow storm. My condo management, unfortunately, did not lock the elevators for us and that made our move quite cumbersome. I was well-prepared for the move, with almost everything in the boxes. GOOD: - The crew showed up right on time. - The crew and the office clerk I dealt with were all very friendly and courteous. - The crew were careful with my stuff and the walls. To be improved: - Before touching anything, they made me sign a waiver which releases them of any responsibility regarding any TVs and mattresses. I found that uncalled-for, since I secured my TV in its original box and purchased a proper cover for my king-size mattress. A "company policy" which wasn't presented until the moment they arrived for the job. - They required me to pay the full amount before unloading. This is strange as the total hours is not clear yet. It feels like they take my stuff hostage for the payment, as if I am planning on not paying. Another "company policy" which wasn't presented until the moment they arrived for the job. - The crew was completely unequipped for a move in winter. They had only one role of floor runner. That cause a significant waste of time since they had to remove and put on their boots frequently. - The crew, although very friendly, lacked efficiency and confidence in their job. I would rate it as a lack of training. They didn't take proper use of the truck ramp and ended up lifting heavy items into a high-deck truck, the edge of which was wet from the melted ice. I could see how this was making them exhausted. Also, in my opinion, they overdid the fitting and bracing items on the truck and that game of Tetris took them a long time. The travel distance was about 7 km and at the end there was a lot of free space in the truck. Overall, I think this company can be a great one in the industry, but has some room for improvement. If you don't care much about the prices, I recommend them, otherwise don't expect an efficient move.

The movers were on time and were very friendly. However, they weren't efficient and couldn't carry heavy objects well. I have used another moving company to move stuff from a 3 bed room house to a storage facility which was 20 mins away and this was done for 3 hours. I thought I wanted to give a try at this new company but it was a complete mistake. They still took 3 hours but we had much less stuff (quote was moving from a 1 BR home to a new location which took less than 5 mins in the same neighborhood). In addition to that, they broke my dresser and now the furniture is absolute nuisance and sore eye as they left it in the middle of the closet with broken 2 bottom drawers. They told me sign a waiver for transportation as they couldn't guarantee the furniture wouldn't fall apart. Previously when I used the other company, they didn't ask for any waiver and one person carried the furniture alone while these two guys were struggling big time to carry the same furniture. What's astonishing is not only they broke it after we already moved it into the new home (not during transportation) and they out lied to my face that it wasn't their fault even though I was watching them breaking it. It's already frustrating enough but they put duck tapes to hold my drawers directly onto the furniture and they left them like that. I couldn't peel them without also peeling the furniture colour, even with a very careful approach. I complained this to the company and they still haven't addressed the issues. The guy who was supposed to come by to "fix" all the issues didn't show up a couple times, and called at a random times (7pm, I didn't answer cause it was very late) without leaving voicemails. UPDATE: I upgraded 1 star to 3 stars. The guy who was supposed to fix the issues came by yesterday. (See the third photo) He apologized and had willingness to make things right. I am happy I can use the dresser again. Even after he rectified the situation, I can't give full stars.

Horrible Company - Do not use I have no idea where to begin. This was the most horrifying experience I've ever had and I have gone through Office moves. I even moved to a different province with less stress. Young inexperienced movers. They were very nice and polite but had no idea how to move furniture, we had to help with several items. No moving equipment like moving belts. They did have a dolly which wasn't much help getting things up and down the stairs. They spent more time looking things over and scratching their heads wondering how to move items then they did actually moving them. That probably explains the extra 2 hours it took to move just beds, dressers and living room furniture. Thankfully, we had already moved all the boxes and smaller items ourselves. I can't even imagine how long it would have taken them if we had not done that. I had to remind them several times to wrap furniture with blankets and NOT put packing tape on wood. They broke a piece of glass on a cabinet. I sent them an email with pictures as instructed, they said I would hear back in two weeks....It's been 3 months with no response. I have followed up with several emails that have gone unanswered. I called and the person that answers the phone is only able to book moves, she can't provide any information to reach anyone else within the company. Sounds pretty shady to me. Wish I had known that before booking.

Let me start by saying I come from a logistics/moving/trucking family—I know good movers. We booked High Level Movers Ottawa last minute as we were in a tight jam, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am incredibly picky and very particular. I am also used to having the best movers move my items due to my familial ties. Well, Sam (Hussam) and Max (Maxime) were amazing! They were incredibly careful with our items and followed all of our requests—and as I said, I’m particular. They had great personalities and were very friendly—not necessary with movers, but made my husband’s day with them very enjoyable. I haven’t inspected the furniture myself, but my husband said everything was good. I will say that they were quite late arriving and the move took longer than I expected, but at the end of the day, my house has not a scratch and my furniture is as it was packed… so I cannot complain. Only high praise for High Level Movers—I intend to pass on my recommendation to all.

So, I took a chance with movers that I have not heard of before. High Level Movers! I have to say that I was extremely impressed with these guys! When they arrived, they did a scope of the work and proceeded to work hard! They cleared my house in less than an hour making sure to wrap the delicate stuff, take caution when stacking boxes and treated the home the the highest level of respect. My 2 guys (Ibrahim and Isaiah) demonstrated what all movers should be. They were not only courteous and professional but took the time to chat with me to make me comfortable during this stressful time and were the nicest guys you want to meet. They didn’t stop until the job was done and remained in good spirits and very kind. They were transparent in their rates and they've sent me 2 very professional guys Yonathan and Eyosyas. They did everything, they even took a piece up 4 levels of stairs. Therefore I recommend Yo and Eyo from High Level Movers for an affordable and professional move.

We were in a bind when our friend who was supposed to help us move had to cancel last minute - we put in a quote with high level movers online and heard back within the hour, and they could accommodate our move for the next day! Today, Samat, Eduardo and Eric did an absolutely amazing job, moving everything with care and high efficiency. They were very accommodating with unloading our stuff anywhere in the new place, and were very polite and friendly the whole time. The fee was very reasonable as well. We would recommend getting 3 dudes for your move because despite the extra cost they finished much quicker than we thought they would - a whole 2 bedroom apartment moved out and unloaded in just 3 hours! Would give 6/5 stars if I could.

Terrible experience. We haven’t finished unpacking yet and we’ve discovered that they’ve damaged our lazy boy chair, side table and kids toy kitchen. We’re very upset, our furniture was like new before they moved it. Update: I just read the response from the company. They offered me $100 to take down the review and that's why they didn't hear back from me. Saying the value of the damage is at $50 is a joke, they didn't come over to assess. We didn't notice the damage on everything until we were unpacked. the company acknowledged on the call that the movers didn't follow protocol because they didn't wrap the couch, mattresses or tables. Our mattress was full of mud. Not a company I would recommend to my worst enemy.

The two hardest working moving crew Alex and Sam. They worked very well together moving very heavy furniture and itmes from my room. they work incredibly hard and efficiently, an two very polite and professional movers. solving any and all issues regarding the move. Helping save and staying on time. only one task when arriving to address (show us what you want moved and get out of our way, kidding ;) They showed nothing but politeness and solved all problem by me, lacking moving boxes. High Level Movers really came through for me. I moved to a new place at the last minute, and they were able to schedule my move without issue. It was a huge relief for me. Maxime and Nader were very quick, efficient and careful with my belongings. They wrapped everything that could get scratched during the move. They were friendly, professional and they even took my freezer downstairs without needing a third person. They explained the price to me before the move and made it easy for me to pay. I would highly recommend this company, and if you can get Maxime and Nader, you'll be very grateful. 5 stars hands down.

From the first phone call High level Movers were great to deal with. This was my first house move and I was satisfied with how it all went. We moved out of a 5 bedroom home and have really big furniture pieces but out movers, Hassain, Nader and Nessim were professional, efficient and polite. They respected our furniture and homes, new and old. Original Review: Extremely slow, left scratches on several walls, and spilled boxes onto a wet street. In response to their response: 1. It was raining yesterday December 2nd. 2. The service elevator was working and was used. 3. Several boxes did fall on the *wet* ground. 4. There was parking right outside the apartment that was used. 5. My movers were Yonothan and another Either they have me confused with someone else, or they are being intentionally deceptive. I've updated my review to 1 star as a result. Do not use these clowns.

Moved out of town and I engaged high level movers. The guys Alex, Sam and Jacob got to my place right on time. They had the truck loaded in no time We went to the next place and loaded up my friends Melanie belongings before heading to our new house. The guys worked hard, and despite having more stuff than I thought they just kept working until the job was done. Very professional and the care given to their work is a good reason they are called high level movers. Worth the money. Excellent job.

Maxime, Hussan and Rumy were excellent! They dealt with every small issue that arose professionally, were always ready and willing to help, and ensured a smooth day. They were smiling the entire move, and despite the long hours and inconvenient unloading situation (on a small wooden pallet covering a trench in the mud between the door and the truck), they were a true joy. I will definitely use their services again if I have to move, and would specifically request these three! Thank you!

I've hired these guys twice - and I will hire them again in the future without hesitation. The first time I thought they were pretty good which is why I hired them a second time. The second time they were absolutely phenomenal. I worked with Sam and Alex in Ottawa. They got my move done in just a few hours and were cheery and fun to talk to the whole time. Also the support staff was flexible and let me change move locations on short notice.10/10 would recommend.

We used this company in Ottawa for a long distance move from Wakefield to Cornwall area and they were excellent. We had Alex and Sam as our movers for the day. A HUGE Well Done! to Alex and his musclemen team - Kevin, Jeff and Andy. They very professionally moved my piano, jukeboxes and pinballs to my game room down a complex stairwell when no one else was up to the challenge. After a nightmare of a delivery service where walls and doors were damaged when my newly purchased gym equipment was delivered. These two gentlemen (Sam and Phil) came and was able to finish the job that the previous company could not. The were able to carry the heavy gym equipment down the stairs while taking the necessary steps to protect my new home. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We used these company for our move a few weeks back. The company is very responsive and their customer service is fantastic. We cannot thank the team enough for making our move so painless and stress free. Alex, Sam, Nash, Moe and Simel are simply fantastic. We are still unpacking but so far not a single piece was damaged despite the large number of fragile items and the long distance the trucks had to go. There were no unpleasant surprises on moving day. Smiles all around!

I had the worst luck in picking my move day on the coldest day of the year. It ended up being -40C but Alex and Sam showed up anyways and even though I also had more stuff to move than anticipated, they did an amazing job. Nothing was damaged or broken, not one thing and they almost never stopped until the job was done. I strongly recommend!

Moved a massive sub zero fridge recently. Guys were great(Alex, Sam, Denis). Nice guys. Good attitudes. Attention to detail. Protected the fridge and the surroundings. Was not an easy move. Stairs, tight spaces, snow, etc. They talked it through and figured it out. Would highly recommend them.
