Parking lot
"Nice and clean and very well lit"
"The car park has unfortunately fallen into disrepair, with almost every level having a ticket machine that no longer functions"
"This is how car parks should be: clean, safe, modern, plenty of large capacity lifts, wide staircase, good distance between parked cars, convenient location, a large site with 4 entrance & 4 exit barriers, and pay upon return to your car"
"Easy car park to gain entry"
"This is one of the decent carports and good value I've ever been in"
Nice and clean and very well lit. I'm a big lad and not much bothers me, but I can understand how single females or single parents can feel intimidated in places like multistorey car parks. There's loads of parent/child spaces close to the entrances to the shops and the brightness must make it less intimidating.
The car park has unfortunately fallen into disrepair, with almost every level having a ticket machine that no longer functions. Level 2 has an automatic door that gets stuck then opens slowly causing people to walk into them. Level 0 is closed. All displays that indicate available bays no longer function
This is how car parks should be: clean, safe, modern, plenty of large capacity lifts, wide staircase, good distance between parked cars, convenient location, a large site with 4 entrance & 4 exit barriers, and pay upon return to your car. What’s not to like? My first choice every time.....
Easy car park to gain entry. Clean and bright. No rough sleepers or beggars, a bonus these days. Good size parking bays. Reasonable tariff. Great after 5pm, evening parking for £2.50, absolute bargain. Easy walk into shops and city centre. Probably Leicester's best city centre car park.
This is one of the decent carports and good value I've ever been in. It's bright it clean and every car as been given space. I felt safe I felt my car was safe and you can walk straight into the shopping centre with out getting wet. Quality quality JL expect no more
A parking space while for a day out looking around shops, meal and theatre came to £20. This is easily the most money I've ever paid to park for that amount of time. Save money and have a look leicester.gov.uk has a list of car parks many of which £4 for 12h.
It is a nice, modern and clean car park. Only issue is the price, as for up to 2 hours is £3.50, 2-4 is £5.50. The only time I would usually park here would be after 5pm, when it's 2.50 whenever you're there, or on a Sunday when it's £4 all
This car park is quite a bit expensive. 0-2hrs is £3.50 2-4hrs is £5.50. You’re better parking on the third level because you can walk straight across to high Cross. If you park on level two, you need to get a lift or walk the stairs to get
Good amount of large parking spaces. Directional lights in the road help you know which way you can drive. Good price considering the location. On leaving, the payment machine I used stopped working after it had taken my ticket and payment.
Special mention to Michael who operates the call centre carpark. Exceptional customer service, I did a late night gym session and got my car park ticket validated however not realising the weekend rates I was charged, I hadn't brought my
A good well laid out car park. The machine swallowed my card and I had to get in touch with the management of the car park. This has happened to me several times before. It really delays getting out. Also expensive for a couple of hours.
Ok, please, please get the Ticket machines fixed on the ground floor, they have been broken for 2 weeks, meaning that you have to march up to floor 1 to pay for your ticket, unacceptable at any time, but at Christmas not great,
It is a Good Place to Park your Car, go to the City or Shopping centre, it is not so expensive, most Times you can find a Place, just nothing to Breathe, because of Air Pollution, there are a lot of Cars..
Great location in city centre with direct access to Highcross shopping centre. For evenings out in city centre this is probably one of the cheapest and safest (in my experience) places to park post 5pm.
Probably the best car park I use. Clean and the spaces are bigger than usual. Payment machines are not the most reliable so I took off a star. Most car parks would struggle to achieve 2 stars.
Spacious, safe and bright car park which is easy to reach /leave from the main roads. Also in short walking distance to the high street though a bit pricy, it does worth every penny
Well located for the centre and good spaces for parents with kids with plenty of space. Even the standard spaces have good spacing between them to make it comfortable for each car
Many changes to parking in the city, however this parking remains a suitable place to leave your vehicle. Easy access to city centre and one won't forget where the car was left.
This parking building can get confusing at times. Not a fun experience, smells a bit funny and they need to make electric changing more obvious if they even have them at all.
It's a really good car park, with bigger than normal spaces and it's always clean. If the weather is bad you can get to the Highcross shopping centre via a covered walkway.
Highcross John Lewis car park is an extremely convenient place to park when going shopping here as it is right next to the actual shopping centre and is very easy to access
Great car park. If not parked on top floor ( level 8) do try on a nice clear day. On the roof the views are amazing in any direction and can see as far as the eye.
It's a decent car park with easy bridge and street access to the Highcross itself and the town centre. It's fairly modern looking and has clearly marked walkways.
Nice car park, pricing is okay when you leave the car park. Only problem is it can get busy especially at the winter holidays or if the school kids are off.
When I visited, there were plenty of spaces. Bright lighting and relatively better value to park. Although you still need to walk a long way to the shops.
Clean well lit and plenty of parking for disabled, able-bodied and parent parking. Generous lift capacity to all floors with covered walkway to John Lewis
Neat and clean. Close to city centre, direct access to highcross via bridge. Night rate is great. 2.5 pounds for a night. Bit expensive during day time.
Great car park for access to Leicester city centre and the Highcross facility. Easy access from the north. Good sized spaces and pay on exit.
Easy to navigate, very clean and spacious. However not a lot of child spaces and with the car seat it makes the normal spaces a bit tight
Lost my ticket..security staff were great! Then lost my car as had already driven down 2 levels before realising I hadn't got my ticket.
A bit pricey compared to others, but it’s worth it with convenience of not having to venture outside if you are just visiting Highcross.
Well managed, secure, clean, wide parking spaces, easily accessible, and lots of parking spaces. One of the best car park for sure.
Not bad car park. Quite spacious, decent width parking bays. Charging stations for electric vehicles and an car wash on level 3.
Parking is really expensive and it takes ages to leave in the evening. The car park is also always full on weekends.
Reasonable parking charges compared to other city centre parking places. Direct access to John Lewis and Highcross.
Easy access but a queue on busy days. Bit expensive but safe and structure with covered access and multiple lifts
Great car park. Ideal location, excellent lighting, wide spaces. Number 1 choice for Leicester city parking
Queue to get in can get long, but easy to find a spot. Can only pay via machine on certain floors.
Good parking except when going to pay machine ate my card, but was easily able to sort out.
Secure and safe car park. Always park here to visit highcross in Leicester.
Great location and always plenty of parking and easy to drive with a SUV
Excellent, free electric car charging, but you have to bring own cables
Great carpark . Shame electric charging is z 3 pin plug. Really!!
Perfect sized spaces but not easy to get to on Google maps
A device where you paid for parking didn't even work
Good carpark is a bit tight for large cars expensive
Massive car park, good facilities great location.
Always a parking space, clean and well lite
