"One of the safest car parks I’ve ever been to"
"Great parking spot and great location"
"Not usually much bad to say, but a 1 star rating purely based off today's experience"
"I can tell you that John Lewis is a well-known British department store chain that offers a range of products, including clothing, homeware, electricals, and beauty products"
"A modern car park with lots of space, nothing to complain about"
One of the safest car parks I’ve ever been to. Regular patrols in a secure compound a stone’s throw from the city centre. Many a times I’ve took advantage of the overnight deal and had no issues at all. Machines have always been working. Wide spaces to suit big and small cars. Clean premises. 5*! Keep it up.
Great parking spot and great location. Easy parking with a hand wash car park on the third floor. Parking prices are reasonable though car wash can be quite pricey — that said they do an amazing job and it typically takes them between one and two hours.
Not usually much bad to say, but a 1 star rating purely based off today's experience. I was parked on floor 6. As I went to pay, the pay machine had an out of order sign. I went up to floor 7, myself and multiple others tried that machine
I can tell you that John Lewis is a well-known British department store chain that offers a range of products, including clothing, homeware, electricals, and beauty products. The John Lewis store in Leicester is located in the Highcross
A modern car park with lots of space, nothing to complain about. The prices are very reasonable too, probably the best place to park when heading into town. The good thing about this is that the entrance and exit is in a good location.
Where I always park when going shopping in Leicester. Easy to get to good sized parking spaces. Lots of parent and child spaces on every floor and undercover access to John Lewis so no need to get wet if the weather is rubbish!
A well laid-out car park with clear road markings and plenty of space between vehicles. Very convenient for John Lewis, the Highcross centre shops, cinema etc - access to them is from the 3rd level via the bridge.
Very dissapointing, parked up on ground level, due to spotting a dissabilty bay. Always a difficult and time consuming task to get my mother out of the car, and set up, & seat her safely in a her wheel chair.
Big spaces & plenty of parking. The only disappointing thing is, they have EV spaces marked out on each floor (Free 3KW charging) but anyone uses these spaces & they are not kept solely for EV.
This is the busiest level of the car park as it leads directly to the shops without the need of going up/down the stairs or using the elevator. Also, the car wash is located on this level .
I lost my parking ticket so rang twl no on pay machine and management sorted it but then I lost my car as there is only 1 pay point ( with 3 machines) on each level. Long queues upon exit.
This is a very good car park mainly because of it's size. Easy to navigate and good sized spaces. The pay machine is easy to.use too, some are a nightmare. All in all a pleasure to use.
Easy to find a parking space, and the space size is good as long as everyone parks properly. We were able to get to the shops from the car park without getting rained on.
Plenty of parking spaces, but you need to open your eyes very well and master were you have parked, otherwise you will spend the whole day searching for your car …
funnily enough this place has become one of the cheaper places to park in the city centre, thanks to the councils ridiculous change in rates at dover street.
Always a pleasure to park here... Well lit, always clean and tidy... and only a small walk to the shops, all under cover so no getting wet if it's raining
The best carpark ever! Spacious, clean, huge (8 levels), bright, well signed, connected to the Highcross through the glass bridge.. and cheap. Love it.
Brilliant carpark never had any issues. Good for getting into the centre without the headache of finding parking or dodgy carparks. After 5 it's £2.50
Handy to park for John Lewis etc, bit pricey but it's a nice clean carpark not a back alley car park so I guess you get what you pay for
Very big parking spaces prices are average and its easy to find on your sat nav. Quick access to the shopping centre and high St.
Spacious carpark, reasonable price, good location, linked directly to John Lewis and High cross mall.
Most levels have only 2 pay points - not enough on busy days. Also, no option for cash payments.
Great place to park. Even better in the evening from 6pm as the parking is only £2:50
Useful location. I don't like the ground floor being closed now. A bit expensive.
Nice car park. Just wish people would park in the boxes allocated to them!
Very easy to park, good sized spaces and well lit, lots of pay points.
Easy bridge access to the other side between the 2 buildings.
Always find place to park and it is cheap after 6pm
Buy at peak times, overall great safe spot to park
Safe, spacious, well-lit, and clean.
