If I could rate Hilderbrand a 10 Star I would! I was on the hunt for a specific Rolex watch for my husband's 50th birthday. I decided to purchase a watch from a different jewelry store but when I went to look at the watch, it was not in the condition that I wanted. This gave me only 6 days to find the watch I wanted. I called around and visited at least 12 different stores with no luck. I googled used Rolex dealers in Austin and saw Hilderbrand. I called and spoke to a very friendly girl and let her know what I was looking for. She told me that she would get back with me right away. I literally started to receive detailed photos with price and info from Van to my cell phone within 20 minutes. He had the perfect 2016 Rolex Submariner in the color I wanted and with a $500 deposit, he had it delivered the very next day. I picked the watch up and it was in mint condition. Keep in mind that this was only 2 days before my husband's birthday. Van and his team saved the day. My husband was Speechless when I gave him the watch. This was the only jewelry store that actually took the time to search for the watch that I wanted instead of just showing me what was in inventory. Thank you Hilderbrand for going the extra mile to make things Happen! If you are looking for a place that cares, you have found it!

Heldebrand is a fabulous jeweler! I recently lost the pin that connects the watchband to the face of the watch. Without the correctly sized pin, it is impossible to connect any band to the watch. I went to a jewelry store in the area in which I live and they did not have the correct size pin to fix my watch. I then called the manufacturer of the watch to see if they could repair it and they said that they did not have the size pin that would fit my watch. Basically, they dismissed the repair as not doable. I decided finally to do an internet search for a jeweler who might be able to be of assistance to me. I called Hildebrand and Van answered the phone. He suggested that there was a high probability that he could do the repair. Before leaving for the store, I decided to bring with me a pair of silver earrings, thinking that there might be a remote possibility that he could repair the broken post on one of the earrings because relatively few jewelers seem to work with silver. To my amazement, it took Van about 15 minutes to do BOTH repairs at a very competitive price! I cannot speak highly enough of Hildebrand Jewelers!

I stopped in to have a ring resized. The ring was 3.5 sizes too big! I was concerned that having to take it down that much might affect the integrity of the ring, but they assured me it would not. The price they quoted me was lower than their competitors. I dropped the ring off and expected to pick it up a few days later, but unexpectedly was told it would be ready within the hour and that they would text me when it was ready. No more than 45 minutes later I got the text and got a perfectly fitting ring! And as expected, the integrity was intact. The job was done flawlessly. Also, both of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I chose this business due to reviews and the fact that they are an independent business. I'm so glad the reviews were right, and very happy to support small business in Austin.

Value is when expertise and skilled services meet fair pricing. My wife and I brought our wedding rings in to be resized (and in the case of my wife's ring, repairs). We had been to other jewelers in attempts to achieve this but we're stunned at what they wanted for what we perceived to be relatively simple requests / requirements. We received a reasonable quote in less than 2 minutes, no attempts to upsell or mislead and were told the work would be done same day. Incredible!! When we got our rings back we couldn't have been more pleased! The rings looked better than the day we bought them. You must bring your jewelry needs to this business.

New favorite jeweler! My favorite necklace broke so I called to see about repair. Dropped it off and picked it up the same day! Keep in mind this blew my mind bc in the past I've taken my broken jewelry to big name places like Tiffany's and they always had to ship it off for repair and it would take WEEKS to get back! Never again! To top it off, I forgot to give them the pendant for the necklace before it was repaired so I returned the next day and they fixed that at no additional charge. They've set a high bar for customer service in my book. Will return.

After a very poor experience at Regard Jewelry to get a prong fixed on my engagement ring they had it over a week and didn't even fix it. So I took it to Hilderbrand Jewelers they are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Not only did they fix my ring in the matter of 3 Hours!! but for half the price Regard quoted me!!! Needless to say I will only be doing business with Hilderbrand from now on. So if you want the job done right and at a fair price go to Hilderbrand.

Crazy story, a horse tried to eat my engagement ring off my finger at the renaissance faire. The prongs were bent and one of the stones was loose. I originally took it to a place at lakeline mall who said it would be over $100 to fix and I wouldn’t get it back until the next day. I took it to Hilderbrand and they fixed it in about 5 minutes, cleaned it, and didn’t even charge! They’ve earned a customer for life! Thank you so much!

Hilderbrand Jewlers is exceptionally nice! It’s conveniently located for us in the NW area of Austin, yet also could easily belong in Westlake (for us Austinites you know what I mean). Beautiful custom pieces and high end designer watches. Their decor with Cartier and Hermès silk framed scarves are tastefully elegant. The owner and jeweler are so kind and welcoming. I can only echo the other reviews: Hilderbrand is a local treasure! The in-house jewelers are all excellent, friendly and personable, and timely!!! I have taken in items to be repaired/soldered, and I barely make it through lunch before the text arrives that my ring is ready for pickup! Also, I have never received such personal, generous service from a company, ever!!

The stone in my engagement ring was loose. I took it to Hilderbrand, even though it wasn’t purchased there. They had the prongs tightened so fast, and even steam cleaned my ring for me. I was in and out in five minutes! They were so friendly and treated me very kindly. When we’re ready for our wedding rings, Hilderbrand will absolutely have our business.

Thank you so much for repairing and restoring my 20 year old Yacht Master. I especially like the fact that the Platinum Bezel is back to normal after I scratched it falling down during my heart attack several years ago. The 12 O'clock marker was damaged and you managed to buff it back to the original high shine! You guys are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!

My husband serviced his vintage watch here, their prices and quality of service incomparable! Today I sold my class ring and a watch for it’s weight in gold.Resized my wedding band, cleaned my watch and Van is repurposing my anniversary band stones into a beautiful necklace! These guys are great for jewelry repairs. They are usually pretty quick, the prices are reasonable, and they always do a great job. I'd definitely recommend these guys for ay sort of jewelry repair work you may have.

I will take all my watches to Hiderbrand. They recently refurbished my Grandfather Omega. I was impressed, it turned out great. If you want a good watch shop that won’t overcharge you… I would highly recommend them.
