Honestly, the location at Bloor is 100x way better. There rarely any staff on floor, and when you find one they either give you bad attitude, or pretend you’re not even there. Staff is always on a bad mood and look like they don’t even want to be there. People on the perfume stands, on the other hand, are very lovely and attentive.

The store is good if you know what brand/product you want. Else it's just a waste of time. The layout is crazy as accessories and apparels are mixed. There is a cafe in the store which has a great ambience and food is good as well. Nordstrom is way better than Holt Renfrew though.
