I waited in line with a return and a receipt for my return. I finally got there and the cashier left without saying why and when she came back she told me they would refund me for a different item in the same category. I told her which one it was and she disappeared again. When she came back she said that they needed me to go to the store I originally bought it from (half an hour away) because they wouldn't take my return even with a receipt. The item I bought did not have a sticker so they priced it with a comparable item in store and never put a sticker on it; I am not responsible for that and I spent way too much time in line and waiting on the cashier to be told to go elsewhere for less than $20. The customer service is lacking and I'm disinclined to shop here now.

Was in line to check out for over 40 minutes. The line was wrapped all the way back to the clothing section, probably over 50 people in line, and they only had 4 of the 15 registers open. However they had almost all the register lights on making it look like they were all open and working. It's not until you were almost at check out that you realize the reason you've been in line so long is because they only have 4 employees working the registers while several employees were out on the floor stocking. Very poor client service and management.

The store is in a convenient location. It’s always very busy no matter what time of day, so keep that in mind. It’s connected to Marshals on one side. Always good finds when I’ve gone there. Check out line is super long and it’s been like this for years. Sometimes when they have more cashiers it moves quicker, but for the most part plan on being in line for 45 minutes to an hour. Overall it’s a good store and they keep it clean and organized despite the huge number of people shopping in there.

Line to check out took over an hour. There were signs posted for hiring heavy lifters but not cashiers. The managers at this location have failed. Regardless of the store or its merchandise, the line to checkout shouldn't go to the back of the store, then turn and go to the opposite corner at the fitting rooms. The people around me said it was normal for the line to be like that. And only 4 registers opened.

I come here all the time since it opened. Of course everyone comes here now. It does have the best selection of furniture but you cannot return things without getting in a line that takes 30 min. Ridiculous that it doesn’t have a return register for when there is a return. There is never not a long line. Management is not good on this respect at all.

Customer service is terrible here. I called to ask for a product and the lady said “ hold on” as I waited on the phone for 5 mins. Decided to call back and the same lady answered and put me on hold again after I told her I’ve been waiting for awhile….

This place used to be my favorite but it has become a nightmare for the past 1 year with loooong wait lines… I shop for 40 mins and I have to wait for 40 mins to check out. This is just not worth it.

Tons of items to spend money on. But it’s not worth the insane wait times. Go with a friend, one of you stands in line while the other shops. Where is Corporate Management on this??? Fail Homegoods!!

Unfortunate that your inventory is and has always been terrific but waiting 1+hours to check out is not worth it. I’ve curtailed my browsing visits to only necessary purchases/returns.

Found an awesome deal on a large rug for my living room. Also managed to find some pillows for a new couch. Great deals just take the time to look around.

They have about 15 registers but only a few of them are open a time. Lines to check out are literally an hour wait. Ridiculous and not worth it.

The line is long every time I come to this location and the wait is over 30min minimum. Is not even holiday season yet. Absolutely no planing

Good luck getting through the checkout lines. I had to leave my entire cart behind because it was so long it was snaking through the store.

OkAy place need to know your prices as everything is no cheap. Still not always fair pricing.
