I find this location to have "very poor "customer service. From the first time I walked into this location,I can feel and see negative energy from both staff,managers, co coordinators, etc.... Ive had SEVERAL ocations, where I found , and experienced rudeness, attitude, down right HORRIBLE customer service. As a regular shopper at several locations, I have never experienced this kind of atmosphere! I find they are in extreme need of re training, on what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. They recently got a new Manager, "Rocco," which is ,in my opinion in lack of how to treat customer's, and handle customer concerns in a professional, and knowledgeable way... That includes their co ordinators,and staff as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AVOIDING THIS LOCATION, IF YOU WANT A PLEASURABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

The experience my wife had today was unacceptable. Her payment froze after the moneris pad said it went through...the manager just said it didnt go through without any explanation. She stepped away to check and on return was told to get back in line. The entire time this manager had her arms folded and a face that said I do not care. My wife decided to walk away from purchasing anything and that manager just let her go. You need to hire customer centric staff. This location is one of the worst...they do not care about the company they work for or the customers that shop there.

This particular company purchased my cell phone from me for a lot more than anybody else was willing to give me including my cellular provider. They were more than fair and the operation was effortless and completely to my satisfaction. If you want to sell your smartphone quickly at a good price without losing your shorts I would recommend them highly. They're located in the Eglinton center by the way. It's a kiosk arrangement not a storefront. In any case good luck!

HELLO EVERYONE!!! I’m writing this review to say that I love with location so much!!❤️❤️ The management is so friendly and helpful especially that Elizah fellow ;)). Now don’t even get me started on the associates my last experience there was incredible I was cashed out by this friendly kid named Abdullah such a sweetheart with a great attitude!! It’s friendly staff like him that makes me wanna come back definitely recommend this location

I would give my experience here one last star if I hadn't had a bad experience here. However, Paula the manager was wonderful at actively listening and therefore rectifying the situation. I am happy I did not escalate things because Paula offered excellent customer service and beyond that, understanding and compassion. 5 stars to Paula and the cashier I dealt with. Thanks guys!

I really like this Homsense! It is really clean and spacious in here. They have a huge variety of home decor and really good holiday selection. I like that they put seasonal items in front and make nice displays of them. There is plenty of staff on the floor the times I have gone, and not many people too.

Good organization, clean place and a variety of items to decorate your home. On top of that you can really find deals at exceptional prices here. The store is conveniently located on Lawrence Square across from Lawrence West station and off of the Allen if using a car or cab or über.

Great place for house hold things. Sometimes you find odd pieces that you like that you won't find anywhere else. reasonable prices, staff are helpful and no long waits for cashiers. Store is bright and airy and organized. Check it out if you in the area.

Love this location, I always find a gem for my home. I recently went to this location for bar stools and to my luck I found my new sectional that had my name all over it. I put it on hold for a few days to measure my condo but didn't have

Be careful . Check the pricing. Items are often mislabeled with higher price stickers...I found used bed sheets and when pointed it to store associated was brushed off.....he didn't even removed it from the shelf The selections are poor

Went looking for Halloween items as gifts to send to relatives. Found some interesting globes, and then discovered a fine cake layer slicing guide for my sister (chef). Can't wait to give them out.

Went to check out this HomeSense to see what they have; since alot of the ones I visit had less stock due to Covid... The manager is pretty rude and unprofessional so adios to this location.

I couldn't find anything that would even be remotely close to what I wanted nor nor could my friend. They used to have more items but now unfortunately not as much as before.

So glad they have a location in this “plaza” before this plaza had nothing going on now its packed! Everything being renovated and can’t wait for whats to come.
