After a year, we are excited to visit this location Aug 1 with my family and bought some goods. The cashier name TOM (guy with glasses) was the worst customer service we experienced. He was very rude and had no friendly manner, no patience at all. We purchased a reusable shopping bag and also we wanted a plastic bag to put our goods in the plastic bag and put it inside the reusable bag after but unfortunately, this cashier was not listening to the instructions so we asked another staff for a plastic bag but instead of TOM focusing on his customer, he ended up embarrassing the female staff in front of us, "saying you cannot just give a plastic bag" on a very loud upsetting voice. Come to think that we purchased goods. (I admire the female staff that assisted us that she was just calm and didn't say anything.) Its just a freaking plastic bag! For him to say and have that attitude is the worst customer service. Its either you show your miserable attitude or great satisfied positive attitude which one? Really surprised why this kind of attitude is on a front-line. Really sad. I hope the management sees what we saw.

Always find great house items here. Fab selection & staff are very helpful & friendly. They will assist with carrying out items if needed to your vehicle. Beautiful furniture & rugs, food & even dog treats can be found, all quality stuff! Great store for high end unique house hold items, lamp selection is great, pictures/clocks, vases/mirrors, garden decor, bedding, cushions, candles, statues & curtains ( check the measurements). This location does have really high turnover because of the foot traffic, which is great for variety, not so much if you want to think about an item. If you like something, buy it as things change over fast, they have a great return policy. Parking is not available, right by subway Queen station south end.

Great store to find whatever you need for your bedroom, kitchen, bathroom... and set up a new home! I was quite surprised by their products. 3 main highlights: #1. Quality of the products - good materials and well finished and designed products in general (I'm using them and satisfied so far). #2. Good prices - ok, the prices are higher than a discount store such as Dollarama, however given the quality of the products, they are good (and comparing to online similar products they're about the same, but here you can touch and see the products). #3. Organic/eco-friendly products - they offer many product options made of organic or that are eco-friendly, which is nice.

Bought this cutting board at 195 Yonge street store and after one use these cracks showed up. Couldn’t believe my eyes. Then I requested for refund and was told only store credit is available because I lost my receipt. I told the store manager that I do have the credit card information but still a cold NO. He was rude and didn’t even apologize for product like this sold from Homesense. I didn’t want to return but I have to :( and it’s Homesense’ fault to causing all the hassles and now they forced me to use the money again in the store Just want to let the consumers know that do keep your Homesense receipts handy since you might need it!!

This store is incredible! Oh my goodness, I can get lost in this store for quite some time every time I go there. I try to have a bunch of time when I go there because it's two floors of amazing and eclectic things. I just love it there! Don't forget visiting the second floor because it has even more interesting things waiting for you to find. I bought fabulous lamps there! Whether it's a gift for someone or for yourself, it's simply a fantastic store! I can't rave enough about it! The staff are great too and even if there is line up it goes quickly.

There's always something beautiful to find in here. I learn that décor business is massive, so many options where us as a customer we can go to find items, but HomeSense has a large selection and nice stuffs. Is not cheap is not expensive. You may find the store a bit overprice but only happen when you see that is nobody around to help you. They call "self service", in my opinion is just no caring about customers. Beside the poor information in store and lack caring of customers, the store is cool and very well stock. Worth go there and have a look.

What can we say, we are homesense customers for life especially after a recent experience. We have been buying products from homesense for few years now and recently we have been renovating our apartment. We bought this light fixture which wouldn't just fit in our electric outlet of our apartment, no matter how hard we tried. We went to return it, explained everything to the sales associate and guess what? They made a return really smooth. Thank you very much.

This is one of my favourite furniture stores in Toronto. Well priced, great staff and organized store. Selection varies from day-to-day - so look out for great deals. I recently used fetch-it (uber for pick-ups) to collect some items from the store. I was a little nervous but the staff made everything run so smoothly. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. It is very seldom you get such great service at such a great price.

I love shopping at Home Sense. Considering this Home Sense is in the middle of downtown Toronto, their selection of furniture, art, and decor is great. The only downside of this location is that there isn't a back door where one can park and load stuff without disrupting traffic on Yonge. Their amazing staff make up for that! Managers and employers are helpful, kind, and very nice to deal with. Excellent shopping experience :)

You can find anything in this place from a simple mug to a beautiful golden vase. It's a good place to start if you want to furnish your apartment. It has both modern and classic decorations staff. The prices are pretty cheap. The designs are unique and it's a really good place if you want to buy a gift for a friend who has just moved to a new place. Here, you can also buy staffs for your pet.

My husband and I we just at homesense on young the colored lady I'm not sure her name was rude to customers and raising her voice because the way the cash was set up customers were confused by which way to go ,if I didn't like my purchase so much I would of spent my 200+ dollars elsewhere customers deserve better customer service plus when we were leaving she was still yelling at customers

I really like this Home Sense store, it's never too busy and the staff are helpful and considerate. The store has been laid out in a way that makes everything accessible and easy to find. I'm just wondering though who plans out the store locations because this store happens to be down the street from Marshall and Winners. (which are all owned by Marshall and carry the same stock)

Went there three times in two days as we just moved into a new condo! This store is superb for condo furniture-they all fit in nicely with smaller space, affordable, and have great taste. We got ourselves some bowls, bathing mats, shower curtains, racks, clothes hangers there. All delicate handy stuff. Will definitely go there from time to time for treasure hunting!

Very nice store on 2 floors I believe it’s one of their flag store. They have a variety of unique items related to home decore, kitchen , pets .. with some nice discounts . They have a clearance section with some deep discounts. def worth visiting often especially their inventory keep changing regularly so guaranteed to find something new every time

Good store with various homewares and decor. Things are laid out nicely over two stories of retail space. Location has an escalator going up to second floor, stairs and a elevator. Prices are very reasonable and items turn over often. So if you see something that you may want it may not be there again if you don't get it.

I love homesense but its dangerous because i always buy things i don't need. This Homesense does not disappoint. They usually have a large variety of items and i especially like their candle section. The staff is always friendly and helpful and i would recommend stopping by if you have some cash to burn.

I when to this store last Thursday the customer service and management service was very horrible there refused to rap my breakable items with the paper when this the store policy I left everything I was going to purchase at the store this was horrible I will never go back there to spend my money.

This homesense location is convenient if you live downtown. However, it is on the smaller side for homesense which means less in the larger items. If you are looking for something specific this is not the homesense to go to but if you are just browsing you can find some nice things.

Great fines based on their delevery. As part of TJX they along with Winners and Marshalls await the Weekly delivery truck to see what their stock will in fact be. One must go often to find that special treasure. if you apply for a TJX card it extends the return time to thirty days.

Wonderful Yonge Street location. The shelves have a newness about them. The main floor has a new look with the configuration of shelving. Staff are so warm, friendly and simply put, wonderful. And, I found the item I came in for. And, it surpassed my expectations. Yes, I am happy.

The store on Yonge at Queen is my favourite for home accessories. Good size with an extensive collection of wares. Always well organized and well stocked. Larger surban stores my be better but for us Centro people it the best!

This is a fun distraction from the predictability of the Eaton centre. Have a good look through clearance to find bargains but look carefully to see why they're marked down. There's also an upstairs for more shopping fun.
